• Samuele (4/5): Pessima assistenza dello staff - L'appartamento è piccolo ma carino, e accogliente, e luminosissimo Si trova a Islington, a una decina di minuti dalla metro Angel, quindi una buona pozione Il letto sul soppalco, claustrofobico Il divano letto, scomodissimo e SENZA CUSCINO Gli asciugamani sporchi: abbiamo chiesto all'host di fornircene altri (e anche un cuscino per il divano letto) ma ci é stato detto che per via di problemi tecnici non sono riusciti a consegnarceli in 3 notti di soggiorno. Il wifi non funzionava: questa cosa non l'abbiamo segnalata all'host poiché per noi non era fondamentale, ma è comunque un punto a sfavore L'assistenza dello staff: non ci erano state mandate istruzioni per accedere alla struttura, quando eravamo sul posto le abbiamo chieste e abbiamo dovuto compilare un form con tanto di foto ai documenti e selfie per poterle ricevere. Il form in questione non ci era stato menzionato nelle settimane precedenti, e abbiamo quindi dovuto riempirlo in fretta e furia davanti alla struttura pur avendo molta fretta per entrare (check in dalle 16:00)

• James (1/5): The worst stay I have ever had. So bad we left - Nothing. This property was dirty. Disgusting. Building works going on and water stains all Over the ceiling. Nothing at all
• Chantel (10/5): My stay here was absolutely great, and had the most attentive hosts. Will 100% be back! - The place looked exactly like the pictures and gave me such a homey-warm feeling as soon as I walked in. It’s in a great central location, surrounded by plenty of shops, so there’s always something to do. The hosts’ communication was amazing — they regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. I also really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the variety of hot drinks and the spices for cooking. The apartment was spotless, and overall, I had a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be coming back again! Really theirs is not much I could fault, it’s exactly as the pictures and if we did have any questions our hosts were very quick to respond and assist us.

• Susan (1/5): Disappointed - Was like derelict building on arrival. Filthy stair ways cigarette buts ,no carpets ,every door scruffy hand marks not the welcome anyone would like. Right next to our door some unit full of dead plants pilled up .inside was a better vision thank god . Was bright ,spacious nice clean bathroom all we needed until we started unpacking. In wardrobe was a pile of dirty damp towels and sheets then looked at sleeping arrangements,the raised bed in pictures was under 3ft from ceiling, was rather clostaphbic My grandson is 5ft 8 my partner 5ft 9 . I slept in bed being 5ft 4 , grandson sofa bed with metal frame digging in .partner on floor booked with booking. Com for 3+ yrs never gave anyone a bad review or put in any complaints during this time .the only help we were offered was another sofa bed at a price of 50 pound ! 3night

• Gonçalo (5/5): I would stay again if I need the connivence of the location but comfort and cleanliness let me down. - Great location, good heating in the rooms and great shower, staff was very helpful. A lot of dust in some top of wardrobes and up in the bed place, the mattress and the sofa were not comfortable and the entrance looked like a construction site.
• Pilar (8/5): Muy buena ubicación - La ubicación es genial cerca del metro y las chicas fueron estupendas permitiendonos dejar el equipaje antes de tiempo. Para 2 personas está muy bien, 3 lo veo un poco justo. La cama en el elevado tiene poco espacio entre la cama y el techo y el colchon de muelles podría ser mejor. El sofá-cama tiene varias barras que se clavan y por tanto solo hay una posición para dormir.

• Martyn (7/5): For what we needed, a short stay close to the Design Centre, the property was ideal. - Location was excellent as we were visiting the Business Design Centre. The area is vibrant with lots of restaurants & coffee shops plus interesting shops. Hosts very responsive to communication. The property was a bit tired. As a property converted into flats, you need to be mobile to access given flat is on the second floor.
• Sarah (5/5): - Location was good. The living space was open plan and worked well. Property felt secure. The mattress was very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. Noisy all night. The whole place could be cleaner and the bathroom needs a deep clean
• Tom (7/5): Great location - Very well located apartment. Reasonably clean. Positive and responsive host. Very standard. Overpriced for the facility. Bed location and submarine style clearance above it was very strange but aimed at improving the lounge space.

• Nana (9/5): - Great location, spacious flat (matching both description and photos perfectly), friendly and helpful communication (we were allowed to check in early) and good facilities. We were pretty much happy with everything, but if you don't like noise in the evenings, this is probably not the flat for you.
• Anna (8/5): We weren't spending that much time in the room but it was still great to sit and relax. Would return - Good localization with nearby bus stops, shops and bars. Fresh-looking and aesthetically arranged apartment. Security (3 different codes for the building, floor and the apartment). Overall cleanliness of the accomodation. Kitchen (small but for our use it was enough) with cooking equipment and devices like toster etc. Well-equipped room. Sofa wasn't comfortable for sleeping. Check-in hours could be a bit earlier (but the inconvenience was the result of our early morning flight so with better planning it wouldn't be an issue) The floor in the bathroom could be a bit cleaner.
• Catherine (1/5): Not a good place to stay. - The apartment is in a great location for access to the city. The host was quick to respond to questions. The apartment is really small and the beds are uncomfortable especially the sofa bed which has a hard ridge in the middle. The location is very noisy all night with no double glazing or sound proofing. It is also really hot but you can’t open the windows because of the noise. The approach up the stairs is scruffy and feels like a student accommodation stepping over people’s post as you come through the door. All the furnishing are tired and need replacing. The cost was very expensive we could have stayed at the premier inn for half of the price and been comfortable and had some sleep. Overall very disappointed.
• Simon (8/5): Great location, quirky apartment. - Amazing location, cute apartment with quirky bed on top of the bathroom up a little staircase! Right next to the Fox on the Green. I was happy here and was just what I wanted. Very good host and excellent communication. The only downside was it felt like entering a building site before getting to the second floor as there was paint and dust everywhere. I'm sure that'll be all cleared up when the other apartments are finished.

• Sheamardin (10/5): Exceptional - Easy to find the places looked exactly like the photo plenty of space and pretty comfortable very satisfied Not really a bad thing but just wish there was a plug or extension plug near the bed so was able to charge my phone during the night
• Lisa (7/5): Beautiful little place in walking distance to the Business Design Centre - Beautiful apartment, has everything you need. Host was responsive and helpful. Location was great for us, but it is a noisy street. There was an issue and the key had not been left in the key lock. Mistakes happen, and we sorted it. No lift.
