- Alison (8/5): Great location and good sized apartment but could do better on basic equipment for an apartment. - Great location with easy access to Canning Town station. Nice quiet area with some cafes nearby. Easy access to London city airport. Good check-in process. Kitchen crockery and chairs not sufficient for the number of people the apartment sleeps. Bad smell in the en-suite (noted in other reviews).
- Brian (7/5): Good apartment for sightseeing - Apartment was warm and comfortable. Felt safe. Kitchen equipment was very basic, furniture showing signs of wear and tear.
- Mcloughlin (6/5): An apartment which be can more comfortable - Good location, 5mins walk from tube station. Convenience store in same building. Some eateries nearby. Spacious apartment with potential if maintained properly. We were greeted with an offensive smell from the ensuite bathroom, (the host was informed but he did not acknowledge). There is a few tins of air fresheners provided. Although it states that toiletries are provided, these are opened and used by previous guests. There is no hairdryer. Could have provided tea towel to dry crockery. If you like a very firm bed, then this is a place for you. We found the beds too hard and uncomfortable. I personally did not being sent repeated messages about my check out time.

- Gambique (10/5): an environment like your own home - They immediately helped us with even our smallest question through the WhatsApp group that was set up upon arrival, so we were embarrassed to ask questions even at a late hour, but they answered immediately. We would like to thank Tim and Marga in particular for their great teamwork. We haven't had an experience we didn't like.

- John (7/5): Good - Location was in a nice area with some cafes and restaurants outside. Supermarket just downstairs and Underground station easy walking distance away. The apartment itself was modern and clean. The hosts were accommodating of our changing arrival schedule due to flight delays. The apartment was a bit spartan (e.g. no dish towels or kitchen roll), and we had to get someone to come out to bring bedding for the sofa bed. The beds were also super hard!

- Yi (9/5): Enjoyable - The apartment is excellent. Many facilities are provided. The environment around the apartment is good. The apartment owner and the service team created a whatsapp group with me, for communicating and answering questions and problems during my stay. The action is good. But I asked them for some situation, they seldom replied in the group but through e-mail. It is inconvenient to me.

- Lynne (9/5): Gorgeous flat, will definitely be back for future excel events - The apartment was lovely, spacious and only a couple of minutes walk to canning town station so perfect for excel and west end. There's a car park just as you enter, before you go through the barrier, £20 a day if like us you need to bring lots of stuff. If not get the train, it's so close by. Tim was lovely, super amenable and offered recommendations. Nothing, it was lovely
- Anna (7/5): Great!! - Looks pretty much the same as the photos. Everything is clean, no property damage found. Water leaking out of one of the showers when using it.
We had to walk 14 min to return the keys, as we were not in a rush this didn’t cause any trouble.
- Man-fai (9/5): Well equipped flat close to local amenities. - A flat that can accommodate a family. It has all the faculties as described. Walking distance to the tube station and nearby shops. Tne owner was very helpful to my issues. Some used items from previous tenant was found. I would have liked an information sheet on the location of key items like Wi-Fi, and more importantly how to turn on the heating.
