• Naida (1/5): DIRTY, UNSAFE & A TOTAL HEALTH HAZARD - AVOID! - Nothing This property is an absolute disgrace and a serious health hazard. Our stay was a nightmare from start to finish. The room was a tiny, filthy no closet, no storage. The bathroom was a safety hazard: the shower randomly sprayed scalding water, and the toilet was so small my knees hit the wall. The floors were disgustingly dirty. The worst issue was the overpowering raw sewage smell from the drain that made the room unbreathable all night. The manager was completely useless. We complained multiple times about the smell, the cold, and the unsafe conditions. He promised to move us but never did and offered a smelly, stained mattress cover instead of a blanket. To add to the filth, the coffee machine was full of old, mouldy coffee. When I tried to clean it, it leaked stale coffee grime all over the counter. The cups and drinking glasses were also dirty and not fit for use. The only positive is the proximity to the train station. However, it is NOT worth the risk to your health or safety. I am seeking a full refund and strongly warn everyone to avoid this property at all costs.

• zemah (8/5): - era bello e pulito e mi hanno accettato anche anticipare l'ora del check-in. e silenzioso. non ho capito chi ha misurato 38m nell' 'appartamento'... che ho pagato. intero appartamento che non c'è né anche scrivania. tutto molto piccolo.. intendevo sfruttare meyil mio soggiorno nel appartamento.

• Gheed (1/5): Not fun - Once we arrived at the property, we were surprised to find that the air conditioner wasn’t working. The host was there and tried to fix it, but without success. He informed us that he would bring a new portable air conditioner and suggested we explore the town while he sorted it out. We went out, and when we returned to the apartment at 10 PM, we found out that he had actually brought a clothes dryer (air dryer) instead! We had to open the windows and ended up having a horrible time with mosquitoes. it’s been extremely hot inside, especially at night, and without proper air conditioning, It was a really bad experience.

• Stephanie (7/5): The room was clean and tidy and looked like photos. - Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Bathroom was very nice. Apartment was clean and tidy and had what we needed for a one night stay. We had to wait outside for 40 minutes to get in, hosts weren’t answering with instructions.

• Reuss (1/5): It was horrible and I would never recommend this place to anyone. - There was no hot water, tv did not work, no air conditioning, it was almost impossible to use the toilet without sitting sideways, the wifi didn’t work and there was no signal without it, it was dirty and the man across from us was smoking meth. The host was extremely offensive when I raised these issues to her, and once I said told her we couldn’t stay there she demanded we give the keys back urgently. My boyfriend and I got a different hotel and I got out of the shower and she yelled at me, telling me to give her keys back to her friend who is a bartender at a bar. We were getting ready for a dinner that we were already late to and she was so angry that I wasn’t returning the key. Horrible experience.
