• shirine (7/5): - L’emplacement, hôte très réactif par message - le nettoyage n’est fait qu’une fois par semaine ce qui est beaucoup trop peu pour la quantité de gens qui y vivent - la plaque de cuisson ne chauffait pas bien - dans la douche le grand pommeau était complètement rouillé - il n’y a pas de lumière naturelle ni dans la chambre (Palermo) ni dans les espaces communs - on entend quasi tout dans la chambre Palermo surtout quand la fenêtre est ouverte
• Pascal (8/5): Sehr gut geeignet für längere Aufenthalte oder wenn man keine Hotelstandards benötigt. - Der check-in und Check-out ist sehr unkompliziert, die Kommunikation funktioniert gut. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt genug Platz. Die Zimmer haben eine ordentliche Größe mit kleinem Schreibtisch, Schrank und Kleiderstange. Die Unterkunft hat eine Waschmaschine und Möglichkeiten zum trockenen. Die Steckdosen fielen bei mir größtenteils schon aus der Wand die könnte man gerne mal reparieren. Der Bürostuhl sah leider nicht sehr einladend aus, so auch die Wand hinter dem Bett. Die Duscharmaturen sind teils verrostet und die Halterung für den Duschkopf hat nicht mehr funktioniert

• Une (8/5): Great choice if you have earplugs :) - I had to run from another location that I booked so I arrived quite late but the landlord was very polite and efficient. The apartment was spacious, clean, had all the necessary stuff you need: kitchen utensils, towels, cleaning equipment. There was a storm during my stay and we experienced leakage in one of the bathrooms and therefore the power was out for like an hour but again the landlord reacted quickly and the problem was solved very fast. The walls are thin. You can hear anything from the street, hallway, other flatmates. Also, in the room there is only one ceiling light which is not very cosy and for example a reading lamp would be good to install. The bed could be a little more comfortable as the mattress is quite hard, I had some neck pain from sleeping there.

Jest wszystko, poza utrzymywaniem czystości przez użytkowników... - Przystanek autobusu guagua obok hostalu; połączenia z centrum, plażą Las Canteras, dworcem San Telmo i pętlą Teatro w Veguecie. Za rogiem duży market SuperDino, dobrze zaopatrzony. Trochę brakuje klimatyzacji w obiekcie (pokojach). W living roomie jest duży telewizor, niestety z uszkodzonym łączem antenowym, nie działa... Przydałaby się większa opieka (sprzątanie) w kuchni i łazienkach (2-3 razy w tygodniu). Właściciel nie bardzo wywiązuje się z obowiązków zarządzania i sprzątania wspólnych pomieszczeń, przyjął wygodny dla siebie system (pokoje każdy sprząta sobie sam, choć trzeba przyznać, że środków czystości jest bardzo dużo). Pojawianie się w obiekcie raz w tygodniu to zdecydowanie za mało. Dodatkowo pralka i suszarka do dyspozycji.

• Maria (6/5): - La casa no está mal, imagino que la experiencia dependerá de los compañeros que te toquen. Para pasar unos días, está bien. Es muy amplia, puedes cocinar bien. Los baños son cómodas. La cocina, al final de tanta gente usándola si cada uno no tiene cuidado de lo suyo se llena el fregadero de platos y es asqueroso… pasa igual con la basura. La casa no tiene aire acondicionado tenedlo en cuenta si venís en verano.

• Alex (9/5): Really good working vibe. - I came here alone to work for a month as I am a freelancer. The apartment was honestly such good value for money! Really clean and modern. Lovely rooms and bathrooms. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the main san Elmo bus station, where you can literally get a bus to anywhere in Gran Canaria. Really easy to use! The apartment is a 45/55 min walk to the main beach (although there is a smaller one around 20 mins away). There’s a bus that also stops right outside which can take you to the main Las Palmas and this is literally a 10 min bus ride. There’s a Starbucks right on las canteras beach. Which I loved for working!! The only quarm I had about the apartment was that I had the end suite room and it stunk of sewerage. Definitely go for a room without the toilet in it and you’ll be fine. Te only other thing I’d say about location is that I didn’t really understand what Gran Canaria was like, so Las Palmas wasn’t for me. It’s gorgeous but definitely a cosmopolitan vibe, not a holiday beach vibe. However I used the weekends to stay down south and just found cheap hotels- which was perfect.
• Michael (9/5): My stay at El Toro - The accommodation itself was really clean and modern. It has all the facilities you need. Everything was extremely organised, I got greeted and shown around on check in by Ginevra who was an amazing host/manager, you get invited to a WhatsApp group with the house rules (which everyone followed) and given further information about the accommodation. The cleaning crew were also meticulous and friendly. Pricing was super reasonable, and the location was extremely convenient. This was my first time in a shared accommodation, and I really enjoyed it, it was full of professional people who caused no drama whatsoever, so it was really quiet. I'm pretty sure I'll be back. The front hallway/staircase on the way into the accommodation needs a bit of renovation.
• Maksym (10/5): Great coliving - Great coliving, clean rooms with pretty fresh interior works. Bed was comfy. There was small but comfortable desk and chair, very helpful if you plan to work, as well internet was good. Room has window inside the building, but for that was advantage, because there was absolutely no noise from outside. It has well equipped kitchen, so you can cook everything you want. As well there is laundry with good washing machine and tumble dryer. Location is good, it is not busy neighborhood not far from old town. Definitely recommend to visit!

• Ela (5/5): Good if you out a lot as is dark without many outside widows. - The place is a very modern flat with everything you need to shower, a good night's sleep and a good internet provider. There is a well-equipped kitchen with pots pans and dinner set and a place to eat. Nice sofa area in the lounge and an outside place in the shaft. The is bad air circulation as there is only one main window outside. The room did not have a proper window so was very hot there to sleep. I have a fan but it didn't help match and was difficult to sleep. I stayed mostly in the lounge near the window for some air which did not always work as it was very noisy outside. Poor communication with the host, you have to push for an answer.
