• Joanne (10/5): We would definitely stay here again 😊 - Everything you needed, pool was super warm . The communication was great It was a good walk up the hill , but we jumped in taxis “€6.00” so easily sorted The hot water tank was small for 10 people , limited hot water 😔
• Carol (9/5): Highly recommend - Fabulous big villa with lots of seating areas and amazing views! It was a very tough walk back to villa from beach but a taxi was only 5 euros, so highly recommend you do that getting back!

Часть обещанных условий и удобств отсутствовала или не работала должным образом, несмотря на то что они были указаны в описании объекта. Мы выбрали именно эту виллу, ориентируясь на конкретные характеристики, однако по факту получили другое качество и уровень сервиса. Связь с хозяином не помогла решить ситуацию полностью, а возникшие проблемы повлияли на комфорт нашего отдыха. Мы также обращались в службу поддержки Booking с официальной претензией. Считаем важным, чтобы описание объекта полностью соответствовало реальности, чтобы гости могли принимать осознанное решение при бронировании.

• Saebbisku (9/5): Great Villa for familys with children - Amazing views and great outdoor areas. The Villa was nice and spacious Air condition would have been nice in the bedrooms, but not a big issue.

• CRISTIAN (8/5): - Amplasare buna, cu o priveliste minunata, am avut o experienta foarte buna la check-in, am discutat in avans cu Dominika, care ne-a asteptat asa cum am discutat, nu ne-a deranjat nimeni pe toata durata sejurului. Am avut la dispozitie suficiente farfurii, pahare, tacamuri, electrocasnice diverse, 2 gratare, unul pe carbuni si unul pe gaz, cuptor, aragaz, toate ca in descriere Piscina nu a fost incalzita si au fost momente in care copiii nu au putut intra in piscina pentru ca apa era foarte rece. Spre sfarsitul perioadei, cand s-a mai incalzit afara, a fost si apa in piscina calda. In anunt sunt trecute 5 camere. In realitate sunt numai 4 dormitoare, unul cu 2 paturi matrimoniale, restul cu un singur pat (chiar daca in anunt sunt trecute un pat matrimonial si unul single), iar 2 dintre camere foarte mici, nu aveai loc nici macar sa depozitezi valizele. Trebuie avut grija sa fie sortat si dus gunoiul zi de zi si sa fie totul curatat altfel pot sa apara gandacii.

• Aron (10/5): Amazing house for a cosy family holiday. - Communication with the host was great, she was helpful and kind. House is very spacious, clean, cosy and the view is breathtaking. Our family really felt at home and everyone enjoyed staying at this beautiful Villa. It's only 11 minutes walk from Aqualand, 6 minutes from a small kiosk. I highly recommend Villa Marbella. Thank you 😊
• Alfonso (9/5): Superb - The house was super clean and it looked even better than in the photos The keys handover wasn't smooth and I had to wait, and the return of the deposit either since there's no response from the company who should do so.
• Helena (9/5): Fab villa, stunning views, the perfect place for winter sun - Our second stay here and the villa is absolutely stunning! We were a group of 10 adults plus toddler and fit easily in the villa (although 4 adults + toddler in bottom room might not suit everyone). The villa has everything you need - heated pool, BBQ, two separate outside eating spaces, 4 bathrooms, a huge lounge area, parking for 1 car but on street parking too. The views from the villa are stunning. Recommend Zena restaurant, Daria’s bakery and of course Siam Park!! We hope to be back again!! The check in and check out process isn’t smooth. You have to rely on someone coming to meet you and we had 1 hour waiting around on arrival (despite being told we could check in early as long as we call them when leaving the airport, which we did) and 30 minutes on check out. Worth bearing in mind if you are booked. Also advisable to hire cars here, it is walkable to Adeje centre but around 25 mins away and the uphill walk back is a killer! It is still possible though.

• Lynn (10/5): Fantastic facilities at Villa Marbella and we would t hesitate in booking it again. - The views are amazing from the many terraces. The outside space is fantastic with plenty of shade. The pool was a great asset and a very private space for family and friends. The only negative we had was the steep hills on either side of the property. You can’t have views like we had without them though! Tenerife was very hot indeed and we hired a car to cope with transporting everyone around. We walked up and down the hills to the shop and restaurant but decided that driving was much easier!

• Kelly (9/5): Fab stay, great facilities, fab pool, amazing view - would stay again - Facilities, space, pool, cleanliness, privacy oh and the VIEW with sunrise and sunset - beautiful. The villa was fab - we had 6 adults stay and felt there was plenty of space - the facilities were great and would definitely recommend this to friends / family and stay again. The location (as with many places in Adeje) was a way up a very steep hill. For my parents in their 60s it was ok for walking down - but walking up was a real challenge - so consider mobility when booking. If you have a car you use or are happy to take taxis up the hill then this should be no problem but it is something you should be aware of if / when booking. Also - a little disappointed that there were no cushions at all for the loungers - it seems silly but with really hard sun loungers by the pool and just being expected to use a towel, they were very uncomfortable - the house is decorated to such a high spec and is lovely, seems a shame that something so simple that the hosts could provide at hardly any cost is not included - would recommend fixing that for future stays.
