• Beatriz (9/5): Un buen lugar para hospedarse. - El apartamento es cómodo, bonito y estaba limpio. La cantidad de agua en la ducha, salía floja.
• Rafael (10/5): Muy bueno - Lo bien equipada que estaba la cocina. El aspecto moderno de todo el apartamento. La cama era bastante buena. El anfitrión muy amable. En el dormitorio no hay persiana y las cortinas no impiden el paso de la luz.

• SANDRA (10/5): Apto Lux Sevilla 👍🏼 - Muy completo, amplio y cómodo el apartamento. Zona de la piscina y zonas comunes poco cuidadas si alguien buscase utilizar estos servicios.

• Verónica (10/5): - Queríamos un apartamento cerca de Fibes y ha sido la mejor opción, el aparcamiento está asegurado y hay muchísimo y pudimos ir y volver andando, la cama es muy cómoda y en general estaba todo muy limpio, el anfitrión estuvo pendiente de todo y fue muy amable. Sin duda volveremos a repetir cuando necesitemos volver a fibes. No tenemos ninguna queja.

• Rebecca (8/5): Good, comfortable and spacious apartment. - The apartment had everything we needed, a full kitchen of supplies, comfortable bed and couch, two TVs. The apartment was spacious and was very comfortable to be there. There are a lot of places to eat near the apartment, which was nice and a grocery store isn't too far away either. If we need another place to stay in or near Sevilla, I would consider staying again understanding the real pool situation. I reserved this specific place to use the pool, it says there are two, one is seasonal and the other is private. I imagined there were community two pools - come to find out there is only one pool and it's only open in July and August (our reservation was for the beginning of June). I was extremely disappointed to hear this (it was confirmed the same day I checked in) as we planned on relaxing by the pool the second day (we stayed two nights because of a wedding), it was over 40*C or 104*F, so we ended up staying in the apartment all day except for lunch and dinner. There was only 1 towel per person and a hand towel, I prefer having two towels per person, I think it makes the stay more comfortable as well.

• Eliame (10/5): - Está en una zona muy tranquila con aparcamientos y cerca de zonas importantes como el Palacio Fibes. Está cerca de una zona de pubs y algunos bares de comidas y un mercadona. El olor de las tuberías en el cuarto de baño, pero es problema del edificio en sí.

• Natascha (8/5): Good place close to the Seville airport - Nice little place, it's clean, equipped with everything mostly quiet (if neighbors allow), comfortable bed, very close to airport. Check-in was rather confusing (why ask 3 times when we'll arrive, then the concierge of the house orders us to call someone up, then I get instructions messaged), but friendly.

• Emma (7/5): - Lovely modernsmall apartment close to the airport. We just needed a bed for the night and this worked fine. My only negative was the bed, one large pillow across the whole bed didn't work for us. Spare pillows should be provided! Bed wasn't too comfortable with only 1 pillow for both of us. Also only a sheet on the bed so we had to take the duvet out of the cupboard but there was no duvet cover.

• Daniel (5/5): - El apartamento está bastante completo para lo pequeño que es, y la piscina en el calor de Sevilla es un punto positivo para la estancia. La limpieza deja que desear, nos encontramos unos calzoncillos navideños detrás del sofá , habría que dedicarle un poco más a la limpieza del apartamento.

Ten minutes from Old Town Seville. Good value for money. Not enough plates or wine glasses. Host speaks no English. You need a good translator app.
• Maria (7/5): Overall, i’m glad we stayed because of the convenience. once you are able to get inside, the apartment is lovely. - It was an exceptionally clean and attractive apartment and less than five minutes away from the airport. there was an elevator. netflix streaming was such a nice surprise. the bed was comfortable. perfect place to spend the night before a flight. there were decent restaurants and a bakery within walking distance. The heating system worked great and they even had a little heater for the bathroom. The shower was large. There were little decorative touches to help make it feel home-like. the outside of the apartment building is very worn out and has lots of trash strewn all over. People walk their dogs next to the parking area so you have to watch out for dog poop on the ground. i nearly canceled before we went inside because it was so run down on the outside. no one speaks English. The owner did not respond immediately with the room number and passcode so we had to sit and wait in reception area until he finally responded. The person at front desk had no information to help us. i wanted to wash the dishes we used but there were no dish towels and there was no tea kettle.
