• Jeevesh (9/5): Meget godt. - God oppfølging, bra kommunikasjon og veldig sentralt men rolig beligghet. Den var bare på 3rd etg så var det litt å trappa opp. Ellers var det helt greit og vi likte det veldig mye.
• Michelle (8/5): Cinq nuits à Milan - Cet appartement situé au 3e étage d'un immeuble ancien est clair, bien ensoleillé et au calme. Assez vaste, doté (point très agréable) d'une terrasse privative. Plutôt bien équipé (chauffage, climatiseur, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, congélateur), Literie confortable. L'appartement est à égale distance (à pied) du centre ville et du sympathique quartier des Navigli. A proximité, commerces de bouche, marché Sant'Ambrogio et station de métro. Point vraiment positif, nous avons facilement récupéré les clefs malgré une arrivée très tardive, (encore merci de nous avoir attendus). Un four à micro-ondes et un grille-pain seraient utiles ainsi qu'une vaisselle un peu plus fournie.

• Nataliia (10/5): Дуже рекомендую - Дуже сподобалось помешкання . Чудове розташування, Дуомо зовсім поруч, можна прогулятися пішки. Апартаменти чисті, зручні та доступні, приємна тераса. Прямо навпроти є чудова кавʼярня з свіжою випічкою та кавою. Окрема велика подяка Роберто за чудовий прийом, можливість більш раннього заселення та поради щодо перебування. Все було чудово.

• Oliver (5/5): Bad value for money - Location is good. Spacious. Dirty. Would not want to walk barefoot. Sink and shower have not see soap in a long time. Open the dish washer bottle ans you will find mold. Towels stink. Owner kept bothering us wanting to know the arrival time.

And the value for money, considering the apartment itself and location is excellent - especially if travelling with a small group.

• Wai Yee (10/5): Very comfortable, clean and convenient. Highly recommend - Had a really comfortable stay at this amazing apartment. It was larger than expected with fully functioning kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. It also had a lovely patio outside which was great to chill after day out. The location is really convenient and had a lot of boutique shops and food choices around. Supermarket was just opposite the road. Although host met at front door for key collection, timing was a bit tricky to arrange given travel times are uncertain.

V okolí spousta obchodů, restaurací, kaváren. Zároveň ale díky vnitrobloku klid. Byt je útulný, má vše, co na dovolené potřebujete. Čisté povlečení, ručníky, i vybavená kuchyň, koupelna. Paráda! Rozkládací gauč nebyl příliš pohodlný, ale na pár nocí naprosto dostačující. Na koupelně je znát, že je využívaná, ale nic co by kazilo dojem.

Dużym atutem mieszkania jest lokalizacja. Czystość w pokoju, szczególnie lazienka na minus dla obiektu. Zapach przy włączonej klimatyzacji również na minus. Kanapa w salonie bardzo nie wygodna.

Location was great, walking distance to most of the main attractions in Milan, very nice neighbourhood with lots of coffee shops and restaurants around. Communication with the host was excellent, very helpful and friendly,he even helped us with the suitcases. The balcony was a great addition to our experience, very relaxing at night after a long day of walking.
• Laura (8/5): Overall, we had a very good experience. We would recommend this place for couples but not for a group who need to use th - The location was great, very close to the metro and tram. From the apartment, it was easy to visit the Duomo di Milano and Santa Maria delle Grazie (to see The Last Supper). One evening, we walked about 20 minutes to the Navigli area, where there are many restaurants and bars. It was very hot (35°C) during our stay in June. If the weather had been cooler, we could have walked even more. We really appreciated having a washing machine and drying rack at the apartment. There were lots of cafes, restaurants and grocery shops nearby, and we were able to buy some foods (meats, cheese, bread etc) and store in the apartment’s fridge. Like others have said there was no kettle however it was very easy to boil some water in a pot to make tea. The host, Francesco, was very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable, even for our eight-year-old child. We also couldn’t fold it back into a sofa because of an extra layer of padding, so we didn’t have anywhere comfortable to sit during our stay. We think the sofa bed really needs to be replaced.
• Erica (9/5): Excellent location, spacious and great host!! - The property was in an excellent location and had everything you needed, it was spacious and was nice to have a few little essentials in the fridge when you arrived. Lots of towels were provided and had a great sized wardrobe. The host was excellent and really help us locate the apartment he was very quick with his responses and to be honest we would of been clueless on how to what to a few places if it wasn’t for him. As others have said the beds weren’t the most comfortable and extra pillows would have made the sleep better. It was a little dusty in places so more cleaning of surfaces and floors and we would have given it 10 stars but that’s just me being picky.

