El que el último día nos facilitarán almacenaje de nuestras cosas en un hotel cercano sin cargos hasta coger el tren. La amabilidad de Luca. Me gustó todo, pero quizá no definiría como desayuno lo ofrecido.

• María (8/5): Recomendable! - La ubicación es muy buena, el apartamento era cómodo, ideal para 3-4 personas, estaba limpio y los detalles del desayuno se agradecen. Las camas muy cómodas también. El sofá cama es muy práctico. Luca fue amable y correcto. La única pega que le pongo es que hay mucho ruido, se oye todo de la calle y es bastante transitada, y te despiertan a menudo.

Bien penser à réserver un parking, il y en a un à quelques mètres de l'appartement. Merci à l'hôte pour son accueil et sa disponibilité, séjour parfait 👌 Le bruit n'est pas très bien isolé mais cela ne m'a pas empêché de dormir.

Purtroppo il letto matrimoniale è messo su un soppalco, dove quando si passa, c'è il rischio di sbattere la testa contro una trave bassa. Il bagno posizionato sul soppalco non ha alcuna areazione. Infine di notte si sentono molti rumori provenienti dalla strada adiacente.

• VICTORIA (10/5): I would recommend the Loft to anyone and I will stay there again when I returned to Florence! - Everything! I loved the layout of the loft. I loved the in room breakfast set out for us. I loved that it was just around the corner from a bridge over the Arno River and centrally located, close to the train station, the Duomo, well just about everywhere. I loved that the staff were always there to help if needed. I had a hate relationship with the espresso machine. Though Luca came and showed us how to work it (seemed simple when he did it) we just could seem to get it to work

• Giulia (7/5): - Ottima la posizione, in pochissimi minuti a piedi si è nel cuore della città. La struttura è pulita e accogliente. Ci è stato concesso di lasciare i bagagli al di là dell'orario previsto per check in e check out. Qualche disservizio: la risposta dell'host non è stata veloce in merito ad alcuni problemi (assolutamente non prevedibili) legati ad uno dei bagni, per quanto si sia in un secondo momento adoperato per risolverli. Il riscaldamento non funzionava e la pompa di calore non era sufficiente per riscaldare la struttura.
• Klára (10/5): 100% doporučuji - Lokalita, čistota a vybavení apartmánu, 2x wc, nachystané zásoby na snídani (croasanty, marmelády, čaj, káva, mléko, džus, sušenky atd.), milý a vstřícný hostitel. Hluk z ulice, jak už bylo zmiňováno, pro nás v pohodě, ale pro někoho s lehkým spaním to není :-)

Noi non abbiamo cucinato ma c' è tutto ciò che serve. I prodotti forniti per la colazione sono abbondanti e di qualità. Letti e cuscini comodi. Avere due bagni e sicuramente un plus. Luca è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. Il quartiere Santo Spirito è vivace ma sicuro. Con tanti locali ottimi. Nulla.

The loft was very well equipped. They even gave us some supplies and food for breakfast. The loft was very well located and we could walk to almost every landmark

• Carla (8/5): VACACIONES EN FIRENZE - Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación, la facilidad que nos brindaron para ingresar antes del horario de check-in, la distribución del alojamiento, el hecho de que cuente con dos baños y que nos permitieran dejar las maletas bajo resguardo en un hotel con el que tienen convenio el desayuno no fue lo mejor, algunos productos estaban vencidos , nos hicieron un pequeño descuento, pero ya habíamos comido parte del desayuno vencido.......y no nos habíamos dado cuenta

L aver trovato dell acqua e dei succhi in frigorifero, così come il necessario per fare la colazione. L unico handicap della struttura, sono i rumori della strada, essendo una zona molto frequentata da giovani durante il week end

The apartment is clean and access to it was easy following our host (Luca) instructions. We arrived Friday night and there was an event nearby, so there was a lot of noise on the street, Saturday night was a little less noiser and Monday night was ok. Bed was too soft for us for a good sleep.

• Richard (10/5): Very enjoyable stay at the Loft in Florence - Comfortable well stocked apartment, excellently located near restaurants and boutique shops, within walking distance of the main sights, and with a very helpful friendly host. Nothing.
• Ove (10/5): Schöne Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage - Wir konnten früher in die Ferienwohnung, was uns sehr entgegen kam. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und erhielten eine Menge Tipps. Die Wohnung befindet sich zentral gelegen in einem typisch toskanischen Haus, in dem es offensichtlich mehrere Ferienwohnungen gibt. Für unsere vier Übernachtungen befanden sich im Kühlschrank zwei Behälter mit Milch, zwei Liter Saft und einige Flaschen mit Wasser. Im Schrank waren Portionspackungen Kellogg's, Marmelade, Nutella und Zwieback. Zudem Tee und Kaffee. Außerdem für unseren Geschmack schrecklich schmeckendes Fertiggebäck. Damit konnten wir uns nicht wirklich anfreunden, weshalb wir einen nahegelegenen Supermarkt aufgesucht haben. Sicher finden andere Reisende das Frühstücksangebot durchaus in Ordnung.

Danielle estuvo muy atento al hacer el check in y me ayudó en algunas dudas muy amablemente Los días que hemos estado ha hecho un calor terrible en Florencia. El aire acondicionado no enfriaba bien la parte de arriba. Hacía bastante calor.

• Denis (10/5): We enjoyed our stay immensely, and would definitely consider going back to the same place. - The location is exceptional. Just across the river from most of the must-see attractions of Florence. The hosts were helpful and furnishings in the apartments are more than adequate. Fully fitted kitchen with microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle. etc. In effect you have a dining/living room and toilet/shower downstairs and a bedroom upstairs. Plenty of sockets to charge phones, etc The bed is in an upstairs open space (with an adjacent toilet) and the ceiling is somewhat low, but at least the beams are padded which prevents any injuries. Travel to the location has to be by Taxi, as it is inside a ZTL zone - but then you don't need to hire a car in Florence.

• Anna (10/5): Charming loft in a perfect location - We had a fantastic stay in this lovely loft in the heart of Florence! Luca was super helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect - everything was within walking distance. We loved bringing our little ones (3yo and 3-month-old) and it was great to see the loft was family-friendly. The only minor drawbacks were some noise and no elevator (at least we could find it), but these were easily overlooked given the charm and convenience of the loft and the fact that the loft is on the first floor. Highly recommend!
