• Jenny (8/5): Lovely place a little away from the centre - Clean, comfortable, well equipped and good communication with the owner. Worked well for a family of 4. Location was generally quiet and felt safe but it's worth noting it's about a 20 min walk from the main streets, slightly uphill on the way back.

• Taira (8/5): Good option for a stay in San Pedro - Good location, parking, spacious rooms, clean and comfortable beds. Communication and self check in were easy. Sometimes when we showered water would come out of the floor drain and we’d have to mop the bathroom and living room. The kitchen could use some extras like cooking oil and spices.

• Sophie (6/5): - La terrasse Appartement très froid, un tout petit chauffage, fenêtres des chambres donnant sur un mur, équipements vieillissant, moteur qui tourne, et qui s’arrête qui fait beaucoup de bruit, qui empêche de dormir, excentrée du centre, wifi très faible….. comment peut-il avoir 9.2 ?
• Ranbir (9/5): The place was small, very nice, well kept and clean. The host was very responsive and even she agreed for late checkout. - The place was quiet
• Rachel (8/5): Cute and simple little house - -There was a nice amount of space with the very nice, covered terrace -The place was cutely and traditionally decorated -Well located- 15 mins walk from the center and close to 3 convenience stores -There was a helpful guide to the house - though note that the SP and EN versions do not match. There is less information in EN. -Had a parking inside the property -The single bed in the 3 bed bedroom was comfortable. -There were 2 fans for the heat -The communication with the hostess wasn't the easiest: 1) I had to contact her the day of to remind her to send me the information to retrieve the key (and it was not clear how to open the gate, though we did figure it out) 2) I had to contact her to figure out the payment process (in cash) -The Queen bed was not comfortable - we fell towards the middle -There was a yapping dog next door, that barked every night, which meant we had to sleep with earplugs. -The parking is a bit tricky to get into (though possible) if someone else is occupying the other space, and if you have a 4X4