Nice small teras to enjoy outdoor No lift at that section of bldg, but Francesco carried all our luggages up. He was so helpful in everything, great hosting and welcoming.

• Nejla (9/5): It is a very nice apartment in a nice area close to the centre. Very clean. - It is a beautiful apartment in a nice old typical Milanese building which located in a nice area with stores and other necessary shops. It is very close to the centre, about 15-20 minutes walk. Francesco is very kind and he responds immediately. One evening there was a problem with the heating boiler (for the shower) but he quickly guided me to solve the problem. Very clean and tidy. You get what you see in the photos. If you are a smoker, there is also a small terrace where you can have cigarette. I strongly recommend the place. There is a nice coffee machine but there is no kettle, so we had to boil water for the tea in cooking pots. The bed in the living room (from the sofa) was too soft for me. But the other bed in the bedroom was fine.

• Carlos (7/5): Great place to stay, if owner fixes cigarette smell - The location is very centric, close to main highlights of Milan The place smelled like cigarette. The first day was hard to sleep, because of the smell. It was a stench of cigarette over the place. The owner explained it was because of the last tenant. But the place is supposed to be smoke free. Everything else was good
• Mark (10/5): Comfortable, quiet, and ideally located, we loved this place! - This property is so quiet and comfortable.It was perfect for me and my family. The location is ideal, with shops, restaurants, and grocery all a few steps away. Metro is close and tram runs right in front of the place. We could walk to the Duomo and Last Supper (both within a mile), and we also walked to the Pinoteca di Brera. Very courteous and responsive host! We will be back. No elevator and on the third floor, so tough with a lot of luggage or for those with heath concerns.

The neighborhood is lively, there are two night shops nearby and two subway stations are on 5 minutes walk (lines 2 and 4). Host was very friendly and helpful. everything was great.

Short walk to central attractions and also close to metro stops. Pull out bed could be improved for comfort main bedroom bed was really comfortable.

Also my friend forgot his wallet and his passport on the taxi on are way to the apartment, and Francesco, help him to get it back. Best place to stay in Milano. The location is so great, and the place is so nice. Definitely when I came back to milano, I will book it again.

• Yang (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location, lots of bistros / restaurants / gelaterias around, and quite close to tram/metro/bus stations. Though not close but still walkable distance to the Duomo cathedral. As a family with lots of luggage, the lack of elevator is annoying. I would recommend this property to only people who don't have lots of luggage.

As for the apartment, I loved the kitchen. The couch bed in the sitting room wasn’t comfortable .

Cozy kitchen, fast wifi. Nice rooftop balcony. The house have washing machine and balcony area to hang your laundries. Love this place! Francesco is warming and helpful host. The room is on the 3 rd floor and has no lift. But the host will help you to bring the suitcases.

• Stamatova (10/5): Excellent - The location is very nice - between the city center and the Duomo and Porta Genova / Navigli , where are a lot of bars and restaurants. There is a lot of public transport options near by. The apartment is clean and specious. Suitable for families. I am in love with the balcony since i am a smoker :) The bathroom is very comfortable. The communication before my arrival was very easy via Whatsapp. The wifi is ok. everything is perfect. You should know that there is no elevator, and it is on the 4th floor, so if you have any troubles with stairs , bear that in mind.
