• Silvana (10/5): Excellent experience! - Everything in the chalet is very comfortable and makes your stay really pleasant! The owner is very polite and available for anything at any time… The chalets are easily accessible, have plenty of parking space, and are surrounded by several bars and restaurants that are open all year round. Our stay at Arditi’s Chalet was very enjoyable and we hope to visit again 😁😁

• Mikel (10/5): A stunning and relaxing mountain getaway — we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. - The chalet is beautifully designed, modern, and spotless, with breathtaking mountain views and a very peaceful atmosphere. The location is perfect for nature lovers, and the cabin felt cozy, private, and well maintained. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, making the stay very comfortable. Nothing to really dislike
• Hysen (1/5): We were very disappointed about almost everything! - Nothing! Almost everything was bad. The chalet was very small, it’s only for 2 people not for more. The stairs to go to the second floor was terrible ( very steep ). In the second floor the window that was above the bed doesn’t close well so the cold comes straight to the head ( we were with a 6 month baby). Only an air conditioner in the first floor wasn’t enough because the temperature was about -7 degrees.

• Nesya (5/5): לא תואם את התיאור בכלל - הנוף יפה, גישה נוחה מהכביש הבחורה שמתפעלת את המקום היתה נחמדה וזמינה תמורה לא טובה לכסף. המבנה צפוף וקטן בהרבה מהמתואר, שני המפלסים ביחד בקושי ל 30 מ"ר. אין מיזוג בקומה העליונה.
• Gideon (10/5): - The place was simply amazing! We went as a group of friends and had a wonderful time. The surrounding nature was beautiful, with stunning mountain views and a peaceful atmosphere. The host was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this property and would love to come back again!

• Nicol (7/5): Lokacija vrijedna posjeta, objekt nije ispunio naša očekivanja - Lokacija je prelijepa - jutarnji pogled na planinski lanac je očaravajući. Kućice izvana izgledaju jako privlačno. Objekt se prostire na dva kata. Parking je osiguran, a cijeli vanjski prostor pokriven je videonadzorom, što daje dojam sigurnosti. Okolica kuće također je lijepo uređena, uvečer svjetlosti ne manjka u blizini objekta. Domaćin je pristojan. U unutrašnjosti prostora, štednjak, hladnjak i kuhalo za vodu dobro su poslužili i s time smo zadovoljni. Dostupne su papuče, ručnika i toaletnog papira bilo je dovoljno. Unutarnji prostor graniči s prihvatljivim - dosta je tijesno, kuhinja je pokraj kupaonice, dnevni boravak srasta s kuhinjom u jednu prostoriju. U kuhinji manjka sadržaja - nije opremljena potrebnim priborom za kuhanje (daska za rezanje, kuhača, noževi za rezanje) i loncima te nekakvim uobičajenim stvarima poput osnovnih začina ili kave, a po našim saznanjima, voda iz slavine nije pitka pa nas je mogla dočekati kakva bočica vode. Na ovoj lokaciji to je poprilično važno jer u neposrednoj blizini nema dućana i restorana te je nama bilo neophodno koristiti se kuhinjom. Sukladno tome, nekakva vrsta ventilacije ne bi bila na odmet. Nedostatak utičnica na pojedinim dijelovima smještaja može se riješiti produžnim kabelom, kojeg nije bilo. Na donjem katu, privatnost je omogućena debelom zavjesom, ali na gornjem katu zavjese su prozirne i ne pokrivaju prozore u potpunosti. Većina namještaja je vidno dotrajala, pogotovo krevet (ležaj), za koji u opisu piše da je iznimno veliki bračni krevet, no to je zapravo vrsta kauča na razvlačenje. Podloga na istome bila je neudobna i ulegnuta prema sredini. Grijanje i hlađenje funkcionira, ali je komplicirano za namještanje na željene postavke, pogotovo zato što su i baterije u daljinskom upravljaču dotrajale. Da bismo koristili daljinske upravljače za klimatizaciju i TV, morali smo im neprestano izmjenjivati baterije koje su se unutra nalazile. Hidromasažna kada također funkcionira, međutim čini se kao da nije korištena neko vrijeme, tako da ostavlja neugodan miris vlage u prostoru. Moguće je da su filteri spremni za obnavljanje jer bi se s vremena na vrijeme nakratko zaustavio protok vode kroz njih (potreban servis). Pritisak kroz slavinu je slab (dugo punjenje kade), a ručke za namještanje temperature i pritiska vode klimave su. Bojler je dostatan za jedno punjenje hidromasažne kade, nakon čega je potrebno neko vrijeme da se voda ponovno zagrije za ostale potrebe.

• Hin (10/5): - Every thing was fine and beautiful , clean , the man that meet us was so cute and perfect , there is air conditioning but for the lower floor its not cover the floor above , thats why we sleep in first floor intead second air-conditioned only in first floor.

The home was absolutely beautiful clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything you need, from cooking essentials and cutlery to toiletries. And waking up to that breathtaking view? Just wow. The weather was perfect, and the jacuzzi? Total highlight! But what truly made this stay extra special was our incredible host, Mr. Dede. So warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Any small concern I had, he handled immediately and made sure everything was just right. I even asked him to help me surprise my husband with birthday decorations and a cake and he arranged everything so beautifully for a small extra charge. Honestly, this was more than just a stay, it was a whole experience. Absolutely worth the trip from Dubai. Thank you so much for making it unforgettable! Im satisified over all
• moshe (8/5): לא ממליץ ... - המיקום. האזור והנוף המדהים מסביב. בעלי המקום היו מאד שרותיים, המקום נקי. החדר מאד מאד קטן, הטלויזיה עובדת לפרקים. הגישה למתג אור בעייתית. החדר מעוצב מאד מאד לא נוח. בקומת הגלריה אין וילון.. קמים עם הזריחה. נדמה שמי שעיצב לא חשב על ארוח. המקלחת ןהשרותים קטנים.... בתמונות זה נראה לגמרי אחרת. והיינו עד כה ב4-5 מקומות לינה באלבניה, ובאף אחת לא היה פער שכזה בין התמונות למקום. כמו כן מופיע בפרטי המקום שיש מכונת כביסה.. אז.. אין כזו.
• Tamino (9/5): Beautiful views - Nice property while exploring mountains. Nice restaurants close by. Owners are very friendly. Not a big deal but be prepared to pay for your stay in cash. There is an ATM few minutes away at a bigger hotel.
• Kullolli (10/5): Exceptional - We didn't get to stay long, but we booked the property for the view, and it was beautiful. Waking up with the view of the mountains was spectacular. The host was very helpful with directions to get there. I'm sure the say would be fantastic if we went there on warmer months so maybe we could stay outside and enjoy the view at night. Either way, we were pleased with our stay.
