• Ardit (10/5): Super, würde das Hotel nochmal buchen - Schöne Einrichtung, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Wegen einer Hochzeit benötigte ich ein Bügeleisen, welches ich auf Anfrage sehr einfach und gemütlich erhalten habe. Nichts auszusetzen, für einen kurzen Aufenthalt war es perfekt.

• Frank (10/5): - Tolles Konzept mit Aufenthaltsraum und kleiner, voll ausgestatteter Küche. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr groß, aber schön, mit einem 1,40m breiten, sehr bequemen Bett eingerichtet. Dusche und Toilette 1a! Ich werde sicher wieder kommen. Die Auswahl der Fernsehsender ist "gewöhnungsbedürftig". Sonst war alles super.

• Chiara (10/5): Ich war wirklich positiv überrascht von der Unterkunft und der Serviceleistung. - Bei dieser Unterkunft mietet man sozusagen ein Zimmer. Die Küche, der sehr große Essbereich inklusive Couch und die 3 Balkone (ein sehr großer, ein mittelgroßer und ein kleiner) stehen allen, die in diesem Stockwerk übernachten (insgesamt 10 Zimmer) zur Verfügung. Es wurde uns alles genau gezeigt, der Besitzer hat sogar eine Gästemappe angelegt, in der z.B. ein paar Restaurants in der Nähe und eine Anleitung für den Fernseher (wenn man Streaming-Dienste nutzen will) drinnen stehen. Das war sehr hilfreich, wenn man sich überhaupt nicht auskennt. Direkt im Shopping-Center gegenüber gibt es einen Bankomaten. Die Lage ist gut: Gegenüber liegt ein Einkaufszentrum, das erstens bis 21 Uhr geöffnet hat und zweitens für 24 Stunden nur 4,50 € kostet. Wenn direkt vor der Unterkunft Parkplätze frei sind, kann man auch hier kostenlos parken. Zudem liegt die Unterkunft nicht weit von der schönen Altstadt entfernt. Der Besitzer ist sehr zuvorkommend und kümmert sich gut um die Gäste. Auch am Personal gibt es nichts auszusetzen.

• jozet (7/5): Prima hotel, rustige ligging, dichtbij het centrum - Het oogde nieuw, in ieder geval schoon en netjes. Je komt binnen in een enorme woon/eet/zitkamer met een aantal deuren. Achter een van de deuren was onze slaapkamer en badkamer en suite. Beide lekker ruim. Je kan gebruik maken van de keuken, wij hebben alleen een kopje thee gezet. Op ongeveer 5 minuten lopen vind je je het centrum met een paar leuke restaurantjes en terrasjes. Er is geen personeel aanwezig. Het is even puzzelen hoe je binnen moet komen maar als je de instructies volgt, kom je er wel uit. Wij hadden met ontbijt gereserveerd maar ‘s ochtends kregen we bericht dat dat niet doorging wegens personeelstekort. Geen ramp, wel jammer. We hadden al betaald voor het ontbijt maar dat werd keurig terugbetaald.

• René (9/5): Ankommen und Wohlfühlen! - Parkplätze vor dem Hotel vorhanden. Check-in einfach mit Code am Schlüsselsafe. Sehr schöne Zimmer mit sehr guten Betten und gutes Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal. Wenn überhaupt, dann die großen Kissen, wir bevorzugen 80x40cm.

Balkonaustritt auf die große, gemeinsame Dachterrasse zum Innenhof, TOP! Kaffee zur Tages-und Nachtzeit aus der offenen Küche, ebenfalls TOP ! Das Frühstück war herzlich zubereitet, aber letzlich doch ein wenig schwäbisch ;-) Alles in allem eine echte Empfehlung ! Joachim Es fehlen aktuell noch die kleinen Helferlein zum Aufhängen der Handtücher, also Marginalien ;-)

• P (9/5): Inmiddels vertrouwde kwaliteit - Inmiddels meerdere keren in dit hotel overnacht. Ruime kamer, goed bed, prima badkamer en schoon Dit keer was het warm buiten. De kamer had geen airco. Er stond wel een goede, stille ventilator. daarmee was het goed uit te houden en goed slapen

• Krüger-rothörl (8/5): - Also wir ankamen war noch Mittagszeit. Ein Mitarbeiter öffnet trotzdem und bat uns herein. Wir bekamen den Schlüssel ausgehändigt. Das Zimmer war ein Traum. Das Bad/Dusche noche ein größerer... nichts zu bemängeln alles super perfekt. Es gab nichts....

• Kristian (8/5): generally, a very nice. comfortable and well equipped apartment place to stay while travelling. - The facility is very well approachable. If you are by car, you can park it in the parking space of the opposite small shopping center for 3.50 EUR/day. There are enough parking slots so you should not be worried. As to the facility itself, it is clean, the bed is very comfortable, and the kitchenette is equipped with basic cooking tools. The room was equipped with relatively new and modern-style, comfortable furniture. The bathroom is spacious, comfortable, and contemporary design. My room was on the ground floor, so I had access to the little terrace with a garden next to the building, with lots of plants around. A nice view from the room to the green. The facility is located in a residential area of the town Kircheim unter Teck, so you might hear children playing around. However, it is not disturbing. There is nothing I could complain about regarding this facility. The place is approx. 20-30 minutes drive from Stuttgart city, but if you have a car, there is no issue with getting to Stuttgart city center within a short time. Thank you for the great service and care during my stay!

Our room was cold at night and we couldn’t adjust the heating. There was also someone running along the corridor above us in the middle of the night which woke us up. Our other relatives rooms remained warm.

• Orr (10/5): Excellent accommodation for short or long business stays, have used multiple times. - Convenient location within the centre of town, and right next to the supermarket which is perfect for long business stays while using the included kitchenette. Perhaps some advice for non-Germans about how to organise waste and sort between recyclable and non-recyclable? But honestly that's just me splitting hairs, I've not had a bad experience at this establishment.

• Janine (10/5): Excellent stay. We have already recommended the hotel to family and friends. - This was a great experience, from start to finish. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. It was good to have the kitchen and also plenty of space. The breakfast was simple but fine, although we would have preferred unsweetened cereals. The location was excellent - near shops and the centre. Our balcony was good and had a nice view over the gardens and interesting homes. And we really appreciated the car to the airport on our last day. Thank you. We experienced no problems. All our questions were answered and any help we needed was provided.
