The room was spotless and comfortable with beautiful sea views. Great location near the beach with modern amenities. Overall at this time of the year it was peaceful and relaxing, can’t imagine how a summer night would feel here. Highly recommend it we will definitely return!

• Medina (9/5): - Die Lage war super schön, alles war mega ästhetisch. Die Restaurants waren schön und das Essen hat auch mega geschmeckt. Das Meer und die Strände waren außergewöhnlich schön und so modern eingerichtet. Aufjedenfall empfehlenswert.

• Tielen (3/5): Matig - The residence was good and nice. Op de foto’s lijkt het alsof je een appartement boekt. Maar in werkelijkheid boek je een piep kleine kamer voor zo’n groot bedrag. De airco werkte niet even goed elke keer. Het was een paar keer echt bloedheet op kamer. Internet werkte niet. De buggies zijn na 00;00 niet meer beschikbaar. Dus dat betekend dat je helemaal naar boven moet lopen naar het huis waar je kamer zich bevind.

• Eron (1/5): Im Allgemeinen sehr schön, aber Preis-Leistung stimmt überhaupt garnicht! - Das Hotel liegt zu oberst oben in der Village und hat eine Bombemaussicht. Die Lage dort oben war auch sehr ruhig, da die Musik oder Partys weiter unten nicht zu hören waren. Das Badzimmer ist einen Katastrofe. Die Dusche ist komplett offen und das Wasser läuft beim Duschen alles raus. Zudem ist der Geruch vom Abwasser jeweils unerträglich. Rost ist mehr zu sehen als Edelstahl… Die Unterkunft wird nur alle drei Tage gereinigt und /stelle neue Tücher bereit. Parking ist immer ein Casinospiel gewesen. Entweder man hatte Glück und konnte in der Vorfahrt parkieren oder man musste auf der Strasse parkieren.

They said it would turn back on at 6pm but it didn’t come on until 8pm so we missed all our dinner reservations Everything. The AC didn’t even work at one point. WiFi was so slow I couldn’t even use my phone for phone calls
• Richie (7/5): - Simple one room bedroom that was part of a larger villa. The option of 3 beds came with 2 normal singles and a fold up bed. There was no view directly from the room, but it had an outdoor area. The villa was located at the back of the green coast villas, but there were buggies to come pick up. Staff were friendly. Had all the basics you'd expect from a room. Room was pretty basic and very small, not great value for money. Outdoor furniture could've been nicer.

• Stela (4/5): Fate attenzione a quello che prenotate - Stanza nel complesso pulita, macchinetta del caffè Nespresso in stanza con cialde omaggio. È stata una enorme delusione! Siamo una famiglia che ha soggiornato presso questa struttura e che ha prenotato 2 stanze convinta che fosse un Hotel, in realtà è una villa divisa in 4-5 stanze Molto piccole, dotate di bagno privato. Per accedere alle stanze passavi attraverso un cantiere attivo, che si è rivelata essere la nostra “vista giardino”. Il complesso del green coast è meraviglioso comunque, ma visitabile anche per una passeggiata o una giornata al mare lasciando la macchina ai parcheggi poco prima dell’hotel green coast. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare presso appartamenti o hotel all’esterno perché l’esperienza non vale i soldi spesi.

• Mattia (10/5): Posto perfetto nel sud dell'Albania. Il resort più lussuoso. - Tutto era perfetto e pulito. L'host è stato eccezionale. La vista era fantastica. Torneremo l'anno prossimo.

• Alboz Zz (1/5): Zeer slecht. - Enkel de hygiëne viel mee. De prijsverhouding. Voor 2 nachten 400 euro betaald maar alleen voor één kleine kamer en badkamer… verder was er niets inbegrepen. Zelfs voor de buggy’s moesten we een bedrag betalen wat 2 jaar geleden niet het geval was. Aan strand moesten we ook 50 euro betalen voor een strandstoel. Ik ben naar veel mooiere plaatsen met veel meer luxe geweest maar nooit zo een bedrag heb betaald voor een strandstoel. Nooit meer naar deze plaats! Het is het geld niet waard!

