• fabienne (7/5): - Le logement est très bien situé, proche de la vieille ville et des lieux touristiques. Logement très propre et fonctionnel. Bon rapport, qualité prix Logement peu insonorisé, en rez-de-chaussée. Du bruit à partir de 5h du matin ( éboueur, voiture..) Manque d' ustensiles de cuisine.( Passoire, saladier, ouvre boîte, ouvre bouteille...)

• Codega (9/5): - La ubicación era excelente, muy conectado y super tranquilo. La cama era muy comoda. Nos pareció muy bueno que era accesible para personas con discapacidad. Como sugerencia habría que agregar repasadores en la cocina (para poder sacar las cosas del horno) y un tender ya que cuenta con lavarropas. Solo detalles...

• Vincenzo (3/5): Un basso , spacciato per loft - Nulla , troppo caro , non era nemmeno un monolocale un basso Tutto , tranne la vicinanza al parco , per il resto una delusione , dove era situato l'alloggio , tra zanzare ,moscherini e blatte sul marciapiedi , la luce all'esterno non funzionava, la chiusura della portoncino a volte andava a volte no. Entrando mi sono reso conto che l'alloggio non rispondeva alle foto su Booking, una cucina misera senza ne rotoloni asciugatutto ne canovaccio , tra le posate solo un cucchiaino , il top il terminale destro mancante di copertura e con colla in bella mostra , senza un tavolo , solo un mensolone stretto , con sedie bar la colazione la mattina , comperata da noi , non includa , che tristezza mangiare con la faccia al muro , Assenza di luce naturale , se la volevi vedere dovevi rimanere con tende e infissi aperti senza privacy nel monolocale, un basso ricavato da un garage , arredamento scarno , la nota dolente il bagno : la porta scorrevole in entrata mancava un pezzo ...il monocomando del lavabo con l'acqua fredda perdeva di sotto leggermente , inoltre non vi era il filtro rompigetto . Il laccio della doccia mezzo rovinato , non vi ho trovato nessun applique per appendere asciugamani o altro , il porta rotoli rugginoso il piatto doccia perdeva acqua , bagno ceco senza che l'aspirazione funzionasse , l'unica nota positiva lo specchio del lavabo . Il letto dal lato del muro cosi stretto che era difficile passare ....Comunicazione con lo staff dir poco inesistente , solo qualche msg wa senza interessarsi del disagio che gli avevo esposto all'inizio ,

• Gabriela (8/5): Alojamiento cómodo - La ubicación me ha parecido muy buena para lo que yo necesitaba. También está en una zona muy tranquila y sólo tardas 10 minutos en llegar al centro histórico de Valencia caminando. Al ser un local a pie de calle no tienes vista al exterior. La cocina está mal equipada para cocinar (sartenes, etc), aunque es lo habitual en casas de alquiler, incluso de las supuestamente de lujo. El resto está bien.

• Oleksandr (6/5): Pleasant - Location is great All things in the kitchen have signs of long use and lack of cleaning. Air conditioner is filthy, exhaust in bathroom not working . Inside the shower no shelf to put gel or shampoo, you literally need to hold in your hand.One morning we had "visitors" cockroaches, owner give us traps and sprays,after i never saw them again. Also ants invading kitchen

• Alexbaltac (7/5): Ok, but for one night If it's an emergency - It s not far from city centre. The couch was broken, the pricep too high for what it offers. The hot water from the shower became cold after less then 10 minutes.

• Thomas (8/5): Very good - nice and quiet and clean description of the location , taxi driver was worried when he dropped us off as address was a bit ambiguous and it was after midnight because our flight was delayed.
• Thompson (2/5): A bad experience during the one night we stayed in Valencia, Spain. - This place didn't offer any other services other than wi-fi. The one room has a queen size bed, a dirty sofa, a TV, a kitchenette with a table/board attached to the wall with highchairs facing the wall. This is a studio with refrigerator, stove, a coffee maker with 2 small pods of regular coffee at no additional charge, as the note said, but mugs or cups nonexistent. If you want to use a glass to drink water, you have to "climb over" the kitchen top. In order to reach a glass, you have to be 6 Ft. tall, and maybe 5 1/2 to get to the dishes. If I keep writing, I'll talk about the bathroom: the shower doesn't have a door, nor hooks to hang your towel nor a table or something to keep your toiletries. The bathroom floor is dirty, if you don't have your slippers, good luck walking into the bathroom. In the bathroom you will find the cleaning bucket with the dirty floor mops. The worst part is they offer the room at a 65% discount, so you pay $97.00 plus an additional $45.00 for cleaning and you only see the additional fee when you pay. We could have gone to a better hotel in Valencia, for that price.

• Marta (9/5): Good - The place is in a great location, was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. We felt comfortable and at lease, despite the studio being on the ground floor. Noise from the street was not an issue at all. The biggest problem this property has is the shutters. I would recommend the hosts to invest in installing thin curtains that could be used for privacy during the day so the guests can get at least a bit of natural light. Having said that - if you’re a tourist and intend to spend the days outside (as we did) exploring for a few days - this isn’t such a big issue.

• Ruta (9/5): Superb - Location, design, communication A bit noisy at night and no sunlight (as the appartment is on the ground floor, the windows expose everything to the passers by, and also open up to the garbage bins set
• Nelli (8/5): Amazing trip and the accommodation was great - Amazing accommodation and very close to the city center, reachable by walk even. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was cute and had everything that you needed. To unlock the place, an app was used which was quite cool and no key was needed. A small TV was conveniently placed to watch Netflix to relax after a long day out. Not enough towels were provided which can be fixed easily and that no complementary tea or coffee were given, even though there was a coffee machine there.
• Anna (9/5): Great stay, recommended. - Good location. Mercadona 3-5 minutes walk, near the park, metro, train. Delicious kebab from Munzur Grill House. Air conditioning, large fridge, smart TV. The key is not needed, the door is easy to open by phone / code. Easy to find a parking spot on the next street. There is no natural light, you can’t open the window because the blinds outside are like in the store. If you open them, everyone will see what’s inside.

• Ulrike (8/5): New, clean studio in close proximity to cente, but noisy - The furniture is all brand new, but simple. The location is perfect for going to the royal rose garden and for walking to the old city center. The apartment was very clean. The location of this studio (no separate bedroom) is right on the street. There are only thin windows and a thin door between you and the people walking by, when you sleep, so if people are talking on the sidewalk or if the garbage truck comes to empty the large garbage bins right in front of the door, then it sounds and feels as if they are right there in the bedroom with you. You also have to leave the window shades down all the time, so that people walking by do not look I to your bedroom. This must have been a small shop that has been converted into a small studio apartment. Great location to the city, but too noisy for us.

• Ian (8/5): Really convenient place - The location is excellent for visiting the sights of Valencia. The apartment is close to shops, bus stops, bike hire and parks. Local life is all around and people are friendly. The apartment has everything needed and is spotless. Hosts are helpful. The listing says “loft” but it is actually a street fronted studio. There are windows but people passing are close and can see in. Blinds and shutters assure privacy but give no natural light. It was the only thing that didn’t suit us actually.
