Guest Reviews
- Cath (10/5): -
- Emma (7/5): Was a great spot - It was close to the main part of town and a great place to rest after a long day of sightseeing. The beds were comfy and plenty on space for us a family of 6 Being a spilt house we felt the need to be quiet which was hard with 4 kids. The shower had no shower screen making a BIG mess everytime the kids showered
- Montgomery (10/5): - It had everything I needed and a very beautiful house, very clean and open There was nothing I didn't like
- Claire (8/5): Very comfortable abode for our stay with children and dogs - Loved the comfy beds, house had everything you could need for a pleasant stay. Slightly quirky but that’s the beauty of the area. Thanks for the lovely stay!
- Charmaine (10/5): -
- Marie (10/5): -
- David (9/5): We recommend Silver Gum House for a short or extended stay. White Gum Valley is a lovely community. - Lovely location near Booyeembara Park for walking the dog. Comfortable beds. The main living room could have had some roof lining and insulation to help with cooling on hot days.
- Anne (9/5): A great spot and house for a busy mixed age family group. - Key code system , comfy beds, kitchen equipment for self sufficient, lots of games for family. Location by the park and Fremantle region.
- Val (10/5): Fantastic cause the house was so close to our niece - We loved the house, it was so close to everything and it had everything we needed. Beds were really comfy. Great that we didn't need to buy condiments or toilet paper or cleaning. The only thing that we didnt like was that the couches were not very comfortable
- TaraPursell (7/5): Home away from home - Great little house. The bath was great and lovely to have the outside areas The couch was not a sofa bed as advertised.
- Jessica (8/5): Great location good value - Love the location and had everything you need, clean and good value 👌 kids loved the local park straight opposite.
- James (9/5): A short walk to Fremantle seafront from a relaxing and comfortable house. - Great location, a pleasant walk through the park and past the golf course to Fremantle and the sea. The large, main room was lovely for the family to gather, chat and eat. We slept well and were refreshed to enjoy the relaxed vibe that Fremantle offers. There was an odd smell coming into the bathroom (from outside?) - we got used to it by day 2.
- Jon (4/5): An average property - Good location The property was not clean to an acceptable standard. There were well established old cobwebs in places, dead bugs and ants with little effort to rectify the situation. The owners also stated the property had a bbq which was a lie. The bbq was a communal one which was in a park across the road and didn’t even work.
- Robert (7/5): Worked well for a family get together whilst farewelling a beloved sister. - Location, comfortable beds, reasonably well appointed kitchen, great selection of games, generosity of the host. Having to walk through bedrooms to get to the toilet/bathroom ? Toilet/ bathroom odour.
- Gary (8/5): Very good -
- Adeline (10/5): Comfortable homestay in a great location - The cozy house had everything we needed to prepare our own meals, thanks to the thoughtful host. The beds were super comfortable, and the location was perfect – close to everything yet peaceful, with a lovely park right across the street. Highly recommend! Nothing
- Kvogt77 (8/5): Very good - Comfortable beds, all amenities thar you might need.
- Nurul (7/5): Overall nice place to stay and the location is really good. - I like the location and the hosts cloudia was really nice to us in the beginning. The place is spacious 3 days after we left the property, the hosts text and said we left the house in dirty condition which is not true as we have pictures that we clean the house before we leave. So i personally feel disappointed with the accusations as that is host responsibility after i left and why only texted me after 3 days i left the house. It’s a bit questionable as i texted her earlier on the check out date at 8am to let her know we’re leaving.
- Kok (10/5): Affordable and comfortable homestay . - Cosy and comfortable home feeling , what you need for homestay is available. Easy access to Fremantle and park . Friendly landlord who keep you feel approachable. Nothing I could think off .
