Na szczególną uwagę zasługuje również profesjonalizm gospodyni, która dołożyła wszelkich starań, aby nasz pobyt był niezapomniany (osobiście przywitała nas o 2:00 w nocy, odpowiadała na wszystkie nasze pytania, udzieliła przydatnych informacji na temat miejsc wartych odwiedzenia, podarowała butelkę szampana itp.). Czuliśmy się jak w domu.
• Lesley (10/5): A sparkling clean and comfortable apartment managed by a super-kind host! - We had great communication with Ángeles the owner in advance of our holiday, when she provided us with lots of advance info about the good spots to visit on our holiday, where the nearest shops are etc. We messaged her when we got in the taxi at the airport so she knew when to come and meet us with the keys. Ángeles then gave us a quick tour of where everything was in the flat and how everything worked. The apartment is spotlessly clean and beautifully presented, with pristine white walls hung with Ángeles' own lovely paintings, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment itself is in Lagunillas, a down-to-earth residential barrio away from all the hustle and bustle but within really quick walking distance of Plaza Merced. The area was undergoing quite a bit of roadworks while we were there, but it didn't impede our enjoyment of our holiday or disturb us in any way. Lagunillas is famous for its street art and there are real gems to be found around every corner - not just in terms of the amazing murals, but also in terms of fresh fruit, great wine, smooth coffee and freshly baked bagels and empanadas we found a mere hop, skip and jump from the apartment. My sister and I really settled in and loved our week's stay so much we were really sad to leave! This is not a dislike, it's just a little advice. Casa La Victoria isn't the apartment for you if a) you're visiting Málaga in all-night party mode and are planning to roll home singing in the wee small hours of the morning, or b) if you're looking for complete peace and quiet around the clock. The apartment is in an old building which isn't soundproof, i.e. you will hear the neighbours talking, and they will hear you. We didn't have any problem with that, given that my sister and I both live in apartments back home. Having said the above, I do want to stress that the area is quiet at night and we had no problems sleeping. We chose Casa La Victoria precisely because it wasn't on a main street where we'd have mopeds and scooters buzzing past all night, and we absolutely made the right choice. I thoroughly recommend Ángeles' lovely flat to you.

Beautiful, clean apartment, with a great location in the center and yet away from the noisy street. We could move around on foot the whole time, it was a short walk to the center. Very well equipped apartment and kitchen. The buildings on the street and the apartment building itself are a bit unkempt from the outside, but the apartment inside is really nice.

Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gasse ist in Entwicklung, aber das war kein Problem.

• Mo (9/5): Beautiful, well looked after Málaga stay 🥰. - Clean, secure and well looked after and didn't require anything- the apartment had everything we needed and extra. Àngeles 😍was an excellent host always giving you plenty of information on where to go for sight seeing or eating out. Apartment is within walking distance into the centre and easy to get about. You are within a building that are Spanish family homes - and we loved that! If you want to live with the locals it's an excellent place, with a lovely bar 2 mins away. Due to our early flight Àngeles was very kind meeting us before check in time to leave our cases 🫶. This is not a dislike from us -but I'm sure there will be people who might not like the location or the building BUT it is secure and we as a family (teenage daughter)never felt unsafe. You will get this in any city - and I felt safer than I do in Scotland some times !

Sehr schöne, gut aufgeteilte und gepflegte Wohnung mit toller Ausstattung. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Uns war es wichtig zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer zu haben. • Jacek (10/5): - The apartment was absolutely wonderful. It’s located very close to the Old Town — we had literally a 5-minute walk to the main attractions. The place was spacious, with two bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen. It was perfectly clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Most importantly, we want to thank the owner for her amazing communication and care. She did everything to make us feel at home. There was even a bottle of red wine waiting for us on the table, along with plenty of mineral water. She was incredibly helpful and attentive — a bit like a caring mum. We truly recommend this apartment to anyone. You can book it with full confidence.

• Jutta (10/5): Wohnung top - Malaga jederzeit wieder - Die Wohnung ist so eingerichtet wie auf den Fotos und sehr sauber. Strandtücher lagen auch bereit, ebenso Sonnenschirme und Stranddecke. Fussläufig ist sehr vieles erreichbar und die Vermieterin Ángeles hatte uns vor unserem Aufenthalt bereits viele Infos über Malaga geschickt. Check in und Check out hat persönlich stattgefunden und völlig problemlos. Wir hätten bei Fragen uns jederzeit an die Vermieterin wenden können. Hellhörigkeit ja, hat uns aber nicht wirklich gestört.

