• Krzysztof (7/5): Ogólnie dobrze - Dobra lokalizacja, spokojna okolica, wszystko co potrzebne do pobytu było zapewnione. Lokal nie oznaczony na zewnątrz, mieliśmy problem ze znalezieniem. Lokalizacja nie pokrywała się z położeniem lokalu . Właściciel nie odbierał telefonu. Dopiero dzięki WhatsApp udało się nawiązać kontakt i odebrać klucz od lokalu.

• Oussama Larbi Bey (1/5): C'est le pire endroit, autant dormir dans la rue, elle m'a laissé attendre 3h avec ma valise - Je n'ai rien aimé, La personne m'a laissé attendre 3h , en plus elle parle très mal à croire elle me rendait service, la chambre est Trop petite est sal , le lit est bon pour des petits gamins de 3 ans , le cartier.... Sans commentaire, et en plus de la laisser attendre 3 h quand elle est arrivée elle me dit si tu veux pas réserver annule la réservation alors que j'avais fait une demande d'annulation mais elle a pas accepté et elle m'a laissé attendre

Хозяин даже не потрудился связаться с нами. Не ответил ни на письмо, ни по телефону. Избегайте бронировать данный объект. Деньги нам не вернули.

• Oscar (1/5): La gente reserva por ser barato pero no vale ni 10€/noche cuando está por 30.. - Nada, ducha fría pero los que viven ahí encienden el calentador para bañarse ellos Todo, habitación muy muy pequeña (no es la de las fotos) parecía una sauna cuando ellos tienen aire acondicionado portátil y la casa está fresca mientras la habitación a 37°C. Ducha con agua muy fría cuando tienen un calentador pero no lo encienden para "ahorrar" , las llaves funcionaban mal, los fines de semana hacen fiestas con mucho ruido olvidando que hay más gente en la casa. No se lo recomiendo a nadie y ojalá lo quitarán de Booking, pero seguro que seguirá yendo gente y Booking le da igual la calidad de la estancia del viajero. Todo mentira
• RAFAEL (2/5): Fustrante - No ofrecieron desayuno, ni los servicios de cocina. Zonas comunes ocupadas siempre por los anfitriones de la vivienda. La llegada fue sorprendente el salón cocina estaba convertido en un centro de estética, con una persona en una camilla, apartar de hay, ya no sales de la habitación, es preferible estar en la calle. Es una casa compartida por un matrimonio, niña y los abuelos. En la habitación solo se puede estar para dormir, el resto de servicios que se indican no se pueden usar. La limpieza del cabezal de la cama ennegrecido, junto a rodalies.

• Claudia Alejandra (2/5): Ustedes debería chequear los sitios que ofrecen de lo contrario y no es la primera vez, escribir y poner aquí impresione - Nada la verdad, es un piso privado de una mujer joven con una niña pequeña y anoche no se donde metió a la niña pero el cuarto que me asignó dentro del apartamento tenía al lado derecho su cuarto, y al pretender dormir la Sra. tuvo sexo con un hombre y parecía por los gemidos y gritos que estaban en mi propia cama, que no entiendo si fue casual o era su pareja pero podrían tener relaciones en otro momento, tenía que ser tan explícito con una huésped allí? La habitación y la cama tenía una sábana bajera con varias manchas que fotografié para que si sigue alquilando a ese precio por lo menos que ponga las dos sábanas limpias.La ubicación es cómoda pero el lugar en sí es humilde y de gente trabajadora, pero parece un extrarradio y no te dice dónde es exactamente hasta que llamas a su móvil, que atiende una niña y con dificultades para situar el sitio: una vez allí no hay nadie, deja las llaves en un buzón de correo destartalado y es un edificio de viviendas seguramente de protección oficial y su licencia o bien su permiso dudo que realmente le sea permitido para alquilar. Por supuesto si lo tiene es un lugar poco recomendable, y el entorno da un poco de temor por el tipo de gente que se reúne en la plaza inmediata al edificio que no tiene catastro y es este un cartel de “ escalera3”.

• Pérez (2/5): Las "super" noches - Nada La informacion de booking no es clara, ponen que es un apartamento compartido pero en realidad la familia vive ahí. Tenemos picadas de bichos: estaba muy sucio, pelos por todos lados, no cambiaron nuestras sabanas para nosotros porque estaban sucias y con pelos y bichos que pican en la piel.

• Falcon (4/5): Habitación en medio de dos bandos - Nada No nos dejaron ni toallas para ducharnos. Hubo una pelea de bandas frente al alojamiento y algunos de ellos acabaron entrando en la casa. Desde la calle metían las manos por la ventana de la habitación para ver si había alguien en la casa.

• Sandra (1/5): Horrible - Terrible experience. Extremely unfriendly host. She did not even welcomed us. The description does not align with the actual accommodation. There is only one room and you must share the whole place with four other people. It was dirty, the bathroom all wet, no towels for us to shower, no towels to use for the hands at the sink. There is mold in the bathroom and the area is terribly loud all night long. The worst was the tiny room with an incredibly bad air and smell, it was not possible for two people to breath there. Neither we could lock the door for privacy as we would have literally died inside there without any airflow to breath.

The website says that animals can stay for free. But the owner said, since there are two animals, one dog, and one cat, then I have to pay 50 euros. In the end, I paid her 40 euros, because I had nowhere to go, and the room was already paid for by me. There were no towels in the room. One dirty small towel was hanging in the bathroom. There are very few utensils in the kitchen. Dirty sponges for washing dishes. There are no hand washing facilities in the bathroom, no antibacterial products. The freezer is completely frozen, covered in ice and impossible to open. Despite the fact that the hostess charged me an additional 40 euros, she put me in the smallest room. Probably the hostess decided that foreign guests could be treated very badly, and they would not be able to complain anywhere. I am very unhappy with this behavior of the hostess. It is also not possible to use the balcony and TV in these apartments. The housing is on the ground floor, and the windows do not close tightly. In general, there are only disadvantages. Very bad.
• Andries (1/5): Bad - This accommodation doesn't exist. Walked around the supposed location for 1 hour looking for something remotely close to where it is but no luck. Check in says someone would meet me with the keys, called the number provided and it said service has been disconnected. Neighbourhood was super dodgy, I am certain this was a scam. Booking.com hasn't got back to me at all regarding any form of refund. Don't book here or with this platform.

• Pseudonymous (10/5): Exceptional - Flat on the ground floor of a building that on one side faces Carrer de Sant Joan and on the other side a private property enclosed between Carrer dels German Quintero, Parc de l'Oest and Carrer Rambla Cervera, where the main entrance to the building is located. The flat is clean, nice, comfortable, and the lady who welcomes guests is a nice woman. Although not large, with modern and functional furniture, the accommodation is cosy, and you can have a pleasant stay. I had a great time.

• Emmanouil (2/5): Very poor - The adress mentioned on the website is not accurate. We had to call the hostess and she came and picked us and we walked to the appartment. This is actually a ground floor apartment that the hostess lives and is renting out a room. It is not posed on the website like that. The room was small but ok we wouldn't ask something more for that price. The problem was the bed. This was the worst bed/matress that I have ever slept on. During night there is a lot of noise as the hostess and her daughter are talking shower and having videocalls out loud. The solution was to leave earlier than the check out date and book a hotel room in order to heal from the back pain and the headache. It would be such a big difference if there was a proper matress on the bed and they respected the silent hours (22.30-01.30).
