• Vox (7/5): - The flat is very nice, and the terrace is just wow. Communication with the host was easy and fast. It's clean, and it has everything you need (a washing machine, shampoo, comfy pillows and a hairdryer too). We even found some fresh juice in the fridge. Unfortunately, the location is terrible. It's very far from the city centre, and I don't mind walking at all! But you'd have to walk for almost an hour (and it's not a pleasant walk surrounded by nature... it's along a busy road with a lot of traffic). Yes, of course, you can walk to the nearest bus stop, but still... especially if you have to wake up very early to join tours, you're pretty much forced to take a taxi. So I would only recommend it for one or two nights, and if you're interested in Plato's academy, like I was. Otherwise, spend a bit more on something with a view, but closer to the centre. You'll save the difference on taxi fares and public transport anyway!

• Grzegorz (2/5): - Unfortunately, my stay at this property turned out to be very unpleasant. After the first night, I noticed bites – at first I thought they were from mosquitoes, but it quickly became clear that the cause was bed bugs. I reported the issue to the owner and provided photos of both the bites and the insects found in the bed frame. Although the owner apologized for the situation, they refused to offer any compensation for the costs I incurred, including the need to have my clothes professionally cleaned. The compensation proposed by Booking (50 euros) is, in my opinion, completely inadequate given the severity of the issue. I strongly do not recommend this place – cleanliness and basic sanitary safety should be an absolute standard, and in this case, they were seriously neglected.
• Daniel (9/5): - Building and appartment itself very good condition and useful. Staff also available, helpful and transparent. Area itself is a bit quiet with many auto repair shops around. Apart of one tavern 5mins away there is not that much to do and unless for a 20 minute walk to the nearest metro station or waiting for busses, you'd need to take a cab to get somewhere. To me personally it didn't matter that much, but it may for others.

• Burhan (6/5): Für niedrigen Preis ok, aber muss nicht sein. - Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gut, weil der Preis generell niedrig ist. Aber entsprechend ist auch die Leistung niedrig... Sauberkeit ist mir nichts negatives aufgefallen. Unterkunft befindet sich in einem Industriegebiet. Entsprechend ist es morgens laut und abends sehr düster. Also ich konnte mich kein einziges Mal ausschlafen oder ausruhen. Man muss dann auch immer zu Fuß oder mit Taxi ins Zentrum. Es gibt keinen Empfang oder Ansprechpersonen. Unterkunft ist nicht ausgeschildert und man findet die Tür nicht richtig, das Reinkommen dauert etwas. Es läuft vor Ort auch über einen anderen Namen. Duschen sind klein und mit einem Boiler ausgestattet. Es gibt auch keine Halter oder sowas. Es gibt keinen Mülldienst oder sowas. Naja, wie gesagt, die Leistung ist sehr niedrig. Man muss sich überlegen, ob einem der Preis das Wert ist.

• Oksana (5/5): - Check-in took place an hour earlier. There are stops near the apartments and you can easily use public transport. The apartment has everything you need. It was very dirty. The bedding smelled unpleasant and looked like it hadn't been washed, just turned inside out.

• Michael (8/5): City Tour Athen - El apartamento es cómodo, limpio y tuvo lo necesario para nuestra estadía. Nos recibieron con jugo de naranja y agua, lo cual nos pareció un lindo detalle. Hay un buen secador de pelo, lo cual es importante en estos viajes. La terraza es muy bonita y agradable. Un lugar recomendable para estancias cortas. Muchas gracias por todo!!! No es muy cerca del centro, es lo único que nos pareció desfavorable. Pero se puede caminar y encontrar bus, metro o también funciona muy bien el Uber.

• Sergi (3/5): Bad hot water, I wouldn't go back - I have no positive comments. Things were just ok or bad. The only good thing was, once I got the message with the codes, It was easy to enter First of all, what bothered me the most was the hot water. It's very disappointing to pay more than the average for other flats in the area only to find that you have to wait 20 minutes for hot water and then it lasts for a very short time. 2nd, the pictures are a bit clickbait, by the name of the place and it's price you expect to have the terrace and a place with some space. And in reality, it's a small-okay room with views to the scrapyard, and nothing else and that's shitty. To go to the metro station you have to walk 30 min and the zone is, a bit dangerous, there is a lot of shady pepole in some hours. TLDR: BAD: Ubication, Price, HOT WATER, Views Good?: Free Wifi, 2 watter bottles of courtesy, you can cook in the place

• Andreea (9/5): Cred că este o opțiune foarte bună pentru cei care doresc un bun raport calitate-preț. - Apartamentul este foarte frumos și are tot ce îi trebuie, am avut chiar și priveliște la Acropole de pe balcon. Iar terasa de pe bloc este senzațională. Gazda a fost foarte amabilă, a răspuns foarte prompt la toate întrebările și solicitările noastre, iar în plus ne-a ajutat foarte mult în ultima zi, când aveam nevoie ca, după check-out, să lăsăm undeva bagajele până seara când plecam către aeroport. Zona este puțin zgomotoasă și nu foarte pitorească. Dar se ajunge foarte ușor în centru, iar până la stația de autobuz sunt doar câteva minute.

