• Maarten (9/5): Van binnen een mooie en heel ruime accommodatie. Prettige sfeer en in heel keurige staat! - Heel centrale plek in Spa. Goede wandel- en autoroutes. Veel autoverkeer langs de accommodatie die op de begane grond gelegen is. Overigens is de isolatie van het appartement met HR++ beglazing uitstekend. Hierdoor ervaar je nauwelijks verkeersoverlast. Ventileren is echter via de woonkamer minder toereikend, vanwege het verkeer.

• Sabrina (8/5): - Goeie ligging midden in centrum dichtbij restaurant, winkels, wandelpaden,.. Mooi appartement , goed bed, volledig uitgeruste keuken, vlotte communicatie met de eugenaars Parkeren is niet altijd makkelijk door drukke straat.
• Hans Peter (9/5): Uitstekend apartement vlak bij het centrum. - Netjes en schoon apartement op loopafstand van centrum. Goed uitgerust en comfortabel. Beetje lawaai van de voorbijkomende auto's.

• Miet (10/5): Ideaal voor koppels die een ontspannen huiselijke sfeer op reis wensen. Knus en gerieflijk. - Snelle reactie bij het boeken. Het appartement was heel proper en had een leuke indeling. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een gezellig uitstapje was aanwezig. Op 4 minuten rijden van de thermen van Spa. Vlak in het centrum, dicht bij de winkels en de horeca. Houden zo! Alles in orde!

• Coen (7/5): Great - Great location, apartment and facilities. Lovely place to relax in front of the tv A musty, stale smell around the place. Smelled like mold, though couldn’t see any. Issue if you’re sensitive to that.
• Anne (9/5): Prettig, comfortabel, hygiënisch, wel gehorig. - Alles heel goed verzorgd. Fijne faciliteiten in de keuken en goede hygiëne. Comfortabel verblijf gehad. Het is erg gehorig. Je hoort een ieder die het gebouw betreed. Dit was even wennen.
• Bernard (10/5): TRES BIEN - Il y avait tout pour se faire a manger ( cuisine très bien équipée) et beaucoup de petites attentions Lits tres confortables En déplacement a l'étranger nous voulons des nouvelles de notre région ou pays et la télévision a toutes les applications mais pas les chaines de base qui nous permettent de rester et avoir des nouvelles Mais ce n'est qu'un petit détail par rapport a tous les avantages de l'appartement

• Dul (10/5): Au Petit Pierrot is a great home-away-from-home: cozy, close to everywhere you’d want to go. We were able to rest, cook - Such a cozy spot! We especially appreciated the proximity to the Baths and also the kitchen. It was great!
• Gehrig (8/5): Bin sehr zufrieden. Komme gerne wieder - Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt zentral. Küche ist gut ausgestattet und reicht problemlos für 2 Perosnen. Die Wände sind hellhörig. Man hört die Nachbarn rein und rausgehen.

There are 4 steps leading up to the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom area. If you are disabled or have young children it might be problematic.
• Dominique (9/5): - Superbe localisation et travaux de rénovation très bien réalisés pour un appartement agréable et fonctionnel Une légère odeur lorsque l'on rentre (du moisi ou un produit utilisé lors de la rénovation ).
• Cindy (10/5): Sehr schön👍 - Schöne Wohnung , unweit der City von Spa ( ca 5 - 10 Minuten zu Fuß ). Die Austattung war wie beschrieben, und für mich völlig ausreichend. Man hatte alles was man brauchte. Sehr sauber , mir gefiel das Bad sehr gut, Bettdecke und Kopfkissen waren sehr angenehm und die Bettwäsche fand ich toll. Habe den Vermieter zufällig getroffen und er war sehr nett. Hat sich gleich erkundigt ob alles ok ist. Fand ich super . Ich komme gerne nochmal wieder. Ich war sehr zufrieden , es gibt nichts was man bemängeln könnte.
• SYLVIE (10/5): Excellent choix en plein centre de Spa - Logement parfaitement organisé très fonctionnel, situation géographique en plein centre, l'hôte très disponible Rien,tout était parfait. Seul bémol les animaux pas admis,on devra donc choisir un autre endroit si on prend notre chien
• Anja (8/5): Wij hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad - De locatie was perfect. Heel dicht bij het centrum en startpunt voor wandelingen. Het was erg schoon en netjes. Voor 4 nachten had er wat mij betreft een extra handdoek gemogen. Snacht veel regen gehad waardoor wij het raam hebben moeten sluiten ivm hevig gekletter op de patio omdat de dakgoot niet aangesloten is op de regenpijp. Dit was wel van een gebouw ernaast. Maar het hield ons uit de slaap
• Marc (10/5): Un très bon choix pour Spa - Bel appartement qui ne paie pas de mine de l'extérieur mais très bien aménagé et très propre. Très central et pourtant calme. Equipement très complet. La matière des draps de lit ( synthétique ?) : c'est beau mais pas agréable.
