- Ralf (9/5): Für uns war der Aufenthalt (fast) perfekt. - Topp Lage. Küchenausstattung sehr gut. Wir (6 Golfer) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die überwältigende Aussicht genossen. Durch den vorhandenen Grill konnten wir uns einige Fahrten zu Restaurantbesuchen ersparen. Das Abholen und Zurückbringen des Schlüssels ins Büro in der Fussgängerzone von Palamos ist heutzutage eine Zumutung und unnötige Zeitverschwendung. Da gibt es kundenfreundlichere Lösungen.
2 der 6 Schlafzimmer sind ohne Schrank und Stuhl wirklich nur als Kinderzimmer geeignet.
Es wurde eine zusätzliche Kaution verlangt, die aus den Reiseunterlagen und der Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich war.
Wir hatten mit der Anfahrt zum Haus keine Schwierigkeiten. Ungeübte Fahrer könnten hier aber Probleme bekommen.

- Imogen (8/5): Wondeful modern property however terrible access and small pool may be dealbreakers for some. - Modern, tastefully furnished, spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds, everything seemed very new. Lovely view towards the coast. Separate accommodation downstairs for 5, useful if you are 2 families, which has its own terrace with table and chairs and a lovely view. Lots of storage space in most of the bedrooms. Airconditioning throughout. Plenty of crockery and pans. Olive oil, salt, washing up liquid and sponge, tea towel, kitchen hand towel, all towels (including pool towels) and sheets, shower gel, liquid hand soap, one set of bin bags supplied. Large fridge/freezer. The agent was responsive to all our requests. Living space and kitchen combined with a lovely indoor dining area with views. Large terrace area for eating outdoors and another area with comfortable seating for sitting by the pool. Fortunately we either had very quiet neighbours or the surrounding houses were unoccupied during our stay. Covered parking for one car. Not far off the C-31 and near many beaches and the local town Palamos. Key collection/return at the agency in central Palamos in a pedestrianised area. The agency is shut on a Saturday afternoon so the keys are stored in a lockbox. This procedure added half an hour to our already very long journey. The house is built into a steep slope so the drive up to the house is a nightmare. It is short and very steep. There is nowhere to turn around unless you have a very small car. There is no proper garden (grass). The surrounding houses are very close. The pool is small and shallow which is good for small children but not good for swimming. All the white walls and light-coloured furnishings would make me hesitate to bring small children here. There are many outdoor steps which make the house unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. The kitchen has 2 small dishwashers, with plenty of space for plates but not enough for glasses and mugs. No dishwasher tablets supplied. Access into the house (locks, gates, sliding doors) is complicated. We managed to work it out but it would have been a lot better if someone had met us at the property on arrival. The bedroom layout didn't suit our needs - on the top (main) floor there are two double bedrooms sharing a shower room off the living area. Nearer the main entrance there is a double bedroom and a tiny room with 2 single beds (no space for any storage) which share a small shower room. On the bottom floor downstairs, and only accessible externally, is a double bedroom, a small room with a single and a bunk bed (sleeps 3), a shower room and a 'living space' with 2 small sofas. Only 5 beds were made ready and only one extra set of sheets was supplied. All the beds should be available if the whole property has been rented, no matter how many guests are listed, as the agent doesn't know the sleeping arangements of the guests.
