• Marco (6/5): Bello ma non balla - Ottima posizione, molto strategica. Sicuramente il punto di forza di quest’appartamento. L’appartamento è stato ristrutturato da poco, quindi si presenta molto bene nel complesso, bagno e spazi molto funzionali. Poca privacy e poca luce naturale ma questo lo si intuisce dalle foto. Nonostante sia a livello strada (si accede direttamente dal marciapiede) risulta poco rumorosa e soprattutto fresca anche senza aria condizionata. Buono il wifi, acqua calda sempre presente, lavatrice funzionante. Purtroppo ha alcune pecche (vedi resto della recensione) che purtroppo lo penalizzano fortemente. Il gestore ci ha dato la possibilità di fare un check in anticipato, di questo lo ringrazio, ma per il resto non si è mostrato disponibile a risolvere alcune problematiche. Pulizia pessima. Appena arrivati già il pianerottolo piano strada non si presenta bene… pieno di sporcizia e patacche per terra. Entrati un forte odore di chiuso e come benvenuto una bella blatta morta sul piano doccia. Probabilmente era stato “pulito” dopo l’ultimo check out e poi chiuso e tappato. Apparentemente l’appartamento sembra pulito ma camminando pochi minuti senza ciabatte ci ritroviamo i piedi neri! Materiale per pulire (scopa paletta e mocio) inguardabili… sembravano presi da un cantiere. Il divano letto e le sedie rivestite in tessuto (pessima scelta aggiungerei) tutte impataccate… eravamo in 5 e ci siamo rifiutati di utilizzare il divano letto per dormire. Quindi se siete più di 4 lasciate perdere. La lavastoviglie non funzionava e mancava la macchina del caffè. Ho chiesto più volte di averne una ma era come parlare al muro. Sicuramente non fondamentale ma se ci fosse stata era meglio visto che la mattina presto è tutto chiuso nei dintorni. Peccato, perché piccole accortezze in più lo renderebbero un appartamento dall’ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

• Hajnalka (8/5): Very good - Nice, comfy, good designed, well equipped appartment, with good location few minutes walk from the center. We met some cockroach... The host sent someone, who tried to handle it, but he said it's average in Valencia. I missed the natural light.

• Ken (9/5): Comfortable apartment, but noisy on Monday nights due to market - Very clean and comfortable apartment in a good location, walkable to most places in the city. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The possibility to drop bags at the apartment in the morning in advance of the check-in time was appreciated. There seems to be a market on the street every Tuesday, so if you stay on a Monday night it is challenging to sleep as there is a lot of noise and people talking very loudly right outside the front door from the middle of the night until the morning. There is very little natural light in the apartment.
• Matea (10/5): Lovely apartment in the city centre - The apartment is perfectly equipped, it has everything from coffee maker, toaster, microwave, washing machine, iron… Very nicely decorated and impeccably clean. The location is in the city centre right next to the main train station! /
• Andrea (9/5): Superb - Top solution for family with kids. Good position , the city center was close ( only 600 meters).There are 3 tube station quite close and train station as well ( Estación de norte). I can suggest this flat.
• Alessandro (10/5): Exceptional - exceptional apartment and equipped with everything, from appliances to towels. It is also very cozy and spacious. Credit note to the owner, who was very helpful and kind.