• Athanasios (9/5): - Great views from the rooftop, clean and value for money. Easy location to park the car. We were sitting at the rooftop doing no noise, and someone from the staff came and closed the lights and basically forced us to leave back to our rooms.
• Nigel (10/5): Staying at this Apartment. - I liked the modern facilities.It's a bit further from the action and the other areas of Athen's that I normally frequent,however I enjoyed my stay there once I got used to it. Top tip, for the shops leave premises turn left then right.200m up road a quick left right dog leg type swerve.300m there's a supermarket on the left.Opposite is a pharmacy and bakery .Continue onwards up original road until the end,turn right then left ,on the right about 60m is a bar called the Blue Cafe, they have an amazing smoking area, a friendly bar indeed. When you first arrive you will probably arrive by taxi from the nearest Metro Station .Ask for the road and number of premises.There,s lots of places called Plato's Acedemy.This is important if you don't want to get lost. Roof patio/garden is great although I never met anyone there ,undoubtedly because of the time of year. Enjoy your stay .The private balcony was good too. Follow my directions to the shop's and bars,you will get lost otherwise. Taxi drivers will try to rip you off. You should pay only 5 euros from the Metro Stn.I got really miffed by their behavior and cheating. Once you get to know the area it's just as easy to walk from the Metro Stn, about 20 mins. Beware of google maps it drove me crazy and sent me anywhere but where I needed to be. The area is one where there's quite a lot of auto shops and tyre shops. Just get used to area and you'll be fine.I felt quite safe in this area .there's not many people about after dark because of the industry.but I liked it.

• lisa (6/5): - It was a nice apartment and the supplies you need were available. The distance to the city is not far and the view from the rooftop terrace is very nice. There was a bad odor coming from the bathroom, we had to cover the drains to prevent the room from smelling like sewage. Also there was moist and mould accumulated on the ceiling of the shower. The owner tried to solve it by sending someone to clean it. The smell remained though.

• Cristala (10/5): Recommend - The property is easy to find and easy to access. The rooms look like in the pictures, and the kitchen is well equipped. I had no problems with the heating. From the balcony and the terrace, you can see the Acropolis. Communication was really easy, and the owners were very understanding. Thank you!

• Kartsakis (4/5): - Η ταράτσα ωραία όπου μπορείς να κάτσεις να χαλαρωσεις με μια μπύρα και με θέα την Ακρόπολη Ζητήσαμε αλλαγή στις πετσέτες μας είπαν ότι θα μας τις Άλλαζαν το μεσημέρι και ποτέ δεν τις άλλαξαν, επίσης η πετσέτες μυριζαν άσχημα σαν μουχλα, είναι λες και τις πλενουν με σκέτο νερό, δεν έβγαζαν καθόλου φρεσκάδα μυριζαν άσχημα αμφιβάλω αν μπαίνει κάποιο Απορυπαντικο για το πλύσιμο τους κι αν ναι τότε θα είναι πιθανόν ελάχιστο και πολύ φθηνό, επίσης κάποιο αλο διαμέρισμα καπνιζε και ο καπνός από τα τσιγάρα ερχόταν μέσω του απορροφητήρα του δωματίου μας, δεν ξέρω πως γινόταν να έχει κάποια σύνδεση αυτό με κάποιο άλλο δωμάτιο αλά πραγματικά ήταν πολύ δισαρεστο διότι όλο το δωμάτιο μυριζε τσιγάρο από την στιγμή που δεν κανονίζουμε, το μπάνιο ήταν μέτριο καθώς το τηλέφωνο του ντουζ είχε χαμηλή πίεση το νερό και το ντουζ δεν ήταν τόσο ευχάριστο, η τοποθεσία δεν μου άρεσε και δεν το συνιστώ, αν κάποιος σκέφτεται να μείνει στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα το ιδανικό θα ήταν για 1-2 ημέρα μαξ, το δωμάτιο είναι πολύ πιο μικρό από όσο φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες, και η τιμή του ήταν υπερκτιμημενη!

