• Thomas (10/5): - The property is a spacious apartment occupying the entire 1st floor with wooden detailing and personalized decor, a welcome contrast to the standard generic Airbnb-type unit. It was a privilege to stay in such a beautiful home. The location was ideal for viewing the Easter processions, walking to the beach and central to the very walkable compact city centre. No complaints.

• Varvara (8/5): Прекрасные выходные в Аликанте! - Квартира расположена недалеко от центра, все в зоне доступа, магазины, кафе, рынок… в квартире в общем есть все необходимое и даже больше. Как будто хозяева вышли на минутку и вот вот вернутся. Квартира похожа на музей. Если вам не нравится жить в квартире, где все осталось, как и при хозяине- то это не ваш вариант. Маловато 1 ванной комнаты на 5-6 человек. Второй туалет использовать было невозможно, очень сильный запах канализации. А в остальном , за эту оплату, все прекрасно.

• Helga (10/5): Beste Lage für eine Stadtreise! - Lage und Ausstattung. Die Wohnung ist riesig. Es gab da alles, von Einkaufstrolly bis Krücken und Nähmaschine!😁 In der Küche alles vorhanden, wie zuhause. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Haltestellen gleich neben an. Strand und Promenade fußläufig erreichbar. Eine klare Empfehlung! Etwas zu dunkel, da die Häuser sehr dicht gebaut sind

• Julia (9/5): Spacious apartment ideally situated with friendly hosts - The perfect location. Just close to everything but outside of city noize. A good coffee-breakfast place, ramen restaurant, cool bubble tea place, fresh bakery just next door to the apartment. The hosts are very nice and allowed a late check-out. Enough space even for 6-7 people. Well equipped kitchen. The apartment has an old-school design but it even gives additional vibe. :-)
