• Patrick (3/5): Demasiado caro para el estado del apartamento - El apartamento está bien localizado y bastante cerca de la playa (aunque encima de un restaurante y a veces hay ruido hasta muy tarde al ser una primera planta y olor a comida). La limpieza estaba bien. El mayor problema fue la ducha: la temperatura es extrema y resulta imposible de regular, pasando de muy fría a excesivamente caliente, lo que hizo que ducharse fuera muy incómodo. Además, la ducha pierde agua hacia la ventana y cae directamente al patio, algo muy desagradable e insalubre. El baño desprende un fuerte olor a tuberías si la puerta está cerrada, y lo mismo ocurría en el ascensor. Si se deja la ventana cerrada al cabo de dos horas no se puede aguantar. También, todos los días había cucarachas muertas en las escaleras (aunque no dentro del piso). A esto se suma que la puerta de la terraza está rota y es muy difícil de abrir, con riesgo de que se rompa del todo. La habitación pequeña con las literas es claustrofóbica. No hay espacio para moverse y la ventana da al pasillo del edificio por donde pasa todo el mundo, por lo que no se puede tener abierta ni la cortina sin que te vea todo el que pase. Los problemas de la ducha y la terraza han sido enviados a la propietaria al irnos. Ella fue atenta y nos devolvió un 10% del importe como compensación, gesto que agradecemos, pero sinceramente resulta insuficiente para los problemas descritos. Incluso con el descuento, el precio sigue siendo demasiado elevado para el estado del apartamento. Ella nos dijo que habían ido a arreglarlo y por qué no lo habíamos dicho antes. Sinceramente, para los pocos días de vacaciones que tuvimos no queríamos estar con personas entrando en la casa para arreglarlo, fuera rápido o no. Además no es un solo problema, es que la vivienda necesita un repaso general y no cabe a la persona que lo alquila estar haciendo una inspección y notificando los desperfectos. Son demasiadas cosas y la propiedad tiene que estar pendiente. La decoración anterior es antigua y hay muchos trastos innecesarios, pero eso es lo de menos, comparado con todo lo demás. El apartamento necesita una revisión urgente y reparaciones básicas para justificar el precio que se pide.

We stayed end of September so use of Fan's was okay......No air con, so I imagine would be very hot in height of summer. But everything else about the apartment was fabulous.