• Denis (1/5): Pure Entäuschung der Schein trügt - Nichts. Am nächsten Tag sind wir direkt in ein anderes Hotel gegangen. Das Zimmer war deutlich kleiner als auf den Bildern und somit war auch der Preis viel zu teuer, für das, was uns geboten wurde. Der Standort war auch komplett anders. Bei der Buchung wurde uns ein Haus in der nähe vom Strand angezeigt. Bei der Ankunft mussten wir feststellen das wir im Resort zu hinterst hinten waren. Zu Fuss hätte man 20 Minuten an den Strand gebraucht. Es gab die Möglichkeit mit einem Buggy(Taxi) mit zu fahren welcher all Stunde einmal fährt. Wir hatten nicht wie angenommen einen eigenen Buggy. Da wir kein Morgenessen hatten, hätten wir in den völlig überteuerten Restaurants essen müssen, von den es nur eine sehr kleine Auswahl gab. Es gebe noch vieles mehr zu erzählen aber das würde zu lange dauern. Direkt nach der Ankunft haben wir uns nach einem neuen Hotel umgeschaut und wurden glücklicherweise fündig. Es wäre eine Zumutung gewesen eine ganze Woche dort zu verbringen. Das Geld haben wir leider nicht zurück bekommen aber es war es uns wert diesen Ort zu verlassen und nochmal für ein anderes Hotel zu bezahlen. Glücklicherweise haben sich unsere Ferien dann noch zum guten gewendet.
• Francesca (4/5): Bella vista ma poco il prezzo non vale il soggiorno - Quartiere residenziale, ottimo per la vicinanza al mare e il servizio di kart incluso che ti porta e ti riprende, compreso nel costo. Stupenda la vista mare e la disponibilità del proprietario, sempre attento alle nostre esigenze. L’Albania che abbiamo conosciuto da altre parti non è questo, non è questo residence dove ti schiaffeggia la ricchezza. Per quello che abbiamo pagato (675€ per 3 notti) non vale minimamente. Non c’è colazione, non c’è privacy rispetto ai vicini considerando che se stanno fuori sentono ciò che succede dentro e viceversa, non c’è una vera separazione tra gli spazi esterni dei vicini. Il bagno aveva i capelli a terra al nostro arrivo, non c’è un posacenere e si potrebbe fare attenzione alle cicche che si trovano per terra nell’area esterna. Non c’è neanche uno stendino dove stendere i costumi bagnati, fa brutta figura uno stendino esterno? Se siete persone umili, vi sconsiglio il posto. La Green Coast è un progetto che sputa alla reale situazione dell’Albania, spero la gente se ne renderà conto.

• Ylli (2/5): - Die Lage und die Aussicht Das Zimmer war nicht ready, es waren Bauarbeiten noch nicht erledigt. Es hatte einen Wasserschaden welcher behoben wurde, aber zurzeit als wir ankamen, war es noch nicht repariert. Wir erhielten ein anderes Zimmer, das Personal ht nett nach einer Lösung gesucht, aber es war ein Hin und Her… Das Bad war in unserem gebuchtes Zimmer viel zu klein, und das Abwasser fliess nicht in die Röhre sondern verteilte sich im ganzen Bad/WC.

• Cecilia (4/5): Beautiful place overshadowed by a mega development project - The room was clean and the bed comfortable. As someone looking for a place in nature, we were shocked when we arrived in Palsae being swallowed by the dust and noise of construction work and realizing that we have landed in a big construction site. The construction of the resort - which is huge and destroyed a lot of nature - is ongoing and is likely to continue for a while as they‘re planning to expand the resort area. We were told that the construction will stop during high season, yet some of the buildings will likely remain unfinished. The place is not suitable for people who travel without a car as the Palsae bus stop is a 40mins walk away from the resort, which doesn‘t provide pick up service. Communication has also been a bit confusing as we had to communicate with two different people.
