• Alejandro (8/5): Buena relacion calidad precio - El departamento es amplio y bastante cómodo, cerca de una estación de metro, se aisalaba bastante el sonido exterior, y está en un segundo piso. Tenía perdida de agua hacia el suelo el inodoro de uno de los baños. (Agua limpia). Es un edificio que tiene mucha música fuerte en la no apto para personas sensibles. Dicen que el barrio es malo, Pero en lo personal solo lo sentí distinto, "caribeño ". Para el precio está todo bien.

Pedí la reserva con 1 mes de anticipación y la mañana del sábado 9 de agosto llegó a Santiago a las 8 am con mis hijos, y me llega un mensaje que no podré hacer uso de mi reserva y aparte ninguna solución me dejó sin solución y sin alojamiento el arrendatario, pésimo con 1 mes de anticipación lo reserve y el día que llegó me cancela.

• Aleksandr (6/5): OK for a short stay with decent reachability to Santiago airport - We needed a place not too far from the airport for an early flight next day and this was among the more affordable options in the direction of the airport. Bedding was clean and beds were decently comfy. Most essential items were there. The apartment seemed somewhat damp when we arrived. Either it was mopped shortly before our arrival and not mopped dry or it was standing for a while with wet floors. The apartment wasn’t particularly clean: there was dirt and hair on the floor in most rooms, especially in the corners. If it was cleaned at all the effort must have been minimal. The couch in the living room looked so dirty that I can’t see anyone even considering sitting on it. It was as if someone was stomping on it in dirty shoes or some such. It was cold in the end of September, but no heater was promised, so I guess that was to be expected. Smaller odd things included just a single spoon in the entire kitchen, no nightstands whatsoever and a TV sitting straight on the floor in the living room (though, given the state of the sofa one would not really be inclined to watch it anyway, I guess). Payment and check-in were probably most bizarre. Some of this could probably be ascribed to language barrier, but the host requested that we pay them via some local Chilean online payment portal before check-in. In the end, we were able to check in first (via the concierge downstairs) and paid shortly after, but the online payment is obviously problematic if you don’t happen to have a Chilean bank account or payment card. I had to try 4 or 5 different cards before I was finally able to pay. Mastercards for some reason were failing right away, but thankfully one Visa card ultimately worked. To the host’s credit, they were willing to come by in the evening and accept a cash payment in person, so I guess it’s not that bad, but the process definitely didn’t feel smooth for us foreigners.
