• Marcos (10/5): Tivemos uma ótima experiência nesta hospedagem. O check-in foi simples e bem organizado, e a comunicação com a anfitriã - O quarto estava muito limpo e bem equipado. A acomodação dispõe de tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia confortável, incluindo eletrodomésticos para preparar refeições e máquina de lavar roupa, o que faz toda a diferença para quem está viajando.

O atendimento pelo whatsapp foi muito solícito! É um bairro residencial, entao nos sentimos bem seguros para chegar tarde da noite! Gostamos de tudo! Tem metrô perto, entao foi bem tranquilo! • Rudy (8/5): - Superbe appartement propre,bien équipé près du metro. Hotes plus que serviables. Tout plein de petites attentions. Pas adapte si voiture. Parking impossible dans la rue. On a du payer dans un parking privé après moultes recherches. Pas simple pour les bagages. Inconvenient des logements avec plusieurs chambres, avec des gens qui arrivent tres tard et sonnent pour qu.on leur ouvre au lieu de suivre les consignes du loueur.

Highly recommend :) - Very clean and comfy apartment; we also had a balcony which gave its own atmosphere :) The shared spaces were cleaned every day so this was not problem at all. Everything was very well equipped: we had umbrellas for rainy days and cookies/snacks in the kitchen. The hosts were very attentive! Yes, the location is a bit far from the center, but the subway station is in 3 minutes and the neighborhood is lovely with supermarkets and cafes nearby. -

• Anna (10/5): - I really enjoyed my stay in these apartments. The cleaning was done every day, and the level of service was a pleasant surprise. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the thoughtful compliment of jam and crackers to enjoy with coffee. The location is very convenient, close to the metro station, which made getting around easy. I highly recommend Mama Rooms — the hosts truly care about their guests, and every little detail has been carefully thought out.

Posizione davvero comoda a 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro. Sulla via c'è anche un supermercato comodissimo. Personale veramente gentile e disponibile. Sicuramente ci torneremo

• Sabrina (7/5): Bien au niveau confort. - L’hôte nous a fait trouver un plateau avec le nécessaire pour le déjeuner et des biscuits, chips. Il y avait aussi serviette, essuie-tout, petite bouteille d’eau Je trouve dommage que la cuisine n’était pas propre. Exemple les ustensiles les meubles et dans la salle de bain la douche et le meuble de salle de bain n’était pas propre non plus.

• Simo77na (10/5): - L appartamento è comodo alla metropolitana, in zona piena di ogni servizio. Posizione ottima. All'interno è perfetto, dotato di tutto il necessario e di più. Letti comodi, camere ampie, bagno funzionale, cucina bel attrezzata.acqua in bottiglietta e possibilita di farsi caffe e te. Complimenti per tutto e speriamo di tornare presto. Cuscini troppo alti ma questo è un opinione personale, mancanza di una teglia per il forno, ma forse non l abbiamo trovata. Magari sarebbe stato comodo trovare qualche biscotto e dei succhi di frutta. Ma solo per consiglio.

L'attention du propriétaire pour notre petit déjeuner et vraiment il ne manquait rien. 0 Le ménage mériterait d'être fait un peu + dans les détails et on voit que l'appartement est vieillissant. Mais globalement on s'en accommode.

Aunque no se trate de un apartamento muy céntrico tiene la parada de metro A a dos calles, lo que facilita mucho el acceso a todas partes. El ruido y arrastre de muebles de los vecinos de arriba. El apartamento necesita un poco de mantenimiento, los radiadores, por ejemplo están muy oxcidados y las paredes también mejorarían con una buena capa de pintura.

• María Luna (9/5): Muy buen lugar para descansar. - La cama es muy cómoda, perfecta para llegar a descansar. Tienen un lindo detalle de dejarte unos cafes y unas galletas, la cocina está bien equipada. Es cerca de la estación de metro (7 minutos a pies) que te conecta en 30 minutos a termini.

Posto molto consigliato, proprietaria presente ma mai fastidiosa, disponibile a soddisfare le nostre richieste. Posteggio disponibile in strada, ma non facile da trovare, ma tutto secondo annuncio dell'appartamento, nessuna sorpresa sgradita.

