It says in specifications it has air conditioning but the only air con is in upstairs bedroom which doesn’t reach the rest of the house, pool looks big in photos but is actually pretty small.

• Patrina (7/5): Even though there is a few complaints we did enjoy our short get away - Loved the location and the size of the property 1. Had a dead cockroach in the toilet 2. The lounge is broken 3. The outside bin was full 4.would love the pool to be heated or the spa to be set up 5.said there’s a bbq couldn’t see 1 6. No ironing board 7. No heating down stairs 8. Up stairs bed uncomfortable
• Jones (8/5): Very clean , big open space - Beautiful house , a dream property and very clean There is a granny flat in the garage , which is not made clear when booking. Basically someone living under the master bedroom. Had people come looking for their UBER eats, had the granny flat tennants Knocking on the door asking where things are . You do not get the whole house when booking, It’s basically like staying in an apartment
• Suzanne (8/5): A lovely dog-friendly house very well situated for exploring the Sunshine Coast. - Modern, conveniently located. Lots of crockery and little extras in the kitchen made it easy to use as a base for a family. Our little dog could stay with us and loved her holiday! The aircon is only in the bedroom upstairs. This wasn’t clear in the listing. There are fans everywhere else and bifold doors to open the house up but when temperatures are high the bedrooms downstairs are very hot. There wasn’t a BBQ.

• G.g (8/5): Great house, location and pool are great! Wish we were told that people would be staying in the “studio” or garage of th - The pool and outdoor area was fantastic! The house was clean and looked as good as the photos in real life which I was pleasantly surprised with. The ONLY downside was there is an attached studio in the garage which other people stay in. We weren’t told and essentially they’re in the same house as you but with no access to inside the main. The issue was the other people that came and stayed in the studio were really loud and coming and going at all hours and I wasn’t told someone was staying there. So I woke up a little scared the first time someone was staying there. I wish we were told this wasn’t fully our place and there would be someone else there.
• Rigby (10/5): It was an amazing refreshing getaway experience for my family - On arrival the place was stunning and immaculate beautiful layout and very homely the host was very accomodating and allowed us to bring our dog along with no hassles the scenery from the family lounge out to the pool and garden is beautiful and the master bathroom is amazing and inspiring the wonderful host Rae was able to be reached when needed and never bothered us through our stay very understanding and allowed us to stay a bit longer then needed cause of circumstances which was awesome me and my family truly enjoyed our stay very refreshing getaway That we didnt choose to stay longer
