• yeram (10/5): 도쿄 숙소 중 1등 - 방 문에 문제가 있었지만 바로 해결되었고 호스트분께서 죄송하다고 담배 맥주 과자 육포 물 여러가지 사다주셨어요 오히려 제가 더 죄송할 만큼 너무 대처를 잘해주셨어요 무엇보다 엄청 친절하시고 객실 내에 세심함이 느껴졌어요 욕실 크기도 괜찮았고 가격도 저렴하면서 세탁기 가스레인지 조리기구 등 다 있어서 너무 좋았어요 무엇보다 돈키호테 한국식품점 마트 드럭스토어가 다 도보로 가능한게 제일 큰 장점이에요 돈키호테는 호텔 바로 건너편에 잇는게 넘 좋아요 베란다 흡연 가능하다고 하셨는데 객실 내에 담배냄새 하나도 안 났어요 도쿄 또 가면 무조건 여기로 숙소 잡을 것 같아요

• Andrea (10/5): Great location, super clean, host was very responsive. - Loved that there were multiple grocery stores, combini and a drugstore within 5minutes walk. Also liked that location is in the heart of Korea town and just down the street from donki. The drug store nearby was the only place I found that had small 4 diaper packs when we ran out after checking many other drugstores in the main Shinjuku area. Location is a bit far from main Shinjuku station if you have small kids who get tired easily. Didn't realize how close we were to a hospital so there are random ambulance sirens throughout the night but we were so tired we didn't hear them that often.

• Matthias (10/5): Wir würden wieder dort buchen. - Es hatte alles, was es braucht um Tokyo zu erkunden. U Bahn in der Nähe, Shops, Restaurants. Besser geht’s nicht. Preis Leistung sind unschlagbar. Da kann der Gastgeber nichts dafür, aber Shinjuku ist zentral. In der Nähe muss eine Feuerwehr sein. Die ganze Nacht hindurch fahren Ambulanzen und die Feuerwehr mit viel TamTam durchs Viertel. Tokyo schläft nie. Wer das nicht abkann ist hier eh verkehrt.
• Loïc (8/5): Un appartement très sympa en proximité des quartiers animés de Kabukicho ❤️ - Le confort et l’équipement proposés, l’appartement était également très propre. Nous avons aussi apprécié l’emplacement à proximité de toutes commodités. Le seul élément gênant sont les bruits extérieurs : les fenêtres ne sont pas bien isolées, les sirènes extérieures (pompiers, ambulances) sont assez dérangeantes pendant la nuit (boules quies à prévoir)

• Jamieng (10/5): - Location is very good and convenient. There is a local pharmacy downstairs at the corner, convenient stores.. and most of all.. nearby all the restaurants. Distance to Shinjuku is about 15mins walk.
• Sarah (6/5): Fine for a couple but too small for four people. - Location - easy walking distance to sights Too small for a family of four. No room to open suitcases, minimal storage for clothes and the bathroom had a strong smell of mildew/damp.
• Bhey (9/5): - The location-wise, the accommodation is still good—close to almost everything, with a nearby Metro station, convenience stores, and more. The room is large compared to what you usually expect in Japan and is suitable for a family of four at least. There is a big balcony where you can hang clothes, the place is fully equipped with household essentials, and the host is very responsive to messages. The bed is good and spacious. I booked the room as early as possible. When you search for “Tokyo Sky Dream,” a different building appears on Google Maps, which I initially thought was the actual accommodation where we would be staying. Because of this, I also booked my sibling a room near what I believed was our accommodation. However, on the day we arrived, we realized that the location was actually different, so I was a bit disappointed due to the misleading location shown on Booking.com’s website, and we ended up being far from my sibling.

• Liezel (9/5): It was great and will recommend it! - Close to Shinjuku’s famous tourist spots but tucked away from the busy area. Walking distance to station. A lot of food options and convenience stores nearby. There’s even a drugstore just below the building. Clean and well equipped. Was good to have a washing machine, so useful! The space is enough for 4 of us- 2 adults and 2 children. The host was responsive and very attentive. Quite a challenge for us as we have a pram to have the few steps before you can enter/exit the building but otherwise everything was great! You might also want to request for more pillows as they only provide 4

• Shih Hsuan (7/5): - 離東新宿站很近，周圍有麥當勞，還有好幾間超商。 服務人員回覆訊息很快。 裡面放了兩張雙人床後，沒甚麼空間可以攤開行李。兩個人住剛好，三個人真的很擠。 雙人床的被子有點小條，三個人住，只給了兩條被子，而且被子不保暖。

