• Leonor (6/5): - The room was in a very good location. The room was in a very good location. However, the condition of the room was disappointing. The floor was warped and there was a noticeable smell of dampness in the room. I had specifically booked a room with a bathtub, but upon arrival I found that the room did not have one. This was unfortunate, as the bathtub was one of the reasons I chose this accommodation. We were not expecting luxury, but we did expect the room to be in reasonably good condition and to match the description provided. The location was great, but the room could benefit from better maintenance.

• Stephen Burks (10/5): Convenient location, comfortable stay in Shinjuku City, Tokyo - The location was very central to several places to eat, grocery / convience stores, and the JR subway line which made travel convenient. We had a small issue in the room that the property manager quickly resolved. I used the washer but there was no dryer. So I hang dried my laundry. If you do not plan on doing laundry or can wait for clothes to hang dry, you should not have an issue. I dryer would be a nice feature for the property owner to add.
• Hyerim (7/5): - 호스트의 대응이 빨라 요청 사항을 최대한 해소해주려 노력하여 머무는 동안 좋았습니다. 신오오쿠보 역에서 도보 10-15분 거리로 니시신주쿠도 도보로 이동할 만한 위치여서 좋았고 역과 숙소 사이에 큰 마트와 편의점들 그리고 식당가가 있어서 음식 조달이 편했습니다. 일본 숙소 답게 규모가 작았고 아쉽지만 일부 깨끗하지 못한 곳들이 있었습니다. 저희 룸에는 테이블이 없어서 룸에서 식사하는 건 좀 불편했습니다. 덧붙여 욕실 문의 레일에 문제가 있어 열고 닫을 때 큰 소음이 납니다. 수리에 참고하시라고 리뷰에 함께 남깁니다. 전체적으로 가성비 좋은 숙소로 잠자는데 예민하지 않은 분들께 추천합니다.

• Eric (10/5): Cozy stay in Tokyo - The room has everything you need. It was a small place. Easy 5 minute walk to train station for access around anywhere in the city. Near restaurants and grocery stores, stove and pan for basic cooking. The bed mattress could be replaced but it wasn't bad.

• Choi (8/5): Good location, comfy beds, clean room with the facilities we required, host was responsive. - The property is centrally located and close to two train stations, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The location was excellent. The room was comfy and the two sofa beds were good for our use. The Wifi was a little slow at first but after contacting the host he advised of some other networks which were faster, and after that it was fine. There was no sink in the bathroom and we had to use the kitchen sink for cleaning teeth and washing hands - not a big problem but it would have been better to have had a sink in the bathroom as well.

• Greg (8/5): Clean and cozy studio rental well located in Shinjuku, with easy access to multiple stations. - The rental is situated in a quiet neighborhood of Shinjuku. Shin-Okubo and Okubo stations are both a 10-minute walk. You can also walk to Harajuku (around 45 minutes) and even Shibuya Crossing (around one hour, ten minutes) if you so desire. Lots of convenience stores and fast food nearby if you're undecided, tired, or can't get a reservation anywhere. I also very much liked the Dog Cafe about a 10 minute walk from the property. The rental is as exactly what the photo shows you, with a small but serviceable kitchenette as well as bathroom with sliding door. The property owners are very responsive and friendly, even if you don't get to meet them in person (I came in at Christmas). My one tip is that the remote that works the a/c / heating unit is in Japanese. You really only need two buttons to turn the unit on and adjust the temp, but you may need to figure it out. The floor is a little warped near the entrance on the living room side. Don't let this deter you from staying. Just something to be aware of so that you don't cause damage or worry that you somehow did.

• Maria (9/5): Very smooth and comfortable experience! I will come back if I stay in Shinjuku again. - I got to experience the life in a Japanese apartment. Walking distance to Shinjuku and next to 2 train stops Shin-Okubo station(JR Line) and Okubo station (Chuo-Shobu line). The area was really quite. Perfect location for a single woman travelling as you avoid the Shinjuku-Kabukicho area but still close to all the main locations. During my stay the television broke down which was unfortunate. However, the landlord ordered a new one on the same day to fix it. I never met anyone during my stay but the personell was very responsive at all times.

• Julia (6/5): - Bra och centralt läge, lätt att ta sig dit och nära till tunnelbanestation. Det var ett lugnt område men med en promenad på fem minuter fanns det massor med resaturanger och butiker. Städningen var inte särskilt bra, det var damm på golvet och fläckar på väggarna. En tidigare gästs snorkråka satt fast på ena väggen.. Svartmögel i badrummet och en lite unken lukt.

The room was not clean enough, the beds were pathetic, gave me back pain, there was no Television as showcased in the images, the washroom was dirty and was barely able to fit over the toilet seat and closing the door.

• Maddison (8/5): Very good - It was clean and the room was big enough for 3 people to stay in. Was a very easy check in process and was closer enough to the stations and food areas. We were on the bottom floor and it was very loud through the night as we were right next to the road. The shower and toliet are in the same room just something to keep in mind.
