HERITIER (5/5): Assez bien par rapport au service, mais l'emplacement par rapport au centre-ville est magnifique. - L'emplacement sur la ville est top. Nous avions remarqué à notre arrivé dans la chambre 104, il n' y avait pas de serviette, pas de brosse à dent ni dentifrice dans la salle de bain. Après avoir contacté la réception, on nous a servi une seule serviette plutôt deux en date du 7 mai 2026. Le jour suivant, j'ai téléphoné la réception et ils nous ont envoyé une seule serviette plutôt deux alors que nous avions insisté pour qu'on mette à notre disposition deux serviettes.

dicreno (5/5): - Je suis un habitué de l'établissement mais je pense que ce serait plus le cas, cette fois-ci avec plusieurs déceptions de l'hôtel et cela faisait un moment que j'ai pas revenu à l'hôtel et on peut plus avoir les réductions des chambres pour de longs jours le gérant ne veut pas faire des prix aux clients si on prend pour une période de 14 jours durée, les chambres, le chauffe-eau, le ballon aux chaudes ça fonctionne pas il faut à chaque fois que le technicien pour intervenir les prises des chambres. On a du mal à insérer nos prises car le prise y sont trop gros les trous. Ils doivent arranger ça aussi. Suite à votre prix que vous avez augmenté de chambre, vous oubliez qu'il y a des hôtels neufs en très bonne qualité avec le même prix que vous avez mis si on revient chez vous, c'est parce qu'on est habitué mais là dans ces cas ici, on ira voir ailleurs, essayez d'améliorer revoyer vos prix. Il y a la concurrence avec les autres. Les gérants de notre très sympa avec les clients. Merci. Honnêtement, rien de particulier, sauf que très dessus du prix qui a été augmenté et j'ai fait part au gérant que je voulais rester pour longtemps si peut revoir pour faire l'offre, il était catégorique et l'ancien gérant, il était super super compréhensif vraiment à un notre à respecter beaucoup de chapeau. À lui.

" Kin La Belle " des Hotels ! - Le petit déjeuner est un véritable régal culinaire, le chef nous surprend chaque jour agréablement avec des mets tous plus délicieux les uns que les autres et surtout la variété des propositions ( fruits, légumes, viandes, poissons...) fait que Tout le monde s'y retrouve et ne peut en sortir que rassasié !... Le Personnel est extrêmement accueillant et professionnel ! Le groupe prend le relais en cas de coupures de courant dans les 10 secondes !... La salle de Fitness vous permettra de vous maintenir en forme, la piscine de vous détendre... Pour TOUS vos séjours à Kinshasa, que ce soit professionnels ou privés, c'est vraiment l'endroit idéal, je recommande vivement !... En toute franchise je ne vois pas grand chose à redire. il n'y a pas grand chose à améliorer... Peut etre le nombre et le choix des chaines TV ?

J’étais près de mon centre d’intérêt Séjour globalement correct, mais des améliorations sont nécessaires, notamment concernant la fraîcheur du petit-déjeuner , les pains et les fruits doivent être à jour tout les jours ainsi que la propreté des murs et le nettoyage en profondeur des chambres, qui ne correspondent pas vraiment au standing attendu vu le prix.

The free breakfast is great with a variety of choices. Staff are professional and welcoming. Nice and clean swimming pool and sitting area.Nice restaurant and bar with a great menu. Should provide more than one towel and paper toilet for each room. Also consider having more iron available for guests. It took multiple requests over an hour for me to receive an iron for my clothes one morning. Provide written instructions for the safe. However the manager was prompt and professional in addressing my request on how to set up the safe.

Christian (7/5): Zentral und sicher. - Der Austausch per WhatsApp ist sehr gut. Manchmal dauert es jedoch, bis eine Antwort kommt. Die Kosten lassen sich transparent in einem eigenen Tool einsehen. Ebenso sich etwas vom Menü zu bestellen und aufs Zimmer liefern zu lassen, klappt problemlos mit Hilfe eines qr Codes. Der Transfer vom und zum Flughafen ist wirklich gut. Die Sauberkeit war nicht ganz gegeben. Unterm Bett und im Badezimmer unter dem Schrank war schon sehr alter Dreck. Die Handtücher sind penibel abgezählt. Im Bettlaken waren Risse. Ebenso finde ich die Late-Checkout fraglich. Jede abgebrochen Stunde mit 10$ zu berechnen, sollte überdacht werden. Zumal das Hotel nicht ausgebucht ist. Das gehört für mich zum Service dazu.
