• Khosrow (9/5): A clean, well-equipped flat in a perfect location with a great view - Very satisfied with my stay. The flat was spotless and well-equipped with all essential appliances, including cooking facilities. The location is perfect, with a nice city view and a pleasant terrace. The mattress and blankets were clean and comfortable. Laundry facilities (washing machine, iron, and hangers) were also very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

Erg dichtbij het busstation dus gemakkelijk voor de bagage. Geen geluidsoverlast Internet soms prima in de avonden soms erg slecht. Maar dat komt vaker voor in Arona

Indien rekening gehouden wordt met mijn opmerkingen ben ik ter - De locatie was geweldig Het appartement was verouderd, te weinig handdoeken, douchegordijn vuil, schimmel en roestvlekken, ik de kast lag een vuil kussen en kussensloop( dit kan niet), de zetel was versleten, pijn in de rug als je erin ging zitten.
• Katharina (10/5): Sempre bello tornarci! - Siamo stati in questo appartamento già diverse volte e continueremo a tornarci, ottima posizione, non ci sono cucarachas, si dorme bene ed è un bell’ appartamento. Non vediamo l’ora di tornarci. Per i miei gusti personali ci potrebbero essere pochi utensili in più per la cucina, ma soprattutto mi piacerebbe avere la possibilità di avere a disposizione un’aspirapolvere. Con la scopa non mi sembra sempre di tenere pulito abbastanza.

• Teresa (6/5): - appartamento molto bello dotato di piccoli comfort pulizia non eccellente, fuori la strada di casa stavano eseguendo lavori di manutenzione ed eravamo costretti a fare sempre un giro lungo e di notte non riuscivamo a dormire per i rumori provenienti dal piano superiore.

Cockroaches were present throughout the house - PRESENZA DI SCARAFAGGI - La buona posizione L'esperienza che racconterò è di 4 notti e 5 giorni trascorsi in questo appartamento. Assenza di parcheggio con difficoltà di trovare un posto auto in strada (e annesso rischio multe). Inoltre la pulizia della casa non mi è affatto piaciuta per la presenza di scarafaggi in ogni angolo della casa. Arrivati all'appartamento, la sera stessa noto la presenza di scarafaggi sui mobili della cucina. Contatto immediatamente il proprietario che mi risponde la mattina successiva dicendomi che sarebbe venuto in giornata a portare uno spray (mai visto) e il giorno successivo con una ditta apposita. Dopo altre 2 notti insonni, arriva il giorno in cui sarebbe arrivata la ditta per risolvere il problema e al nostro rientro a casa nel tardo pomeriggio riscontriamo due cose: 1. la presenza ancora di scarfaggi; 2. la presenza di veleno per gli scarafaggi in giro per la casa. Morale della storia? Mai letto un messaggio di scuse e mi è stato proposto uno sconto del 10% sulle future prenotazioni presso le sue proprietà (come se 4 notti trascorse dormendo male e con la paura che gli scarafaggi ti possano camminare addosso valessero solo un 10% di sconto). The experience I'm going to share is from four nights and five days spent in this apartment. There was no parking, so finding a spot on the street was difficult (and the associated risk of fines). I also didn't like the cleanliness of the apartment at all, due to the presence of cockroaches in every corner. When I arrived at the apartment, that same evening I noticed cockroaches on the kitchen cabinets. I immediately contacted the owner, who responded the next morning, telling me he would come that day with a spray (never seen one before) and the following day with a special company. After two more sleepless nights, the day finally arrived for the company to arrive to fix the problem, and upon our return home in the late afternoon, we noticed two things: 1. the presence of cockroaches; 2. the presence of cockroach...
