• Nergis (7/5): 1-2 gün için ideal - Oda ve banyo temizdi. Konumu merkeze çok yakın sadece tesise doğru giderken biraz yokuş var. Klima kumandası yoktu. Sormak için whatsapptan tesise yazdım ama cevap alamadım. Resepsiyondaki çalışan biraz suratsızdı.

Weil in andere Zimmer waren Ungeziefer, und Gäste wo vor uns waren ,haben Ausschlag bekomme, ich habe dann alles storniert. Aber das Sie mir letzte Minute bescheid gesagt haben das war krass. • Gizem (1/5): Böyle bir yerin varlığından şüpheliyim - Tesis benimle yalnızca bir defa iletişime geçti, sonrasında iletişim koptu. Hayatımda ilk defa böyle bir deneyim yaşadım ve rezil oldum. Şehre gelene kadar iletişim kurmaya çalıştım ve hiçbir mesajıma cevap verilmedi. Bir şekilde bulurum sandım, konum beni yanlış yönlendirdi, binaların fotoğrafına bakarak tesisi buldum ama vardığımda ne bir tabela bulabildim ne de muhatap olabileceğim birini. Buraya çoktan rezervasyon yaptığım için ve kimseye ulaşamadığım için dışarıda kaldım. Daha pahalı bir fiyata anlık başka daire bularak yerleşmek zorunda kaldım ve bütün bunları yaşarken sokakların darlığı ve park yeri bulamamamdan kaynaklı büyük rezillik yaşadım. Benim 2 saatimi çaldınız sayın yetkililer.

• Marina (7/5): - Smjestaj je dobar, vjerovatno u skorije vrijeme renovitan, krevet udoban, kupatilo cisto, a najveca mana je tepih koji je toliko bio prljav, da je narusio kompletan utisak smjestaja. To je jedini nedostatak na kome bi trebali da porade. Osoblje jako ljubazno.

• Julie (6/5): Voor de prijs goed hotel in centrum Sarajevo - Dit hotel ligt vlakbij het centrum in een rustige straat. Na 13:00 is een self check in mogelijk. Mits reserveren / op voorhand laten weten, kijkt het personeel voor een goedkope parkingsoptie (30 mark voor 2 nachten). Het personeel is ook heel vriendelijk en makkelijk te bereiken. De badkamer was klein en bizar ingedeeld. Er was geen douchegordijn. Het dubbel bed bestond uit twee enkel topper matrassen die doorlegen waren.

• Juan Jose (8/5): Muy correcto hotel cerca de la famosa fuente de Sarajevo. - Al menos la habitación que elegí (barata) sirve para pasar pocos días perfectamente: cama muy amplia, armario y baño bien equipado. Wifi perfecto y sistema de autochecking correcto. Hay que pagar en efectivo: tuve que salir temprano y les dejé el dinero del pago en la habitación. La cama ocupaba casi toda la habitación, poco espacio para moverse. Pero pagué por una habitación barata, supongo las hay mejores.

Personel kibar (zaten cikarken insan gordum) Konum merkeze cok yakin ama yaklasik 500 metre hafif yokuş cikiyorsunuz, bu da istedigin anda otele gitmeme noktasinda insani tesvik ediyor ama sadece 400 500 metre belki daha az, bunun haricinde sessiz sakin guzel bir otel, sabah 10.00 da check out biraz rahatsiz edici, ama beklentimi fazlasiyla karsiladi. I only found out when I went to check in because I didn't have internet access in the country, leaving me in a difficult situation. • Claire (7/5): Excellent location but some issues for me. - Location was great although it's worth noting that the property is uphill quite a bit so may not be suitable for older or unfit persons. The bed was comfortable. Despite the issues listed that I didn't like I would stay here again as long as my travel plans meant I arrived before 1pm due to the location being so convenient. Unfortunately the bathroom in my room smelled really bad of drains. Also the property stated that the desk was open from 8am to 1pm and outside of these hours you can contact on Whatsapp. I contacted them because I needed to get to the airport in the morning, preferably leaving before 8am - I got no response at all and then no-one appeared at 8am. Luckily the cleaning lady called the owners and let me pay her but this was very stressful.
