• Mariana (10/5): Lovely place with a view to the sea, good location and very nice neighborhood. - The location of the house was great as well as the neighborhood. Quiet place with a view to the sea. It was a pleasure to have a coffee on the balcony with a fresh breakfast bought just around the corner while watching the sea. There is a lovely restaurant next to the building as well. If you don't want to drive to the city centre, you can get the bus that is very near to the building. I highly recommend that place. Our stay was too short ...

• Uchenna Udeh (9/5): Great apartment, good location close to the sea and best value. - The apartment is really nice, well decorated, clean and comfortable. All the amenities needed for a stay are available including a washing machine. A supermarket is close by and very close to the sea. Not too close to the city centre if that is your interest. If you want to stay close to the sea, the apartment location is perfect.

• Lazaros (10/5): Overall great location and the quality of the room and facilities was excellent. - Access was easy, and access to the lock box was straightforward, once we managed to get into the building. The tight driveway access and no parking immediately in front of the building make it difficult to check in and drop off luggage until you get the keys from inside the entry foyer. Maybe look to have an access code panel at the front gate for the driveway access gate.

• Michael (10/5): Lovely space close to the beach, a perfect vacation in Athens, Greece - We loved the property and the location. We could walk to the beach and could sit outside at the table and watch the sunset. There was a grocery store near by and a yummy coffee shop with excellent pastries! We felt very safe walking around the neighborhood. It was quiet. The apartment was a perfect size for 4 adults. We loved having the doors open for a breeze. We only used the air conditioner a few times, mostly just the breeze. We had great weather which helped. It was easy to get into the apartment after we read the instructions. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for meals. We mostly ate out but we needed to heat food. The communications was fabulous! I didn't have texting and cell while there but we were able to communicate e-mail. Konstintine was an amazing host! Nothing! We were totally satisfied with everything.

• Bogdan (10/5): Spacious and relaxing - Very spacious and clean, inviting and comfortable. Nicely and simple decorated, based on the style it is already 9-10y old. It is situated in a block of flats offered mostly in rent regime. The street is very nice and quiet, but plently of tavernas and shops nearby. Appreciated a lot the small restaurant next to the building, the food was great. The apartment itself offers a cozy athmosphere and a side view to the sea. There is a public beach 5 min walk. Locals advised us to go further south for swimming (as water might be poliuted from the marina) but we saw many people bathing there and it was ok for 1 day. The furniture starts to show signs of wear and tear, esp the bathroom cabinet.

• John (8/5): Will definitely try to book again when we return to Alimos. - Lovely clean and comfortable flat in a great location within a few minutes walk of bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Quality bedding and very quiet at night. A toaster would be useful, there was a toasted sandwich maker but no toaster... The main entrance door on the ground floor is very noisy when it's opened and closed.

Lots of restaurants close by, no need to go to the centre of Athens. We didn't use public transport, but it is easily accessible. Close to the beach Spacious rooms and large shower. Terrace is great. Comfortable mattress and cushions. Great place for a few days in Athens
• Slavko (10/5): Absolutely great place to stay during visit to Athens - Location is perfect, either if you want to spend a day at a beach which is 150m away, or visit ancient Athens 10 minutes by a taxi. Clean, cozy, modern, absolutely equipped, 3 modern air-conditioned rooms, plenty of space, great terrace with a view to the seaside. Staff is kind and eager to react to any question we might've had. All in all, perfect family experience.
• Constantine (10/5): Perfect size, location. Beautiful. Steps from the beach - Incredible location. Two blocks from one of the nicest and active beaches in Athens. A quick 12-15 minute cab ride from plaka and the Acropolis. The neighborhood is quiet and green. The building is new and modern. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms and a huge great room. Modern bathroom. Full kitchen with fridge, Nespresso maker, etc. Washing machine. Spacious balcony with partial views of the sea. Clean and loads of light. Nothing to not like. Did not find any flaws with the place
