- Capriotti (10/5): SUPER TOP - Appartamento molto grande e luminoso e vicinissimo allo stadio. Host sempre disponibile
- Amanda (4/5): Disappointing - - Walking distance to Auditorium Parca della Musica (12-15 mins walk)
- Quiet area
- Self check-in For the first two days, I had to use the other tenant's toilet, as mine was clogged. The hot shower and washing machine didn’t work either, which turned out to be an electricity issue. The other tenant was kind and helpful, but I don’t recall being informed that there might be another tenant during my stay (the property has two bedrooms and two external bathrooms). As a woman traveling alone, I would have felt somewhat uncomfortable if the other tenant had been of the opposite sex, so it would be helpful if this were clarified in the property description.
I received the breakfast coupons on the second or third day (I can't remember exactly). Initially, there wasn’t even a bin in the toilet or anywhere else in the flat. The host and contact person were slow to respond, but the issues, including the provision of a bin, were resolved by the third day.
The Wi-Fi didn’t reach my room and worked better in the living room. The host suggested I ask the neighbor for access to their Wi-Fi, but I didn’t have the chance to speak with them. Additionally, the accommodation was quite far from the city center (about an hour by bus), and I found the bus services to be unreliable, with frequent delays.
Overall, the stay felt overpriced given the facilities and location.
- Dárika (1/5): terrible - They let me leave my bags before check-in. That was the only positive point. Oh, and the cleaning boy was super nice and friendly. But the place is completely unprepared. The first moment you see the apartment you're happy!
But there are many problems: the building key is hard to open, the bathroom and bedroom doors have really old keys that you have to insert several times, at different depths until you find the right place. The bathroom light sometimes turns on and sometimes doesn't, and the bathrooms and bedrooms don't have trash cans.
The Wi-Fi they gave me doesn't match the ones available. I asked at 9:30 p.m.
The next day, they answered me at 9:45 a.m.: "really, they told me there's a problem"
And the bathroom I was supposed to use isn't working either.
Several lies in the ad: the apartment hasn't been renovated, it's just been "made up".
There was no "private bathroom", I had to use the other one along with the other guests.
I didn't have access to "free Wi-Fi" on any day.
And when I bought it, it said Free breakfast. Thank goodness they took it out because it doesn't exist. There's only a kitchen.
Besides everything, it's very far from Rome and you can't get there by subway alone, you also have to use buses or trams.
I regretted it a lot. At the beginning of my trip to Italy, I stayed in Rome in a place that was very good. And when I decided to return to the city at the end of the trip, I couldn't find any availability. And so I chose without thinking much about it.
It leaves a lot to be desired and it's not like in the other places I stayed in Italy where the person in charge responds to WhatsApp quickly because they are attentive to everything and help from a distance.
In this place, you send a message and they take hours to respond. You call and they don't answer you right away. It's very distressing to arrive in the city and feel like you have no assistance.
And I would never go back.

- Cheng (9/5): Good value for money - fully furnished, large area The host should send the check-in message instead of by phone