• Susana (10/5): Precioso piso en el centro histórico de Málaga - Es una casa preciosa, todo nuevo, bien decorada, con aire acondicionado en habitaciones y salón, plantas naturales, muchas ventanas grandes, super luminosa, 100% equipada de todo, como si fuera tu propia casa, no le falta de nada, todo muy limpio, súper bien cuidada, y lo mejor de todo es la amabilidad y la preocupación de Ángeles en todo momento por los huéspedes, para que se sientan muy a gusto, como en su propia casa, los detalles que tiene, las indicaciones que da de todos los sitios que visitar en Málaga. Y el precio es muy barato para la calidad del piso y lo bien situado que está en pleno centro, mucho mejor que en un hotel, hemos estado de lujo, muchas gracias por todo, Ángeles ☺️. Nos gustó todo

• Graham (9/5): Fantastic apartment with a wonderful host - Casa la Victoria is a great place to stay, the location is just perfect as everything is close by and accessible by a short walk. Angeles was the perfect host, nothing is too much trouble for her. We arrived earlier than the check in time but she met us earlier so that we could drop our cases off and start to enjoy the sights of Malaga. She gave us lots of useful information and informed us of any events that were taking place whilst we were there. The apartment is very clean with everything you could need, even beach towels and umbrellas are included. Angeles also arranged for our return taxi to the airport and even came to meet us to say goodbye. I would thoroughly recommend staying at Casa la Victoria to enjoy the wonderful city of Malaga and Angeles is the perfect host. Muchas Gracias!! The neighbours can be a little noisy but that is out of the apartments control and it didn't disrupt our stay too much.

Toilettenpapier darf nicht in die Toilette (Verstopfungsgefahr der Abwasserleitung). Haus ist sehr hellhörig.

• Javier (10/5): Beautiful and cozy apartment, best host ever!! - Beautiful and cozy apartment just a few meters from the historic center of the city, within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. The apartment was spotless, bright, and fully equipped with everything we needed, with air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room/kitchen. We were three people and were able to shower comfortably, without fear of getting cold water, as the apartment has a large electric water heater with a system that heats the water more quickly. Ángeles' professionalism in keeping the apartment in perfect condition and doing everything possible to ensure her guests have the best possible stay. She pays attention to even the smallest detail and also provided us with a wealth of helpful information to make the most of Málaga, including suggestions for day trips. We highly recommend this apartment and its excellent host!

• Nadia (9/5): Schöne Erfahrung - Wunderschön eingerichtetes Appartement. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Gastgeberin versorgte uns mit Tipps zu Orten in Malaga und half uns, ein kostenfreien öffentlichen Parkplatz zu finden. Die Gastgeberin ist außergewöhnlich nett und um das Wohl der Gäste besorgt. Check-in und check-out erfolgte persönlich. Zu Beginn starker Chlorgeruch vom Putzen. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, hat aber nicht weiter gestört. Mit dem Auto kann man nicht in die Straße reinfahren, aber die Gastgeberin hat uns die Koordinaten geschickt, wo wir kurz halten und Koffer ausladen können, bevor wir den Parkplatz gesucht haben. Die Gegend ist nicht die schönste, hat aber Charme.

The location was perfect, a walking distance away from the main attractions like the Alcazaba, the historic old town and the beach. Angeles was the perfect host - so warm and friendly, she sent us amazing tips and guidance before we came including how to order a coffee in Spain and good places to visit as well as talking us through the attractions with a map when we entered! So attentive and one of the best hosts I have met in all my travels!
• Supriya (10/5): Nice and comfortable stay in Malaga - Everything, Angeles is such a nice and friendly hostess. She goes over the top to make you enjoy your stay, suggesting things to do and learning about Spanish culture and is always available on WhatsApp. One evening she invited and took us personally for San Juan, an important cultural celebration, where she took us to a remote location for night swimming and grandiose fireworks. The apartment is like new, kitchen/livingroom + two bedrooms + bathroom, high standards, modern, clean and white. There are AC in each room, all kind of equipment in kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine and comfortable beds to have a good night sleep. The bathroom is nice and spacious with towels, soap and rain-shower. Location is great, only 5 minutes walk from old town, and near to 3 good food/grocery stores: Mas & Go, Dia and Maskom and more supermarkets even closer. Beach is also walkable in 15 minutes( she provide beach towels and umbrella )

The host was very nice and helpful, recommended a lot of local restaurants and sites for a visit! Property is ideal for 3 people with enough space. The building is not very well-insulated so could hear the neighbours and some noise from outside.

Ángeles was very attentive and willing to provide help for any situation. Walking distance to port area, Malaguetta beach and Castillo de Gibralfaro. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, including beach towels and sun umbrella. Nothing related to apartment or host. Some streets are in a rehabilitation process, but when finished the potential of this pedestrian area will be increased.

From the very start of our trip, Angeles had very good communication with us. She provided excellent directions for parking and took the trouble to secure a free spot for our car very close to the apartment. She provided an incredible amount of information on Malaga: the best places to eat, things to see, and even cultural events happening around the city! The apartment itself was so lovely!! It was in the perfect location of a quiet neighborhood, but easy walking distance to the heart of the historical neighborhood, the beach, to restaurants, and shops and grocery stores. It was immaculate and smelled so clean and fresh! You could tell that Angeles took pride in making sure her guests were well taken care of. She was so friendly and helpful. She made sure that she explained everything in the apartment and even had a bottle of wine and cold drinks in the refrigerator! The apartment itself had many amenities and we were so comfortable in the lovely place. The beds were also comfortable and the linens were so nice! I would highly recommended staying here! Thank you for the lovely stay! There was nothing that I could find fault with!

It was perfect for our long week - Immaculately clean, very well stocked - we loved the welcoming bottle of wine. Communication was great and we easily found the property. There was nothing - we could not fault the property at all 😊

Unfortunately there were extensive road works outside the building and in the near proximity. This made finding the apartment by foot difficult and dangerous. The taxi could only drop us close.
