- Bastiaan (7/5): Prima, met wat aandachtspunten. - Het appartement was netjes, schoon en compleet. De locatie is perfect ten opzichte van de oude stad en het Turia park (het strand is te ver weg om te lopen / fietsen, dan heb je een taxi nodig). Personeel is heel vriendelijk en er wordt snel gereageerd. Wat betreft de locatie: Geluidsoverlast van school tegenover het gebouw. Wij waren op workation en de gehele dag heb je veel herrie van de school. ‘s Nachts is het ook zeer gehorig. Iedere nacht worden 1 of 2x de vuilcontainers die beneden op straat staan geleegd) en er is vrij veel rumoer dat flink galmt. Wat betreft het appartement: Er is een wasmachine / droger, maar geen droogrekje. Het bed heeft een heel oncomfortabele matrasbeschermer waardoor je enorm ligt de zweten (ook als airco aan staat). Het koffiezetapparaat is een vrij ongebruikelijk type waar je speciale vrij dure capsules voor nodig hebt (tassimo). En bij een huurperiode van 1 maand moet je bijbetalen voor wekelijkse verschoning van beddengoed (en handdoeken). Iets meer service verwacht op dit punt.
- Anthony (10/5): Agréables moments à Valence, bel appartement - Appartement totalement refait à neuf et très propre. Tous les équipements sont disponibles. Je recommande L’heure d’entrée (16h min.) est un peu tardive
- Sebastian (9/5): Wenn wieder Valencia, dann werde ich hier anfragen! - Lage fußläufig zur Altstadt in einem lebendigen Wohnviertel. Schöne Einrichtung, schöne Räumlichkeiten. Gute Ausstattung. Laute Straßengeräusche, geringe Dämpfung, insgesamt aber ok! Konnte gut schlafen.
- C (10/5): - Schoon, modern, rustige buurt. Op loopafstand aan de andere kant van het park veel restaurantjes en terrassen.
