• Martin (7/5): Gure Wohnung für Surfer und Leute die keinen großen Ansprüche stellen. - Die Lage der Wohnung direkt an der Küste ist sehr gut. In kurzer Entfernung kann man mehrere Lokale aufsuchen. Mit dem Auto - Parkplatz im öffentlichern Bereich ist immer vorhanden - ist man schnall in Lss Palmas und anderen Orten. Die Wohnung ist etwas verwohnt. Sehr viele Betten für Surfer. Dafür kein richtiger Wohnbereich. Fernseher im Schlafzimmer. WLAN ist außerordentlich schwach und nicht immer in allen Räumen verfügbar (Download um die 7- 11 mbits/sec). Der Toaster ist auch schon in die Jahre gekommen. In der Küche gab es kein warmes Wasser zum Abswaschen. In der Dusche waren bei Anreise noch Haare der Vormieter im Abfluß. So richtiges Komfortgefühl kommt nicht auf.
• Marine (6/5): - La communication avec Michel était très bien. Il était facile de se garer devant l’appartement. Les équipements étaient complets. Pas d’eau chaude dans la cuisine, le câble n’est même pas raccordé. L’espace canapé se trouve dans l’entrée, il n’y a aucun coin pour se détendre. Les lits superposés du haut sont assez dangereux. Les voisins du dessus étaient bruyants. La terrasse est située deux étages plus haut.

• jh (9/5): Geweldig - Prachtige locatie. Golven beuken tegen de muur van het huis. Woning ook prima. Woonkamer bevindt zich in de Hal. Kleine bank in de slaapkamer de kleine bank gezet en daar heerlijk gezeten en tv gekeken. Tevens mooi dakterras.
• YKop (5/5): - Nebylo to ubytování na strávení dovolené, spíše ubytovna pro partu surfařů. Nafoceno krásně ale realita je jiná. Sedačka ve vstupní chotbě, terasa o dvě patra výš. Okolí působí depresivně. Po jedné noci jsme odjeli jinam.

• Simone (8/5): Very good - Nice place! The view from the window and terrace is beautiful! You can stare the ocean for hours. If you are advanced surfer then you have access to the beach just next to the house. Very convenient! The area itself is rather quiet. It would be good if there would be some shadow areas on the terrace. It can get quite hot up there. Also, having more sitting areas available on the terrace would be nice, if there are more people in the house.
