• Christian (8/5): Nervig, leider. - Die Unterkunft ist sehr ok. Leider gibt keine Schlafzimmer für 6 Personen nur für 5. Die Terassen sind Top. Die Agentur die Vermittlung macht ist extrem nervig. Ca. 10 Mails zum einchecken und 3 Tage vor der Abreise, wenn man gerade ankommt gibt es schon Abreiseinformationen zum auschecken. Ich würde nie wieder über diese Agentur buchen.

• Jānis (5/5): Passable - Location and view from the terrace. For the room with a sea view, the external window blinds were damaged. The blinds were closed but could not be opened due to the broken mechanism. Accordingly, the room was dark for 2 weeks, without a window, without a view of the sea, without fresh air. The apartment managers did not come to fix the blinds in 2 weeks. One day the water supply was also turned off in the apartment. There were no warnings and no information for how long. The managers could not be contacted. Also, be careful with an outdoor pool where too much chlorine is added. We had skin problems. If these 3 things weren't there and there were responsive apartment managers, then everything else would be fine.

• Alex (1/5): Fidalsa Disappointment and Fraud in Punta Prima - The location. The check-in instructions were extremely insufficient, there wasn't any toilet paper provided, and the Fidalsa staff was non-communicative and non--responsive. No beach towels and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The electrical breakers were turned off. Also I just found out I was charged $100 for some blue wrist bands that they said were lost and not left on the kitchen table in a bowl. I wish I had taken a photo when we left as we had no idea what the wrist bands were for and we left them in the bowl on the table when we left. In addition there is a mediating company that keeps the money from the deposit and won't release it unless Fidalsa agrees to the cost reimbursement. Well... Lo and behold Fidalsa said we lost the wrist bands and is keeping the $100. I have no idea when I'll get the rest of the deposit back. We left the place immaculate and I took a video of the bedrooms and living room for proof. Fidalsa is a deceitful company and should be banned from renting any properties in Spain and delisted on Booking. Oh and if I want to file a claim against Fidalsa I have to file it in France which isn't going to happen as I live in California. This is so wrong it makes me furious.
• Magdalena (5/5): Mediocre at best - The location was great. 5 min by car to the nearest supermarket and restaurants. Right on the beach (the beach is mostly rocks but the view was great). I got very unclear instructions about where to find the keys. They provide a helpline that you could not call just message and it took forever to get a response. I was standing over 2 hours (at 10 pm) in front of the apartment complex unable to get the keys. The company that operates that rental told me the next day that they would change the instructions and hopefully it happened since I don't wish that on anybody what happened to me. I left a very bad taste in my mouth and I will definitely not recommend this place to anybody nor will ever stay there again. Also the apartment was not crazy clean (a lot of crumbs in the couch and dust under the furniture).
• Pawel (5/5): The Spaniards! Learn how to work with clients! - The apartment is good! The view from the balcony is also good! And the place is beautiful! But the management company sucks! 1. When I checked into the apartment, I couldn't find the bracelets for the pool. I corresponded with them - and still they didn't bring them and didn't answer where they could be found, so we swam the whole vacation without bracelets. I don't care if they are there or not, but the guards constantly pestered me with the question: why don't my children have bracelets!!! 2. The kettle doesn't turn off by itself! 3. There is no place for a barbecue.

• Ainouna (8/5): A very nice apartment and view, I wished the beach opposite was accessible - The view, balcony and the modern and clean apartment which was equipped with everything The beach opposite is not accessible for swimming, we had to drive looking for big sandy beach
• Natsww (9/5): This was a great apartment for our family. We really enjoyed the space. - The apartment was very well equipped. On site parking was spacious and convenient. Views of the pool/ocean were great. Hosts took a long time to respond to messages. Not enough towels or keys. No pool towels. No information regarding amenities such as the pool and gym.
• Sinead (9/5): Great stay - Beautiful spacious apartment, all the essential. Two lovely balconys one for morning sun, one for evening sun. Lovely heated pool. It was too far from Torreveija to walk, it's Punta Marina. The Security guard at the location was very rude.
