• AC (7/5): - The location is very good, close to the Botanic Garden and many restaurants and shops, 20min walk to the old town and seafront. Very nice, quiet area. The view of the Teide was amazing, the terrace spacious and sunny. Beautifully kept central garden in the complex with a good swimming pool. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed quite comfortable. The host was friendly and accommodating. The apartment was dated, furniture mismatched and unpractical in places (black metal furniture on the terrace heating up a lot during the day), no loungers on the terrace. The bathroom door did not close unless pulled with a lot of force and noise. The fridge door should be fixed too, instead of leaving a note ´to close it completely´. No salt and pepper, no dishwasher/washing machine capsules.

• Mihai (10/5): I will definitely book this place again. - Everything was perfect, the view to the mountains was breathtaking Only a minor issue about one neighbor that speaks and yells very loudly at random intervals, however it has nothing to do with the property itself. Just how people behave nowadays.

• Susan (10/5): Exceptional. - Great location, with easy on road parking close by. Stunning accommodation with every facility provided for a comfortable stay. Loved the view from the terrace. Super clean, and good communication with the Management Company. We will definitely stay here again, it was just perfect. Absolutely nothing.
