• Sofia (10/5): Tutto perfetto - L'alloggio è molto funzionale, accogliente, pulito e luminoso. Il punto forte è sicuramente l'incantevole vista sul lago, un panorama mozzafiato. La posizione strategica permette di raggiungere Lugano anche a piedi, passeggiando lungo il lago per una ventina di minuti circa. E poi ha tutto ciò che serve per trascorrere qualche giorno in pieno relax: una piccola e pratica cucina fornita di frigo, piano cottura e stoviglie, un bagno moderno con una doccia confortevole, una TV; il letto è comodo e morbido. Il posto auto nel garage sotterraneo, apprezzatissimo. Direi che ha ampiamente soddisfatto le mie aspettative, anzi, sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa rispetto a ciò che avevo visto e letto su booking. Proprietario gentile, chiaro e disponibile. Esperienza super positiva, consigliato!
• Jules (10/5): Séjour incroyable et hôtesse au top - Vue imprenable. Très bien situé proche du centre avec une jolie balade le long du lac pour s’y rendre. Copropriété agréable et appartement très bien équipé et propre. L’hôtesse a été au top ! Disponible pendant le séjour, explications précise pour l’entrée dans les lieux. L’emplacement de parking en sous-sol est très apprécié. Je recommande. Pour dire quelque chose, peut être le matelas un peu ferme mais tout à fait correct pour un week-end.

The email to access the building was part of a chat on the bookings.com app. As we were travelling to several locations I missed a message with important information on acess. Luckily the host responded quickly and directed me to the previous message. I wonder if this information coukd be more seamlessly communicated. The bed mattress was clearly worn with springs adding to poor sleep.

We arrived late at night, and Roxanne ensured we had a smooth check in by being available for all of our queries. Roxanne went above and beyond to help us when we accidentally dropped our car keys in the elevator shaft. She arranged maintenance to help us even though it was a Sunday. We were truly grateful for her words and support throughout. NA

• Shady (1/5): Keep away if you from this place - The only good thing about this property is the location and the view from the window At the beginning there no air conditioner in the place and nowadays it is too hot in Lugano the temp is too high and the presence of an AC is a must and this was not mentioned clearly that there is no AC, the owner offered a fan which will do nothing,anyway you should open the window and let the air in, at night I found that the property was filled with mosquitos and strange insects that entered through the window , that is not all, the bed mattress was horrible and not comfortable at all, the bed cover was dirty and full of hairs

• Chiara (10/5): Perfect stay in Lugano! - A really great place to stay if you want to spend some time in Lugano. The little apartment is situated in Paradiso, really near to the center of Lugano. One of the most appreciated thing for us was the possibility to park the car in the garage.

• Julie (5/5): spoiled impressions - Clean, comfortable bed and a great view of the lake. We chose this apartment because of the free parking on site, which was stated in the description. We did not receive the service we paid for. The landlady wrote to us on the day of arrival that parking was unavailable (although I wrote earlier that we needed space for a car, the cancellation was impossible), we were forced to park the car 800 meters from the house and then carry our heavy bags to the apartment. There are no places in the blue zones after 5 p.m. Among other things, they are free only for city residents. The lock of the front door was broken and blocked and we could not leave the apartment. The hostess writes everything exclusively in Italian, that is, it is assumed that she is expecting only Italians. The lid of the teapot opens when boiling water, which is very dangerous. I suppose that at this price for an apartment you can probably buy a working kettle. The water tap in the kitchen is poorly secured and wobbly.

• Yauhen (8/5): Beatiful panorama of Lugano - The panoramic view from the window is amazing. The location is right near Lugano Lake and close to the start of the trail to San Salvatore mountain. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking. The owner is responsive, short response time. The private parking was not available due to city constructions works and we’ve got this info on the arrival day. The flat owner recommended parking in the city parking lot. Fortunately, it was Sunday and it was free of charge The mattress is not very comfortable.

A kitchenette (well equipped) including an espresso machine with capsules and tea was available, as well as two bottles of mineral water.