• Amalia (10/5): Excellent - The apartment is very nice. The rooms are big, nice and comfortable. The kitchen was very, very well equipped with lots of plates, pots ,pans and glasses. There were also lots of groceries, spices, oil, vinegar and even pasta. There is a vegetable shop under the apartment and a supermarket very close by. The location is a bit far from the center, but it is not a problem to reach all the sites by car or public transport. Mary, the owner, was lovely, she waited for us at check-in, and welcomed us. We had a problem with the car and she helped us with to communicate with company. I don't know what we would have done without her. It is not at all obvious everything she did for us. We will definitely return to the apartment again. Nothing

Havlular çok güzel kokuyordu. Mutfakta her türlü imkan vardı ve banyoda da. Odayı tüm vergiler dahil tutmuştuk ancak şehir vergisi nakit olarak istendi check out sırasında buna dikkat edin. Bu durum tüm İtalya’da böyleymiş bunu gözden kaçırmayınız.

• Paul (7/5): Nice place for a inexpensive stay in rome - The room had everything we needed. Contact was nice and made it easy to arrive at the appartement. The price was good and with the metro nearby you can get the center around 30 minutes. The bed was a little bit to narrow for 2 people and the pillows too high. The stairway (not the appartement!) smelled a bit moldy and there was a construction site.

• Gergő (9/5): Superb - The apartment is close to the A metro line and to the next stop. The apartment was clean, the bed was cosy. We came exactly the same day as the heating season ends in Rome, so there was a little bit cold, but we contacted the staff and with a really fast step in, they set the AC to heating and the problem was solved. The staff is also really responsive.

The accommodation is located in an inner courtyard where renovation is currently taking place, so it was a bit difficult to find at first. However, once we found it, everything was fine—we received all the instructions via messages and had no trouble locating everything. The accommodation was really clean and cozy, making us feel like we were visiting our mom. Nothing was missing; there was even an iron, a hairdryer, kitchen equipment, and other small details that made our stay more enjoyable. The only downside is that it is a bit farther from the city center, so the commute takes a bit longer, but we expected that when making the reservation.

• Samantha (6/5): Okay apartment in a good location - We liked how the shared facilities were cleaned daily even on the weekend. The location was good, only 400 meters to the train station with a 20minute train ride to the central station. Plus for us was this apartment had a washing machine. The room was spacious which was nice with a fully equipped kitchen. The bed was uncomfortable, very springy. We felt like the host was continuing messaging which was annoying. After our stay the host messaged us to ask him to give him a 10 star rating as this property is new to booking.com and to provide feedback to him personally. As travellers who use booking.com a lot we did not think this is very ethical, we want honest feedback, the good and bad. Found this to be pushy to give the apartment a 10 star review.
• Lancelot (10/5): Very spacious and convenient flat, 25 min from Termini door to door with the metro! - It’s very quiet in the building! The AC in the room is a BIG plus in the summer. My flight was delayed so I couldn’t arrive before 4 am but Luigi made sure to send me all needed information beforehand and remotely opened the door for me! Nothing!
• Serhii (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was fine. Near the metro station (A line) PS. Surprisingly, but metro in Rome work only until 22:00 (during weekdays). After that they have bus witch repeat metro route.

• Margaret (10/5): Such a comfy stay in the heart of Rome! - Well stocked kitchen and huge enough for a family of 5. Small walk to the station (Lucio Sestio) which easily makes you reach places like the Termini station with ease. The metro of Rome is fast so even if you are many stations away, you can reach your destination fast as well. There are many restaurants and shopping areas near this station like Mcdo/HnM which is very convenient.
• Shaun (5/5): Passable - The owner was very friendly and helpful. The directions were good and it was easy to find. It was close to a metro station. The general surface areas and toilet were clean. The aircon worked nicely. The bed was lopsided and very old (room 2). Not comfortable at all. The linen was old and warn. There was one toilet roll between 3 people for 2 days so we had to buy our own. I had to re-wash every dish I took out to use because they all had dried food stains on, this was not pleasant. The rest of the apartment surface areas were, however, clean. Overall, not the best value for money compared to what it cost.

The metro line is very close, so it's easy to get to central Rome. There is a shop about 1 minute from the apartment. The owner suggests a driver to get you from the airport, and it's good to take it. The driver helped me a lot when we arrived.
