• Jozsef (9/5): - The apartment is in excellent location, just next to the St. Peter's Basilica, opening from a pedestrian street. There are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms were clean and modern. Bathrooms were well equipped. The common area was a bit narrow corridor like space with a dining table in practice. No classic living room. But since we spent little time in the appartment, this was not a big issue.

Ideally located near the Vatican and the Metro station only 4 stops to Central Station. Also located at your doorstep is a major shopping strip.

Las habitaciones lindas, camas cómodas, limpio, baños lindos, con toallas para cada uno. Cocina con lavavajillas y 2 tipo de cafeteras. Lavadora. En el primer piso hay un mini mercado, hay un mini restaurante de pizzas deli, a dos locales un restaurante también. Hay farmacias cerca. Tiene un ascensor pequeño que fue muy útil para la movilidad de mi papi. Fillipo siempre atento, nos ayudó con el checkin antes ya que llegábamos más temprano. Con aire acondicionado. Ubicación Excelente. Muy Recomendado. Es interno, pero eso no fue inconveniente.

There are two bathrooms, both spotless and fully equipped. The tableware is all new. The kitchen appliances and washing machine are also in great working condition. It’s all good

• Danmt (10/5): Very nice holiday in Rome, we will come again here whenever will be possible. - The apartment is very nice and in an excellent location. Within 5 min walk can reach everything: the Vatican Museum, San Pietro Basilica and Ottaviano metro station when you need to go in other areas. Also around 25-30 min. walk can reach Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon and Piazza Navona. Filippo is very kind, her helped us with an early check-in because we had an early flight and also with any informations we requested - like good restaurants in the area. The apartment is quite big and very well equipped with everything needed. Bedrooms are big with large beds and the 2 bathrooms are very useful for a group of 4 or more persons. There are many good restaurants in the area, you can eat in a different place every time and get something delicious and different at every meal. We will come here again in our next trip to Rome.

And we would have liked to have had a complimentary bottle of water (and wine), left in the fridge upon our arrival.
• Ronellyn (9/5): Great place to stay very near the Vatican - The apartment is very close to the Vatican. Very convenient as we went to St Peter’s Basilica almost everyday for Easter celebrations. Despite it being in a high traffic area, the apartment itself is very quiet and spacious. The kitchen got everything we needed. Has 2 nice bathrooms. Filippo was very responsive and personable. There was 5 of us and we ran out of hot water pretty quick when we took showers in the morning. Has an old small elevator which can only accommodate 2 people. Got stuck in it for 15 minutes on our first day. Was scared to use it again so we just hauled all our luggages down the stairs when we checked out.
• March (9/5): Good place if you plan to be in Vatican - Convenience to the Vatican City, museum, food, metro station, bus. Place is clean and modern. Direction the place can be confusing to people who are not good with directions. Good that I have an international roaming account and have access to Google Maps. Manager’s primary communication is through WhatsApp so this is a must app to get when in Rome/Vatican. Lucia comes in to check you in/out and google translate is helpful for communication if you don’t speak the language. P.S. The place is not soundproof and neighbors can be sensitive to noises if you have kids.

Any taxes should be included in the invoice and not to be pay with cash at location Besides confusion after booking is the fact that in case of late arrival or not cash at all at the moment what can we do?

• Gorpa (10/5): A pleasant surprise that made our stay better - We had a great time at this incredibly central (5 min walk to St. Peter's Square, 15 min walk to Castel St. Angelo Bridge!) apartment that, unlike many other places living just on being central and offering not much else, offers really pristine decor and appliances, and a good supply of almost everything we needed for our stay. It was a pleasant surprise! We were especially happy with the ample supply of dishwashing tablets and the dishwasher that worked reliably, and the bedrooms were exactly as described (2 with double beds, 1 with two single beds). The heating (badly needed at this time of year) worked very well and we felt pleasant throughout our stay. While the restaurants in the neighborhood are quite touristy, there is a supermarket (Pam) and a great bakery (Parenti) just next door to the apartment, as well as a big Carrefour within a 5 min walk, which was all very handy. Overall, we feel that splurging on this apartment is a good deal and can really improve your trip. We were a bit annoyed by the tiny kettle with a capacity of 0.6l that takes ages to boil even that small amount of water. Also, we couldn't find any extra trash bags. However, these are really minor details.

• Patrick (10/5): A Wonderful Apartment Next to the Vatican.................... - This apartment was fantastic, exactly as described on the listing which is hard to find these days. The apartment was spacious, and clean with 2 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The location was great, a block away from the Vatican, St Peter's and the Museums. Only 3 blocks away from the metro................. an excellent location. The host met us, gave us the keys personally and explained and answered any questions. This was quite nice, the personal touch. Looking forward to staying here again. Nothing, everything was very good.

Very close to the Vatican and only a quick €10 cab to Trevi/colosseum areas. Taxi stand right on the corner. Very clean and modern apartment. There is no living room/seating area. Only a kitchen table with chairs. Beds have no actual blankets only a thin sheet for covering. Kitchen stove hood fan comes on at random times and is loud.

The kitchen had quality products and finishings. Bathrooms were really nice as well. The floor was sticky. The hot water runs out very quickly so have your showers fast!

Many places to have good meal and supermarket for self catering. Maybe heating. Heating with air-conditioning in transition period with cold spring can be noisy.
