R. aus München (8/5): Ein Business Hotel in der Nähe zur Mita Station bzw. JR Tamachi Station - Das Hotel lag in einem Stadtviertel in dem wir uns schon auskannten. Es ist ein höheres Bürogebäude, in dem die oberen Stockwerke als Hotel genutzt werden. Die Aussicht ist gut. Es ist auch schön, daß es einen offenen und kühlen Innenhof gibt. Das Frühstück fand in der Lobby statt und war gut und ausreichend. Das Zimmer war schon sehr kompakt und wir hatten Schwierigkeiten immer wieder unser Gepäck zu verstauen bzw. wegzuräumen. Man lebt quasi aus dem Koffer. Die Matratze war recht stabil. Nach der dritten Nacht hatte ich mich daran gewöhnt, aber dann ging es eh schon wieder weiter.
Daniel (8/5): Hat den Erwartungen entsprochen, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. - Das Zimmer war klein, typisch Japan. Das Frühstück für ein paar wenige Tage solide, aber nicht außergewöhnlich. Die Lage top - schön ruhig, aber innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten hatte man die U-Bahn.

HENGZHI (8/5): 还行吧，中规中矩 - 1. 前台工作人员非常好 2. 步行可达范围内有山手线，JK线，浅草线，三田线，公交在门口有藻岩桥站 3. 附近有新开的高轮Newoman，挺好买 1. 酒店屋内地毯比较脏，屋里灰尘大 2. 搞卫生的质量一般，刚入职时，地毯上还有上一位住客留下的食物残渣 3. 地毯灰大，皮肤敏感的容易瘙痒 4. 屋内面积偏小，再大一点就好了 5. 屋内用品补充看缘分，每天基本忘一样东西，纸巾，洗漱用品，或者牙刷

Bogdan (10/5): Dobry czas w Tokio - Niezwykle uprzejmy, pomocny i kompetentny personel. Wygodne łóżko. Czystość i wyposażenie w pokojach. Świetne dodatkowe udogodnienia jak: pralki z funkcją suszenia, kuchenka mikrofalowa, automat z napojami i przekąskami. Śniadania smaczne, ale mało urozmaicone (codziennie to samo - zmieniała się tylko co drugi dzień oferta wędlina lub łosoś). Bardzo mały wybór owoców na śniadanie.

There was coin laundry available and vending machines which were very convenient. Room was very small compared to the images. Hotel looked newer on the outside but inside was quite old.

Alize (10/5): Great stay! - The place was absolutely amazing, with a truly mesmerising view. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay, and everything was spotless and exceptionally clean. A beautiful place to stay with an unforgettable atmosphere. The only downside for us was that laundry service was not included in the already higher than usual price, which felt a bit unusual, and the rooms were slightly on the smaller side.

OD.3 (8/5): Correcto (pero no coger desayuno) - Muy buena comunicación con la línea de trasporte principal. El barrio muy tranquilo (es un barrio de oficinas, muy formal). Las habitaciones son completamente insonorizadas tanto del ruido de la calle como del resto de las habitaciones. No se escucha nada. El desayuno no vale la pena en absoluto ni por el dinero pagado, ni por la variedad de comida, ni por el horario,ni por la calidad. La misma comida cada día,escasisima y de pésima calidad. El desayuno es de 6:00 a 9:00 y la reposición de la POCA comida que hay finaliza a las 8:00. A las 8:45 retiran ya todo. No se os ocurra bajar más tarde de las 8:00 xq no cogereis casi nada. En un zero absoluto el desayuno.

Meme s'il n'est pas loin d'une ligne de JR, c'est vraiment excentré des points principaux de Tokyo. Et le quartier est vraiment mort, difficile de trouver un resto dans le coin.

Sarah (9/5): Top Service; praktische Lage; kleine, aber bequeme Zimmer - Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und ich durfte mein Gepäck problemlos & kostenlos verstauen lassen. Die Zimmer sind vielleicht klein, aber meiner Meinung nach völlig ausreichend - vor allem für einen Kurztrip - die Betten & Atmosphäre waren sehr bequem. Weiters wirken die Zimmer, und generell das Hotel, wie neu renoviert. Die Lage des Hotels ist außerdem auch sehr gut - direkt in der Nähe einer großen Metro Station und in einer ruhigen & sicheren Umgebung. Ich persönlich bin nur mit Handgepäck angereist, aber wenn man viel Gepäck hat, wird es platzmäßig schwierig werden im Zimmer.

Zernur (9/5): Tokyo'da kalmak için güzel bir otel - Otel personeli dört dörtlüktü, kibar ve yardımcıydılar. Lokasyon çok iyiydi, bölgeyi çok beğendik. Odamız temizdi. Oda 2 kişi için biraz küçüktü. Ayrıca konukların oturup rahatlaması için uygun bir lobinin olmaması da biraz sıkıntı. Ancak bu iki detay haricinde kalmak için çok güzel bir otel, her halukarda tavsiye ederim.

G (7/5): Redelijk verblijf in een te duur hotel - Friendly staf, free drinks, close to station, And that we could switch rooms the next day, because our room stank. But we did spend a night in there with the bad smell. It is a four-star hotel, but I don't consider it a four-star hotel. Another three-star hotel was much better. The toilet cannot be flushed automatically; you have to use one of those little levers next to the bowl. I find that gross. The room is completely carpeted, which is simply not hygienic. And there is no separate area to take off your shoes. The hallways are carpeted too, so it is difficult to roll the suitcase. The room layout is also poorly arranged. There is a table with chairs, but I can't even open the suitcase! The first night we were in a room that stank! We were allowed to change rooms immediately the next day, which was nice. When I wanted to check out two hours later on the last day, I still had to pay ¥7,600. I think they should have compensated me for that. So, not very service-oriented. Otherwise, I would have given a slightly better rating.

Location was good overall with easy access to train station. A local shop nearby and couple of basic restaurants could be accessed. Staff were extremely helpful with any queries we had about the hotel, facilities and travel to the airport on our checkout day. Information on local or recommended restaraunts would be useful.