• Joana (5/5): - Bien ubicado, limpio y cama cómoda. Dicen que es un alojamiento para 4 personas, pero no hay espacio ni para mas de 2. Tienes que dar un salto hasta para pasar al balcón. Tuvimos que reservar otro hotel para dividirnos 2-2 porque era imposible estar 4 allí dentro, no se podia abrir ni una maleta grande en el suelo.
• Maaike (7/5): Great location for venturing out into Tokyo - Location couldn't be better. Only a 10min walk from Sjinjuku station, 15min walk to Golden Gai bars and 5min walk to the Kabukicho. We discovered a metro station only 200m from the apartment on our last trip, but didn't feel the need to use it. The apartment has a little balcony with a French patio set (small table and 2 little chairs) Communication how to find the keys was perfect, even after 12 hours of flying and a jetlag we located them without a problem. Beds were hard, but that's how the Japanese like them apparently. Bathroom was reasonable for the location and size of the apartment It is tiny. Just fits the 2 beds and our 3 suitcases. Clearly designed for travelers that are not expecting to spend much time in the apartment while awake. Showerhead is for hand showering, not really to enjoy a hot shower when you are over 1.80m tall.

• Josephine (9/5): Tokyo dreaming at Dream Sky residential - Facilities were great, close to Tokyo Metro, short walk to Shinjuku. We loved being able to sit in the balcony. 2x King bed are great for sleeping, but a touch cramped when trying to move to balcony.

• Cathrine (8/5): A nice appartment - A spacious appartment, roomy enough for 3-4 people, although most of the space in the main room is taken up by the beds. Plenty of room for hanging clothes, a nice bathroom with separate showerroom. Nice to have a balcony. The suitcases can be stowed there, but it is also OK to sit there. The clothes dried really quickly there. Comfortable beds Easy to find with the instructions from the owner. The owner replied quickly to all our questions. The appartment is where we believe koreatown starts and that was nice. Easy to find korean skincare and Korean fried chicken in the next main street, (opposite direction of Shinjuku) nearer Shin-Okubo station. Many nice restaurants and cafes in the vicinity, so it is not necessary to venture into the chaos of Shinjuku. We missed the japanese toilet all other places we stayed at had. The bed is in front of the door to the balcony, so it is a bit challenging to get on the balcony. But, at the same time, it is easy to move the bed. It was a nice appartment, but i wouldn't stay in that area again, it's too touristy for my taste. It will be Kichijoji next rime for us!
• Georg (8/5): Great Location - The location was AMAZING! Just a short walk to both the JR and metro stations. You're surrounded by convenience stores, restaurants, and all the action(Kabukicho, Omoide Yokocho, and Golden Gai) are all nearby. Super convenient and perfect for exploring the area! The space feels a bit tight for 3 adults. There's no table if you're planning to eat in. That said, it’s manageable if you’re out exploring all day and just need a place to sleep at night.

• Patricia (5/5): Passable - We were looking in Google maps for Tokyo sky dream shinjuku and we couldn't find the place until we checked the location in the email from the property and we realised that it was in another place and the name was Mio hotel shinjuku, so that was confusing. The room is really small, too small for two double beds, to go out in the balcony you need to go on top of the bed. The location is good though

The address we received with the booking confirmation leads to the company offices and not the apartment building, leading to walking around shinjuku with luggage wasting time and energy. We resolved the problem after contacting the company through booking, but It shouldn't have happened in the first place.

It was also well-equipped with many useful amenities, including a fridge, freezer, sink, stove, and more. The property is located a considerable walking distance from Shinjuku Station, which may be challenging for guests with large luggage. There is a nearer station on a different line, but the closest exit does not have lift access, which could be inconvenient for some travelers. Communication through the platform appeared to be slower, with responses typically received in the evening; contacting the host via WhatsApp may result in a faster reply. During the stay, there was one day when the lift was under maintenance, requiring the use of the stairs to access the unit on the seventh floor. Nonetheless, the owner was rather helpful when contacted about these issues. Overall, it was still a generally acceptable stay.

• Margery (8/5): Very good - Great location! Vibrant nightlife. My kids are in their early teens so they really enjoyed the evening energy. Probably wouldn't be as happy if my kids were younger. Initially worried about fitting our luggage in as travelled with 4 large suitcases. Worked it so we really only needed to get into 2 of them and then we were able to store them all away in little alcoves and cupboards without too much trouble. Also appreciated the large fridge and microwave. It had the biggest bathroom that we had in our whole trip. Instructions to enter were clear and easy to follow. Could hear a bit of street noise but not too bad. You only get one key.

• Patricia (8/5): Great location in Shinjuku - the location was very ideal. Walking distance to subway stations to get around Tokyo easily. Lots of places to eat nearby and shopping. Night life is also very active in the area. Host was very easy to reach and gave clear instructions on how to find the accommodation. space was small for 4 people with luggages, but this was expected and was not a big deal for us. Also lots of sirens can be heard, even in the middle of the night, but this can't be helped

Apartment is off decent size with biggish bathroom and washing machine. You need to contact the host for information. No advance information given on how to access the apartment. A bit hard to find the entrance of the apartment block. Said all that host replies very quick on any questions.

Walking distance to so many cool places. It’s hard to find something off about this place. The only complaint may be the shower was difficult to understand from a foreigner perspective. But that was user error. We figured it out within the first 3 days and it was perfect.