• Lukas (9/5): - Snadný vstup do domu a převzetí klíčů ze schránky. Všude čisto. Na dveřích na balkon síťka proti hmyzu. Z balkonu výhled na Acropolis. Relativně prostorný pokoj s kompletně vybavenou kuchyňskou linkou. Dvě lahve vody a krabice džusu v lednici zdarma. Pěkná střešní terasa. Žádný věšák k pověšení oblečení (malé háčky vedle dveří byly všechny ulomené). Půlka dveří ve sprchovém koutě chyběla. Tím se ze sprchy dostalo hodně vody do koupelny.
• Alison (10/5): An excellent value for money stay in Athens - Loved the roof terrace. A very relaxing space to sit and work during the day or to enjoy a drink at sunset. The apartment itself was also very well maintained, tastefully decorated and clean. The location is a little far from the main tourist sites in the city centre however we think this is reflected in the price of the accommodation and we enjoyed starting our day with a little exercise by walking into the city.

Isivaizduojat??? 4 atskirai gyvenantys zmomes atsiveze blakes ir jos sukandziojo! Kaip? Namuose musu nieks niekada nekandziojo. Veliau sabininkas pasake kad pas jk blakiu nera, o mus sunkandziojo mosquitos!! Taip, nereliai!

• Rocio (9/5): Great stay in Athens, beautiful place to rest after a long day - Very clean and well illuminated Brand new kitchen appliances and utensils Soap, shampoo, towels provided Great balcony Terrace view to the acropolis Very detailed instructions to get everything running ( hot water, WiFi, etc) Fridge had still water and orange juice Iron and ironing table Hairdryer provided Air conditioning unit Bus stop that takes you to the city centre located two blocks away from building entrance Subway stop 15/20 minutes walk Check in was a little after 3pm because our room wasn’t ready and we had a tour to attend to. Had to wait in the terrace which had a lovely view. Made it to the tour just in time. Host was very responsive and helpful, so not entirely a negative aspect, just what was experienced that day. Location provided by the host, but google maps takes you to a street parallel to the building entrance. Once at the entrance, you have to call the host to get instructions on how to get in. Again, not a completely negative aspect, just emphasising time management.

• Sonja (8/5): - Great place for a couple of nights in Athens. Beautiful rooftop view and easy check-in! The towels smelled like mold so we couldn't use them. It would be nice if there was another mirror somewhere in the living room / bedroom area. We didn't really like the neighborhood, but it's walkable to the city center.

• Palamarchuk (10/5): Якщо будемо знов їхати в Афіни, то оберемо саме ці апартаменти - Все було дуже добре. Як на мене, то апартаменти дуже чисті та стильні. Є інтернет та все необхідне. Було дуже тихо та ніхто не заважав. Вид з даху - це окремий вид задоволення, особливо ввечері. Навіть враховуючи, що апартаменти не у центрі. Автобусна зупинка 2 хвилин і дуже зручно, метро 20 хв пішки- автобус набагато краще та зручніше. Поряд багато класних закладів та кафе зі смачною кавою в 2-3хв від апартаментів. Також 10хв продуктовий великий магазин. Дуже рекомендую

• NIEVES (8/5): Plató també s'hauria quedat aquí ;) - les vistes, el confort i l'office per poder cuinar o fer un cafè. Tenir rentadora també va ser un plus res
• Philippine (10/5): - the view is beautiful, there is not much to do in the neighborhood but it’s calm et we felt safe for two girls even at night the bus is near, so its quite practical to go the center of athenes Or if you are like us, you can walk 20 min to be in the center and it’s quite pleasant The place was lovely, very fonctional and really clean I can only recommend

• Joel (9/5): - The place was clean and there was ac unit in room so the room strayed nice and cool. They also had Taxi service which was convenient for getting back to airport. Not super close to city center, but no getting bus was easy though..

• Alexia Christina (9/5): Great Stay with Everything You Need - I had a great stay at this apartment. It’s modern, well-equipped, and has everything you might need for a comfortable visit. The highlight for me was the amazing view from the balcony and the roof terrace – truly a standout feature! There was a small issue upon arrival, but it was resolved immediately, which I really appreciated. The host was responsive and professional. The location isn’t the most central, but it’s still quite close to the city centre and easy to reach by public transport or a short ride. Overall, a solid choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay.
• Myriam (10/5): Exceptional - The wee apartment was really nice and modern. It is well equipped (iron, hair dryer, washing machine, coffee machine, oven, etc.) and there’s a little terrace with a nice view of the Acropolis. Furthermore, the rooftop was just amazing, with a view of most of Athens and really nice to enjoy. It’s close to two bus stops which was very handy too when we didn’t want to walk to the center.

• Annija (10/5): Exceptional - Upon entering the apartment building, the owner greeted and welcomed us very hospitably! The apartment itself is very clean, cozy and has everything you need! There was cold water and juice from the owners in the fridge, coffee capsules, tea and so on! The apartment has perfect air conditioning! The balcony is simply perfect with a wonderful view and the roof terrace is available for everyone!

• Martin (9/5): Nice apartment in a safe district - Very nice and clean apartment with a great view from the roof terrace. Big fridge and a washing machine. The district is not very pretty but safe and a taverna and a supermarket round the corner.
