• Mihaela (8/5): Near to the center, small balcony. - Enough space for 6 people -3 couples. Low pressure for the water in the bathrooms. Noise from the bathroom and no esspreso machine.
• Anna (10/5): - Super lokalizacja. Blisko stacja metra. Apartement wyglada tak jak na zdjęciach. Duży przestronny spokojnie pomieści 7 osób dorosłych. Dwie łazienki na plus przy wiekszej liczbie osob. Bez problemu można sie dostać do wielu atrakcji Rzymu zarówno metrem ( stacja metra 5 minut od apartamentu) jak i na piechotę. Koloseum,Forum Romanum, Palllatyn ok. 15 minut spacerkiem. Po drodze dużo barów , restauracyjek gdzie można zjeść w rozsądnej cenie. Cicha spokojna okolica. Polecam.

• Naima (6/5): Good location but disappointed with cleaness - Location was nice, Not too far from.centrale station and metro to go.to city center. Outdated furniture and not clean. Sheets and towels smelled and property was not clean to our standards.

• pau_bro (9/5): Miłe mieszanie w Rzymie - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Do metra Manzoni 4 minuty piechotą. Zaraz obok Bazyliki Świętego Jana na Lateranie. Duże i wygodne mieszkanie. Kuchnia mogła by być lepiej wyposażona.

• Zoltan (10/5): Surprisingly big place in a fantastic location with a super nice host - The place is HUGE—three rooms to sleep in, I think six people can fit easily. There are two bathrooms. The kitchen is small, but who the heck would use it in Rome anyway?! The location is perfect—just 3 tram/bus stops or a 15-minute walk from the Colosseum. Tram no. 3 runs through half the city, so it’s super convenient. Plus, the Manzoni metro station is just around the corner. Mark, the host, was really nice and punctual and he even left a bottle of champagne for us because it was my father’s birthday. 🥂 Nice gesture. The apartment is at the end of a small uphill street, so at the end of the day there’s always a bit of climbing. Not too bad though—the apartment itself is on the 5th floor, but luckily there’s an elevator. Some people complained about its size but we fit in it just fine with luggage and all, no problem at all. There’s a small coffee place for your morning espresso just downhill at the corner, and a basic supermarket right across the street. For dinner, I highly recommend the small and fairly priced trattoria one street away called I Buoni Amici Roma—you might need to book a table though it seemed quite popular. Get prepared with cash, no card payment and you can’t pay for this stay via the booking.com system either. The water pressure is not too strong in the showers, I guess it’s due to the 5th floor and perhaps Rome’s pipeline system. The 10:00 am check-out time can feel a bit early if you went to bed late and still want to enjoy a last breakfast in the area. Also, no real reason to mention the balcony in the description—it’s tiny, but that’s not where the value of this place is anyway. But really nothing serious to complain about at all, these are minor issues, it’s really a good base to expore Rome for a family of four to six.

• Daniel (9/5): Overall good place to stay for a few days - Great location, near San Giovanni. Two bathrooms, three bedrooms, balcony for smokers. Great place with everything important in near location (shops, restaurants, metro, intresting places, hospital) Lack of spices (pepper, salt) and coffee. Beds were a bit too hard and squeaky. Bad water pressure in bathrooms, damaged shower head in both bathrooms and leaking tap in bath tub.

• Jelena (10/5): Very good for kids and families - Apartment was bigger than what we expected. It is one of the best accommodations I ever stayed in. It is very comfortable, clean, cozy, in the perfect location, close to Colosseum and other attractions, but still in silent neighborhood. Would recommend it to everyone.

• Maxine (8/5): Rome more, worry less! - The location was fantastic! It was in a quiet area, and close to both the bus and metro. Philipe was also very helpful upon arrival and with useful tips about the local area. The power circuit breaker kept cutting the power with air con or when cooking.
• Aniruddha (7/5): Good - The house itself is stunning and the facilities provided were top-notch. The home appliances were in excellent condition, making my stay even more comfortable. Moreover, the hotel's location offers great connectivity to all the major tourist spots, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. While the apartment itself was spacious and suitable for accommodating six people, the fact that it was located on the 5th floor proved to be a bit inconvenient, especially considering the small size of the lift, which made transporting big bags a challenge. Unfortunately, I also encountered issues with the electricity during my stay, which was a major drawback. If these electrical problems were resolved, it would definitely be a worthy option for a group stay. One suggestion for improvement would be to include a washing machine, especially for guests on longer stays.
