- Michael (9/5): Sehr empfehlenswerte und äußerst günstige Unterkunft - Sehr freundliche und kooperative Gastgeberin. Gute und solide ausgestattete Wohnung im EG eines großen Wohnblocks mit separatem Eingang in einer ruhigen Wohngegend nur ca. 70 m von der Bushaltestelle Randla entfernt. Gute Busanbindung zur Innenstadt. In ca. 200 m Entfernung befindet sich ein Maxima-Supermarkt. Unkoventioneller Erstzugang zur Wohnung, die genauen Instruktionen bekommt man vorher per E-Mail. Sollte es, wie bei mir durch meine Dummheit, nicht funktionieren, gibt es einen Plan B. Die Gastgeberin war immer telefonisch erreichbar. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist fantastisch! Teilweise abgewohnte Möbel mit Sowjetcharme. Langsamer Wasserabfluss in Waschbecken und Dusche.
- Hanna (3/5): Very dirty, did not meet expectations, way too expensive for such - Good location, shops very near. Floor heating in bathroom was nice. Apartment was not cleaned, dust and spiderwebs everywhere, shower and bathroom tiles were filthy. The toilet bowl was leaking with every flush. This was informed to the host, she told us to use toilet paper to clean the floor after each flush. Shower drain did not pull the water down well, so the water would flood and needed to close the water a few times during showering. Greasy tiles in kitchenette. Frying pan was unusable because the non-stick coating was damaged all over. Pots and dishes were dirty. 2 televisions were provided but none of them worked. Free wifi was advertised but it did not exist. Upper single bed had a huge yellow stain on the mattress. Gladly there was another bed with a cleaner mattress. Altogether everything looked like the host did not care about the conditions in the apartment.
