The freshly renovated apartment was clean, cozy and very well equipped. We had a great communication with the owner. We highly recommend this place. we will definitely come back here.

- Karl-Friedrich (8/5): War okay und hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. - Die Lage ist gut. ca 1000m vom Strand entfernt. Ruhig, da die Straße mit Durchgangsverkehr 100m entfernt ist. Das Appartement ist schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Küche gut ausgestattet. Terrasse groß mit Blick aufs Meer und den Flughafen (3 km entfernt). Die Appartements sind sehr hellhörig. Wenn der Nachbar unter der Dusche steht, könnte man meinen, dass man auch mit drin steht.
- Alfred (1/5): It could have been good if the owner knew how to handle the AC situation. - For the first two days, the AC’s pump emitted a constant disruptive noise, followed by a complete failure for the subsequent six days. While I understand that technical issues can arise, the delay in resolving the problem resulted in undue stress and inconvenience, especially given extreme weather. A more prompt response would have mitigated the impact. Neighbors who live there don’t abide by the 10pm quiet rule so kids banging balls against walls and screaming at midnight. Not as close to the beach, at least 20 minutes walk.

The place is lovely and even on the hottest of days didn’t feel to warm inside, aircon is available but not often needed. And then you step out on to the amazing roof terrace with gorgeous views and get all the warmth Neighbours who live there don’t abide by the 10pm quiet rule so kids banging balls against walls and screaming at midnight
- Katrina (10/5): Amazing - Loved everything about this place! It's very spacious with a great terrace where you can see the airport. My son had a lot of fun watching planes take off and land. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, there's even a dishwasher. The beds were very comfortable and there are two bathrooms with an excellent shower. The pool is beautiful and very well looked after. The beach is nearby and it's lovely.
