Thanks for being kind and responsive when I was arriving and needed more instructions. Just wondering why city tax here is 15 euros while another hotel charged 5 euros only 🤔 that was the only downside for me.

• Olha (9/5): The property itself is really nice, but the check-in was stressful. - Very modern and nice property, clean and lots of space, air conditioner was the best part in hot weather. Check-in process was really weird and it even got us thinking that we got scammed. A day before check-in, the property manager demanded to send our passports by WhatsApp and to pay tourist tax on the website link he sent, we didn’t feel comfortable with sending everything before we even saw the place and asked if we can do this in person when we arrive which he refused and said that all the guests are doing this. After we did all that, we’ve been told that the check-in instructions will be sent to us a few hours before our arrival, but we got them only about 30 minutes before which also made us nervous. We had to have internet connection to open the door every time, if we didn’t, I don’t know what we’d do then. So just be prepared I guess.

Cafe with awesome takeaway panini, pizza, lasagna and nice prices in the same building. Supermarket in the same building. Not very clean wardrobe, really small bathroom.

If you have problems connecting to the internet with your smart phone, or if your phone has a flat battery, as it happened to me, you are in trouble!

• O'connor (10/5): Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here! - If you looking for something more modern then this is definitely a good stay! The room was very modern, clean and neat. Both the room and bathroom has nice finishing a to it. The guesthouse is stationed right at the entrance of one of the Metro’s (Re Di Roma) which was very convenient for us as we used the metro for most of our trip. It is really well located as there are supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and bars all located within close proximity of the guesthouse. For international guests, make sure that you have an active e-sim before you proceed to the guesthouse because in order to access the building you need to have WiFi in able to access the online system to to get into the building. We were there for a week so we wanted to at least sweep the room as some dirt had accumulated on the floor but unfortunately we were not able to as there were no cleaning utensils around the guest house. There room does not have room service. We messaged the owner regarding extra toilet paper however the message was just read and no response received. Lucky there was a store close by that we were able to get from. We would’ve loved a change of towels due to our long stay also.

• Tina (9/5): Superb - The location is perfect, metro station right in front of the entrance, and the room is very clean, the kitchen has the necessary appliances. Everything is new, but the bed could be more comfortable. Isolation between rooms very bad, you can hear everything. And the fact that you can't enter the building without having internet. This was not communicated in advance. Everything else is very nice.
