• McG (3/5): I left within 24 hrs of arrival. - The location is very good. After I complained about the apartment's lack of cleanliness and the many issues with the condition of decor and furnishings, the owner agreed to a full refund. I booked a flight home and was permitted to stay until it was time to depart for the airport, which was kind. The apartment is tiny: a strip of hallway that serves as the kitchen leads to the sitting area, a sofa in the corner, a damaged coffee table, a damaged plastic dining table, and the two bedrooms lead off from here. Both locks on the balcony doors were broken, so a simple but inadequate hook-and-eye lock had been fitted instead, leaving the apartment insecure. The sun passed over the roof, so it did not appear on the balcony until late. The apartment no longer appears as the marketing photos suggest; the impression is of a shoddy, DIY job by a handyman. Poor. The apartment was not clean. The decoration was poor, with dirty stains on the walls, the skirtings were dirty, and there was much wear and tear throughout. The so-called wardrobe canvas in the second bedroom was stained. The shower was ill-fitted and had not been cleaned properly. The drains smelt terribly. The property owner argued that the apartment was clean, that she’d approved it herself, and that only minimal redecoration was needed. However, once her team had inspected, it was agreed that the apartment was poorly decorated, that there were several genuine concerns, and that it was not clean. An alternative apartment had been offered, but I declined it as it was outside the area. After much wrangling, I received a full refund.

• Roberto (9/5): Excellent stay, highly recommended would use again if necessary. - The apartment is centrally located, and close to all amenities and night life. Also you have many supermarkets nearby for your shopping. The landlady was very kind and answered any request promptly and professionally. The 2 bedroom flat has everything you need and the kitchen is well equipped including a washing machine, oven, microwave and all kitchen utensils you may need. You have full use of the swimming pool which is part of the building complex and there are also cafes where you can buy drinks and food at very reasonable prices. Nearby you have many bus stops to many destinations including the airport. I would stay again in this apartment for my holiday in Maspalomas.

Mi sono fidato della risposta della proprietaria. E ho fatto bene ! Appartamento arredato con gusto , pulitissimo Posizione centralissima. Piscina enorme la più grande che ho visto sul isola fin ora. Non ho notato cani che abbaiavano né immondizia , anzi reception e manutentore sempre presenti e disponibili . Ecco ci tenevo a fare sapere la mia esperienza super positiva ! Ci ritornerò volentieri! Lorena sempre molto disponibile . Grazie di tutto.
• Mart (4/5): Teleurstellend gezien het hoge bedrag wat we betaald hebben. Als je niet veel eisen stelt, is t acceptabel. Als je een b - De ligging was prima. Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon recht naar voren was mooi. Bij aankomst was het appartement schoon en opgeruimd. Incheck was tussen 15 en 16 uur, na aandringen mochten we om 14.00 in het appartement. Er was een defecte tv. Deze bleek door de vorige gast kapot gemaakt te zijn, had dus al vervangen moeten zijn. Er is een nieuwe tv gebracht echter was deze ook stuk. Daarna helaas geen nieuwe tv geplaatst ondanks beloftes. De airco hangt in de woonkamer, hier heb je geen gemak van in de slaapkamers waardoor het warm is in de nachten. Ramen open is geen optie omdat aan de rechterkant een vuilnisbelt is van rommel en containers, die elke nacht luidruchtig geleegd worden door de vuilnismannen, waardoor je niet meer kan slapen. Ook moet het water van de airco om de twee uur geleegd worden , aangezien de afvoer in een emmer loopt op t balkon. Geen zin in tijdens een vakantie.. Er was geen schoon beddengoed en linnen om tussendoor te vervangen, we bleven 12 dagen, dus we moesten t met vieze handdoeken doen. Er stond een wasmachine, maar geen gebruiksaanwijzing waardoor deze niet te gebruiken was op een betrouwbare manier. Twee deuren verder zat een bewoner die grote honden heeft, die de hele dag door blaffen, vooral als je langsloopt. Een zakje afval om de hoek waar niemand last van heeft wordt meteen gezien als ernstig, dreigementen van galerij bewoners dat alles meteen opgeruimd moet zijn, anders volgen er maatregelen.. maar honden stank en geblaf van lokale bewoners kan schijnbaar ..zwembad was aan de warme kant. Ik kon een kleine terugbetaling krijgen voor t ongemak van de tv, maar dan mocht ik geen negatieve review schrijven van de eigenaar.
