• YoGa (8/5): - Tout était très bien : les hôtes très réactifs, des petites boissons de bienvenues étaient présentes, et tout était propre. Le seul point négatif est le bruit de la rue dans la chambre avec les deux lits simples.
• Isabelle (9/5): Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis chez nous et nous serions volontiers restés quelques jours de plus - L’appartement est très confortable et coquet, spacieux et il y a de nombreuses petites attentions des propriétaires ( feuille d’accueil avec infos, guide et infos touristiques, jeux dé société, capsules de café, et de nombreux articles pour cuisiner. On arrive et on se sent tout de suite chez nous. La décoration est soignée, de beaux meubles, et des affiches typiques de Spa dans toutes les pièces. Nous avons eu un petit soucis avec les chaînes de la télé qui avaient été déréglées par les locataires précédents, mais Jules est venu tout de suite pour régler le soucis. C’est un atout d’avoir des proprios si réactifs et disponibles. Ils L’appartement est bien situé, à proximité de tout, mais cet emplacement au cœur de la ville fait que la chambre qui donne côté rue est fort exposée au bruit de la circulation. Je n’ai pas l’habitude.

• John (7/5): Nice flat in a good location - Good location - although difficult to stop and unload as parking bays in front of unit were always full Cereal and dust under the single bed was a bit surprising as otherwise the flat was pretty clean. Area of floor in dining room need a bit more structural support as very bouncy under foot

• Marielle (9/5): Wanneer we weer in de buurt moeten zijn zouden wij weer voor deze locatie kiezen het voldeed aan onze wensen - Ruime accommodatie voorzien van alle gemakken. Zeer compleet en schoon De doorgaande weg zorgt wel voor wat geluidsoverlast wanneer je dit niet gewend bent.

• Kris (10/5): Awesome flat! - Really great apartment and very centrally located. The space is large, nicely designed and a very well-equipped kitchen, which we particularly appreciated. The host was very responsive too.
• Claudine (9/5): - La propreté du logement et la proximité de tout. Une fois la voiture garée, on est dans le centre ville donc c'est très facile. Le logement est spacieux et tout est prévu.
• Martin (10/5): Schönes Apartment im Herzen der Stadt - Das Apartment liegt direkt im Herzen von Spa. Rückseitig gibt es eine kleine Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge. Direkt gegenüber konnten wir an der Straße kostenfrei parken. Klare Empfehlung. Die Straße ist ein wenig laut, waren viele "Poser" unterwegs.

• Michael (10/5): Ein schöner Trip in einem tollen Appartement - Es war wirklich alles mindestens so wie beschrieben. Ausstattung war mehr als Ausreichend und es waren auch Sachen da, die nicht vorher erwähnt worden sind. Es gab zwar keinen persönlichen Kontakt, aber man konnte sich immer an die Vermieter wenden. • Erwin (9/5): Op en Top - Een heel comfortabel en ruim appartement, alles is beschikbaar, makkelijke check-in en check-out, heel proper onderhouden,.ook heel dichtbij centrum. We raden andere gasten dit zeker aan!!!
• Chiraz (9/5): Een compleet appartement, kindvriendelijk! - Echt overal was aan gedacht, vooral in de keuken. Voor de rest was het heel fijn om hier te verblijven met jonge kinderen. We hebben ons echt thuis gevoeld. Het uitzicht op de weg was mooi, we hebben heerlijk in het zonnetje gezeten en naar buiten gekeken. Het appartement was ook erg ruim en voorzien van alles. Zeker een aanrader! Het enige wat ik miste was een nieuw afwas sponsje. Er lag er wel 1 die al gebruikt was, en die was wel schoon. Maar ik ben altijd heel voorzichtig met sponsjes omdat ik nog een baby heb en daar altijd alles goed voor schoon maak. Misschien is het een idee om een reserve spons in de kast te leggen, zo geef je de mensen een optie.

• Leontien81 (10/5): Schoon, fijn en comfortabel! - Alles was wat er. Zowel practisch als comfort. De keuken was compleet met koelkast en apart vriesdeel, gasfornuis, oven, magnetron, broodrooster en genoeg servies, pannen en ander gerei. De huiskamer heeft een fijne houten eetttafel en een ruime tv-zithoek met 2 comfortabele zitbanken inclusief dekentjes, kussens en een smart-tv met alle apps. Gratis Wifi werkte prima! De 2 slaapkamers met beide 2 persoonsbedden waren goed opgemaakt en voorzien met ruime kleerkasten. We hebben goed en fijn geslapen. De gordijnen verduisteren voldoende. Beide kamers hebben een eigen deur dat leidt naar het halletje van de gezamenlijke badkamers. Voor ieder was voldoende badtextiel aanwezig en een föhn. De douche is fijn. Het duurt wel wat langer voordat het water heet wordt, dus klein beetje geduld is aangenaam. ;) Er is een kleiner semi-ligbad, waar je niet volledig gestrekt in kunt liggen, maar wel comfortabel achterover kunt zitten met benen gestrekt. Verder is er een toilet daar en een extra apart toilet in de hal tussen voordeur en keuken. Er is een strijkplank, stoomstrijkijzer, een stofzuiger aanwezig en ook basis schoonmaakmiddelen voor als nodig (bij langere verblijf). Het appartement was goed schoon bij aankomst! Het binnentuintje met terras bereik je via een opstapje en via de grote keukenraamdeur. Het contact vooraf met de eigenaars verliep vlot. Je krijgt van hen de code van het sleutelkastje dat bij de brievenbussen in het voorportaal hangt. Daarin 2x 2 sleutels: van de deur naar het trappenhuis en van de voordeur van het appartement op de 1e etage. Verder contact was niet nodig, want was duidelijk en in orde. :) Om de hoek is een wat grotere parkeerplaats (parkeren is gratis in Spa) waar wij elke keer het geluk hadden een plek te vinden, ondanks dat het duidelijk erg druk was. Beide klokken gaven niet de juiste tijd aan, maar wie gebruikt niet de telefoon voor de tijd. ;) Er is geen lift. Voor ons geen probleem, maar handig om te weten voor wie slechter ter been is.

• Rob (10/5): Exceptional - Great location in the town, easy parking and easy walk to the bars and restaurants. Also, only 10 minutes from the track. Access was easy. Very well equipped and very clean and comfortable.

The apartment is huge, plenty of room and a nice roof terrace too. It has everything you need. It’s so nice I wish I had it for myself. The owners are excellent communicators, very welcoming and thoughtful. The rooms and clear instructions/welcome guides were ready and all the towels, linen and essentials for a long weekend stay provided. Nothing as it was better than described
• Rob (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Also, having a small rooftop garden with garden furniture and bbq is a bonus. Plenty of street parking opposite. The kitchen has everything you could need, the main bathroom has a bath and separate shower and also there is another separate toilet. Plenty of room in the dining area around the table and a very comfortable sitting room with a large modern TV. Looking forward to next year already!

• Chris (9/5): Lovely apartment for a weekend in Spa - Very spacious, lovely bathroom, very well located, comfortable and warm. Nice patio for summer. Well equipped Parking down the road but free and pretty safe. No dishwasher tablets that we could find.

More space than you will ever need, the property is fitted to a very high standard, very generously equipped and was spotlessly clean too. Thank you very much for making our stay a very special one!
