• Marija (10/5): Enjoyable and comfortable. - The place was very cozy and welcoming, beautifully decorated and clean. It was well connected via public transportation and allowed you to get anywhere you’d like withing 30 minutes.

• sampieri (8/5): Stanza in appartamento condiviso con l’host - Buona posizione rispetto alla metro e alle principali attrazioni (non sei in centro ma nemmeno fuori), la zona è tranquilla e residenziale, ci sono piccoli bar, ristoranti, take away e un tesco. L’appartamento è nuovo, pulito e ben arredato. Non ho dato 9 perché al momento della prenotazione non era specificato in modo chiaro che la camera si trova all’interno di un appartamento privato, condiviso con l’host. Il bagno è ad uso esclusivo, ma per raggiungerlo bisogna uscire dalla stanza e passare davanti alla zona giorno. Inoltre, salotto e cucina risultano indicati come spazi comuni, ma una delle sere la porta era chiusa perché l’host aveva un ospite. Durante il nostro soggiorno il proprietario non era presente e al suo posto c’era un suo amico, che però non abbiamo praticamente visto né sentito.

• Graziela (9/5): - Very nice apartment in a great area close to metro line and 24h bus. Easy access to main spots in London The room had lots of dust between the wall and the bed. I have bronquites and asthma so it was hard to sleep because of that. But other then that everything was great !

• Klára (10/5): - Nagyon elégedettek voltunk mindennel,semmi rosszat nem tudnék mondani a szállásról. Jó elhelyezkedése van, könnyen elérhető a busz és metró állomás. Kifejezetten örültünk neki, hogy nem volt gond a késői bechekkolás, és a kijelentkezés is zökkenőmentes volt. A lakás nagyon tiszta, otthonos, maximálisan jól felszerelt,meg volt a privát terünk. A szállásadó pedig végtelenül kedves ,segítőkész. :) 5 csillag mindenre :) -

• Noahbelles (10/5): 10/10 - The room was exceptionally clean and the neighborhood is quiet. A comfortable bed with decent smelling sheets matters when you had a long day of walking around the City. Bathroom is tidy with complimentary towels and basic toiletries. Plus a friendly host ;) None. I'd totally recommend the place.

I came on my period unexpectedly and there was no bin in the bathroom so I had to take it with me to the bedroom bin to dispose of. I could have asked, but felt a little awkward, and I didn't want to put my used pads in the communal bin.

• Rowee (10/5): Perfect for an Overnight Stay and Short Trips - Clean, modern room and the flat itself was within a nice, quiet neighbourhood with a large park in-front. Easy check-in and check-out. Big bathroom for guests to use only, and the whole apartment was beautifully decorated. The room comes with a smart tv, wifi, hair dryer and a universal plug for those travelling from abroad Only a 20 minute walk away from Brixton O2 academy which was great for our stay! Nothing to fault about the property itself :) We should have asked further about the amenities provided, such as the toiletries (as we forgot to bring toothpaste!)

• Abigail (10/5): Stunning and comfortable - The apartment itself was absolutely beautiful! Very clean and spacious, decorated so nicely too. The location was great, about 15min walk to Oval station, the apartment was overlooking a local park so quite scenic, nice area. Mica was very welcoming and accommodating, he showed us where everything was and made sure we settled in okay. Would definitely stay again! Nothing :)

Very minor gripes - Essentially, it is a beautiful flat shared with a couple. - Location is great, 30 - 40 minutes by bus from London Bridge. - Facilities are also great, the bedroom is large enough for 2 people (there is even an active Netflix subscription on the TV), and the bathroom is huge. The latter is on the main hallway, and you can lock the door (from what I've read, not many establishments have this option). Also, the bathroom is private (hosts have their own). Compared to other offers on booking at a similar price, I did not hear neighbors partying loudly, probably because it is a quiet neighborhood without many tourists. There is an artistic touch here too, I personally liked the kitchen table. - Hosts are great, one of them showed me the basics when I arrived, and the other was always available on WhatsApp for any questions. I messed up a few things (did not open the complex main door correctly the first time, did not know how to close the flat door), and they showed genuine understanding and offered precious advice. I was also offered an adaptor for UK plugs for my stay (don't forget to bring one like me!). They spend much time in a separate bedroom and you can meet them at the kitchen or knock on their door for further questions, although in my short stay I did neither. - Price is excellent for what is on offer here compared to other accommodation options. Small nitpicks that probably could have been solved if I talked to the hosts. - There was no wardrobe in the bedroom to hang some clothes. - My stay was in mid December 2024, and it was a little cold, particularly in the bedroom, but nothing extreme (used the provided duvet with an extra T-Shirt and everything was fine). I woke up a few times during the night because I think I heard planes flying nearby, but this is no big deal, I was able to sleep immediately after. However, keep that in mind and in case this may bother you, prepare in advance.

My booking was cancelled a day before the flight because of the problem with the bank but the host helped me to arrange my booking back so I didn’t have to change my plans in a panic mode. It’s a shared space, you stay in the apartment as a guest. But to be honest it didn’t bother me at all. I had my own private bathroom and room. We didn’t even meet in person while the communication via messages was very prompt.

• Lucia (7/5): Good - Well, for a few days, we lived with 2 people (hosts) and the last days with 1 of them. The walls are very thin so when someone was in the kitchen during the night we couldn't sleep. Most of the time we spent in the bedroom because it was not shared with anyone and we could relax and feel comfortable. We realized that a shared living room and a kitchen were not really for us. Otherwise, for a business trip, it is fine and the bedroom is very cozy and clean. Also, the private bathroom was very nice, clean, and bigger than in the photos :)

It is very clean, comfortable, cosy, and has some super fun artwork. Mica is a lovely man, so friendly, warm and welcoming and even offered to go to the shops in the morning if there was something particular we wanted for breakfast which was a very sweet gesture. We went for a one-night stay after spending some time with friends in nearby Battersea on a weekend and we'd definitely stay again. The check in instructions are simple and easy, comfy bed, safe and secure area. Top notch :)

I had worked all day and had to make the bed up myself, which involved converting a sofa into the bed. Not what you'd expect for £150 a night. It had a hostel feel about it. There is no lamp in the bedroom for dim lighting

Mica was a great host, the place is very nice, very comfortable, modern, clean, the private shower is great with good pressure and heat in a big bathroom, the bed is comfortable and honestly I’d go back in a heartbeat. All the things I could ask for in accommodation were there and more, breakfast was even included too. I had my privacy too I really value in what is effectively shared accommodation. It’s really well located too, just 15 mins walk from Oval which can get you into Leicester Square in 15 mins. And there’s some free street parking not far away! Finally, this place is lgbtq friendly which for me is a big plus! Is it relevant that Mica is also easy on the eye? No, but it was welcome anyway 😂. Great place to stay, check it out! Nothing!
