• Narciso (4/5): Appena sufficente - Il silenzio è il clima Non ha funzionato internet WiFi per 6 giorni che, per come gira il mondo oggi da fastidio anche quando si è in ferie. Anche il televisore dava dei problemi di ricezione!!

• maria (5/5): Correcto, pero lejos de lo esperado - El ambiente de la urbanización es tranquilo En general falta de detalles , no había gel y nos dejaron 3 servilletas contadas . La lavadora no funcionaba bien. Debajo de los muebles estaba muy sucio y un día apareció una cucaracha en el baño. La cama de “matrimonio” son dos camas de 90 juntas .

• Alessandra (8/5): - La ubicación está muy bien para visitar toda la isla, el sitio es súper tranquilo y tiene un paseo muy bonito. El apartamento limpio, tiene lavadora y si tienes jabón puedes lavar. Equiparía un poco más la cocina, nos faltaron unos boles y los cuchillos no cortaban muy bien.

• Beatriz (5/5): - La ubicación del alojamiento y que el apartamento está justo frente a la piscina. La piscina está muy bien también y hay una cancha de fútbol para los pekes. Tuve problemas con la clave de la cerradura para entrar el primer día y lo solucionó rápidamente. La limpieza dejaba un poco que desear, el suelo estaba sucio, la ducha también con suciedad en el plato de ducha y en el WC. Las ventanas de la habitación no tienen mosquiteros por lo tanto si quieres que entre aire te expones a que pueda entrar también cualquier bicho. Hay lavadora pero no hay ni pinzas para poder tender, ni ningún tipo de producto de limpieza, solo el gel justo para lavarse las manos y para la vajilla.

• Aine (1/5): Big mistake! - I liked the fact I was able to book into the Elba Lucía Sport & Suite Hotel around the corner when I was unable to contact this host to get a key to enter the property I had paid for in full. I booked this apartment last minute due to a cancelled flight. I was able to book and pay for the apartment but unable to contact the owner to get details on where to get the keys. This was due to a power outage. I was very disappointed that the owner refused to return my money even though I could not stay there and I had to book a hotel around the corner for my family. While it was not the owners fault that there was I power outage, I found it very bad form that he refused to return my money when I could not stay in his apartment.

• Ny (7/5): Overall after the first day our stay was good, location is ok and around a 40 min walk to caleta. Keep your food in seal - Decent little property with nice facilities Lots of ants due to it being a ground floor property. The code system for the door is a bit temperamental, clear instructions for guests would be beneficial prior to arrival. Guests should know 1) which door to enter property 2) which number key box and code, 3) clear instructions on where property is located in the complex 4) how to operate the electronic door lock or issue a key card to simply entering property.
