• Marta (10/5): RELAX & CHILL - Abbiamo soggiornato a fine marzo 2026. La struttura dispone di un terrazzino privato, completo anche di uno stendino molto comodo. La cucina è super attrezzata e non manca davvero nulla. La casa era pulitissima e abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio facilmente proprio davanti all’abitazione. Posizione davvero perfetta. Purtroppo non c’erano altri cestini per la raccolta differenziata e, una volta riempiti quelli disponibili, non sapevamo dove buttare i rifiuti. Alla fine li abbiamo lasciati sul terrazzino.
• Olivia (10/5): Perfect! - The property was super easy to find, in such a great location! Few minutes up from the beach front and shops. It had everything we needed. Really clean and well kept The front door was a patio door, so once someone was in the main gate they could walk right up to your door.
• Monica (9/5): Ottima struttura con potenziale in zona centrale - Ho soggiornato con mio marito presso questa struttura per 4 notti. La posizione è ottima in quanto facendo pochi passi si raggiungono facilmente la spiaggia e la Avenida de Las Playas con tutti i locali, i supermercati sono abbastanza vicini, inoltre un altro punto a favore è che si trova sempre facilmente parcheggio. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario per cucinare, il frigo è grande con congelatore a parte, ci sono il tostapane, la lavatrice e tutto il necessario per la preparazione dei pasti. Ho inoltre apprezzato moltissimo lo specchio a figura intera! Infine , molto bello il patio fuori con ombrellone per rilassarsi. La consiglio. Vorrei dare qualche consiglio per migliorare questo appartamento, dal mio punto di vista. Manca uno spazio per riporre i vestiti e le valigie, consiglierei di mettere un letto contenitore (ce ne sono anche con cassettone interno estraibile) per ovviare a questa problematica. Suggerirei di aggiungere una presa per la corrente elettrica in modo da averla da entrambi i lati del letto, e di mettere una mensola alle spalle del letto in modo da sopperire alla mancanza dei comodini. Anche in bagno aggiungerei una mensola o un piccolo mobiletto accanto allo specchio per riporre le creme ed il make up. La casa è un po’ piccina, consigliata per soggiorni brevi- medio termine.

• Demetrio (9/5): - Alloggio estremamente tranquillo e silenzioso, perfetto per una coppia o per una persona da sola. Il parcheggio si trova facilmente, vantaggio non comune a PDC. Letto molto comodo, appartamento fornito di tutto. Punto bonus per lo spazio esterno, molto utile per mangiare o rilassarsi. Proprietari molto gentili nel venirci incontro per un check anticipato. Spazi molto ristretti e senza un vero e proprio armadio per riporre i vestiti. Si percepisce umidità, anche sugli infissi, quindi è necessario tenere aperta la finestra anche durante la notte, per fortuna la zona è molto sicura e il clima esterno piacevole.

Also we arrived earlier than the check in time and aske if possible we could get into the apartment and was told as soon as it was ready we could get in to the apartment and true to their word we got message to say apartment is ready two hours earlier than check in time.

Communication with owner great - allowed us to check out later than normal due to a late flight. Shady patio would have preferred some sun!
• Catherine (9/5): A+++++ Stay in Room4You - We had a wonderful stay in this accommodation. Absolutely perfect for two people and a fantastic location. I wouldn't mind, I passed over this accommodation a couple of times, as it was a studio but in hindsight it was so comfortable and had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom, a great shower (ran a little cold after a couple of minutes but we're used to that in Lanzarote!), shampoo, shower gel and loo roll all provided along with a great hair dryer!! The bed was super comfy and while there were two armchairs, we ended up stretching out on the bed if we wanted to relax! The kitchen was great with all of the appliances etc. and a washing machine and full size fridge freezer was a bonus. There was a full hob, iron, ironing board and all the utensils we needed. The outside space was great too so, while it is a studio apartment, having that outside space makes up for it. It is a bit shady for any sun lovers but I loved that about it. There is a table and two chairs along with a sun lounger and a pull out dryer to hang clothes on. I would definitely recommend this for a couple and I would definitely stay again. I would have loved a user manual on the inverter microwave. It took a bit of googling to work out how to use it - it doubles as a microwave and a little inverter oven which is great. A guide in using the TV would also be really useful although I did get a message from the owner shortly after arriving advising on the app to use.
• Maria (9/5): Accommodation worked perfectly for my stay. - Clean, compact but spacious. Very quiet at night. Struggled to see which apartment it was when arrived as couldn’t see a number.
• Sarah (10/5): Great value studio, perfect for solo travellers. - Great little studio ideal for a solo traveller like myself. Every last detail has been well thought out from the cleanliness to the decor and the facilities. Although small, the apartment has everything you need. The bed is extremely comfy and overall it is excellent value for money. The area is very quiet while being conveniently close to the seafront. There is plenty of space for parking outside, and the apartment is discreetly tucked away behind a gated entrance. The hot water boiler is small so does not last long. Fine for quick showers but be aware if washing hair or more than one person using it in a short space of time.
• Sean (10/5): Exceptional - How comfortable the place is. Down to bed. And all the little extras. Like tea bags. Shower gel.. shampoo. Having a washing machine. Down to artwork. How clean the place was. The location is great. This is the way apts should be done . In lanzorte. It's a great idea of a place. I will stay here again. 10/10 Notting really. My advice is . It's great for one person. Or a couple.
