The place was spotless, very well maintained, and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent – they replied immediately and were always helpful. The location is perfect, in a quiet and safe neighborhood, yet close to everything. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended!
• Andre (10/5): Um local completo e confortável em Roma - Esse local realmente nos surpreendeu! Estávamos receosos quando chegamos com dificuldade de encontrar entrada do prédio e logo depois o pequeno elevador antigo. Ao chegar, encontramos a diarista que nos permitiu deixar as malas antes do check in. A limpeza estava impecável e havia produtos para limpeza de louças e roupas, secador e ferro de passar. O apartamento é mais espaço do que parece nas fotos e muito bem projetado. Estávamos em 4, mas caberiam 6 contando com o sofá-cama que parecia confortável. Não utilizamos o fogão, mas havia o básico para cozinhar e café extra, além de cápsulas para a máquina. O anfitrião gentilmente deixou orientações de como utilizar tudo, vídeos para entrada e indicações de locais no bairro. Usamos metrô e ônibus facilmente nas proximidades. Tudo estava ótimo!
• Michela (10/5): Ottima struttura e ottima posizione - Appartamento grande, luminoso e dotato di tutti i confort. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Posizione ottima vicino a fermate di autobus e metro che portano in 15/20minuti in ogni parte di Roma.
• Christoph (10/5): Exzellenter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung Roms mit sehr netten Gastgebern - Sehr geräumiges und sauberes Apartment in toller Lage, nur wenige Minuten zur Metro. Unkomplizierter, netter und hilfreicher Kontakt zu den Gastgebern. Paola und Marta haben uns in jeder Hinsicht unterstützt und so den Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht. • JAVIER (9/5): - Todo en general. Cerca de todo lo visitarle en Roma. Muy cerca parada de metro Re di Roma. Apartamento espectacular. Camas súper limpias. Muy bien preparado para todo. Aire acondicionado y TV en todas las habitaciones. Pasamos unos días geniales. Si tenemos que volver a Roma, trataremos de repetir. Nada.
• Ramon (10/5): Un lugar perfecto para estar en Roma.Eramos 6 personas y la pasamos increíble en plena ola de calor. - Era super espacioso, ideal para una familia grande, tenía AC en cada habitación que en una ola de calor se agradece mucho. El apartamento nos encantó a todos, personas mayores y niña. Por decir algo… la entrada del portal que era escalones para personas mayores pero como digo, por decir algo porque el resto fenomenal.
• Balint (10/5): Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment with good transport + very kind and helpful owner. - Nice, clean and fully equipped apartment with two bathrooms, big enough for a family. The metro station is a 5 minute walk and the bus stops are within 50 meters. Each room has a large wardrobe and air conditioning. Grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants are in the neigbourhood. Paolo, the owner is very kind and helpful, so everything was perfect during our stay in Rome.

It was very comfortable, clean, and spacious - perfect for a group, with plenty of room for everyone. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the metro, which made getting around the city easy. Communication with the host was outstanding. He was very helpful and clearly explained how to use all the amenities in the apartment. Highly recommended!

• N0e1 (10/5): Amazing and Comfortable Apartment - Amazingly clean and comfortable apartment. It truly feels like a home away from home. The whole apartment is really clean with comfortable beds and all the amenities you'll need to have a great stay. The location is good too, a short walk to the metro station and neighborhood restaurants. You could easily walk to St.John Lateran Basilica and the Holy Stairs. Paolo, the host, was very responsive and provided all the information before hand so we didn't have any worries when staying at the apartment. We were a family of five and everyone totally enjoyed the stay. We couldn't recommend this place enough to anyone visiting Rome.

• Charles (10/5): If you are lucky enough to book this place you got a gem - I felt like I was the first guest in a brand new property. I’ve been to Rome 3 times in the last year and this location and unit is the best. That the reviews did not do it justice. There is a supermarket literally at the doorstep. And a major bus to the train stops virtually at the door. The coliseum was walkable in 90 plus temps with lots to do on the way
• Sidharth (10/5): Exceptional - We are a family of 4 from Germany and stayed for 7 days in this amazing apartment. This was my first time staying in an apartment, so I was initially a bit skeptical, but this place is super nice. The host, Mr. Paolo, is very cooperative and always available on phone or WhatsApp. The main door to the apartment can be accessed by an online link, so you can arrive at your convenience. The rooms are super comfortable with large beds and clean towels. All the facilities were just as shown in the photos. The kitchen had all the necessary items. We really enjoyed the coffee from the coffee machine. The location of the apartment is 5 minutes walking distance to the Metro 'Re di Roma'. The supermarket 'Penny' is just outside the main door of the apartment, and there are many authentic restaurants nearby. There is a public bus stop near the apartment, and Bus no. 87 takes a nice tour to the city center. Overall, our stay was nothing short of perfect. The apartment was a true home away from home, providing all the comfort and convenience we needed. It's an excellent choice for families looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return on our next trip to Rome.
