• Klaudija (10/5): Alles bestens 😊 - Große und saubere neue Wohnung. Gut ausgestattet. Gute Lage um die Gegend zu erkunden,aber unbedingt mit einem Auto.

• Mikhail (10/5): Тихо, умиротворенно, приятный отпуск. - Понравилось что тихо, нет шумных заведений рядом, терасса с закатами, удобная парковка, близко к самому лучшему пляжу Паралимни, близко супермаркеты.( это если на машине, пешком все таки далековато) Наличие всех мелочей в квартире. Отзывчивые и добрые хозяева. Что можно улучшить: Матрас - слишком жесткая поверхность матраса, в то же время сам он проваливается немного. Одеяла - слишком теплые для лета В душе нет полочки, шампунь и гель для душа приходилось ставить на пол душевой. Очень не хватало микроволновки

• Νίνα (10/5): - Μείναμε 10 μέρες στο κατάλυμα και είμαστε πλήρως ευχαριστημένοι. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες και πολύ καθαρό. Στο ψυγείο είχε χυμό, γάλα, ψωμί καθώς και μαρμελάδες ενώ η κουζίνα ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με τα απαραίτητα και μας βόλεψε πολύ. Επίσης βολική είναι η και τοποθεσία καθώς βρίσκεται κοντά σε όμορφες παραλίες και σε καταστήματα χωρίς όμως φασαρία. Σίγουρα θα είναι από τις πρώτες μας επιλογές για Παραλίμνι. Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την όμορφη διαμονή!

• Marek (10/5): Exceptional - I would highly recommend this accommodation. Apartment was very modern and clean. Communication with owner was always very fast and without any problems.
• Francesca (8/5): Great stay in Cyprus. - The apartment is exactly like the picture, very bright and with lots of space. The location is good (relatively close to the beaches (although for more exploration it is better to have a car). The host was very nice and communicates very well, always answering quickly to all questions. They provide with a very nice cots for our toddler and plenty of towels. The furniture are all very new and very clean. The main bedroom has a door to the balcony without any curtain, which makes it quite uncomfortable in the morning due to the strong sunlight coming in. All other windows have great blackout curtains, so this stood out. The pot and frying pan provided are very basic and small — barely enough to prepare a meal for two — and not in the best condition. Additionally, there were no cleaning products provided, aside from a very small brush. For a two-week stay, I would have expected a few more basic essentials to clean.

Very well furnished and all appliances brand new with everything you could ever need for a stay in Cyprus. Covered parking which is great. Elevator. Location is great. All the great beaches 5min drive. The apartment is very expensively made and definitely not made for short term stays. There is absolutely nothing bad about this stay. Owners very quick to respond with questions. We will definitely use these apartments again. Could do with a mirror above the shelf in each bedroom…….and maybe cushions for balcony chairs. Also a toaster. There was a sandwich maker but toast wasn’t the same using this.

It has everything single thing that you would need in a rental apartment: from hairdryer to dishwasher. The apartment is new, so its a great pleasure to stay in. We rented a car, so there was no complication to get to the apartment.

In the kitchen should be some better knives, salt, pepper, but these are minor things. Ants has appeared in a corner of the kitchen, but after we put the bread in the fridge, all was ok.
